This chipotle has always been sketch, but it keeps getting worse, not better. And the thing is? Prices keep going up which I understand but then maybe provide a better experience for the cost? Ordered online as a first time app user and ordered two burritos (honey chicken) and two chips and guacamole. Not a hard order. We got a chicken bowl and pork burrito and only one chips and guacamole and the other was chips and queso. Paid to have it delivered. The delivery driver was not at fault. The bag said my name and gave the correct info in the receipt. Called store, manager was nice about it except he couldn't re-deliver. He could re-do the order but we had to get it. WTH? Anyway... went and got it. All was ok except the guac. Omg! There were entire large chunks of whole avocado! I wanted guac. Not avocado dip. Honestly. If you can't get people to do the job correctly, train them or let them go! I don't often give up 44.00 for a meal but when I do? It should be at the level of quality that chipotle used to have. I've reviewed this location years ago, and its only gotten worse. I don't understand why corporate allows the quality to be so poor (or why I've bothered to return - guess I wanted to give them another chance)... on a recent visit, they clearly had product from the previous evening out for early lunch - the carnitas container was nearly empty, sides badly streaked with dried on meat and in the bottom was a GOO of supposed carnitas, it was all mush, no "pieces" of meat - positively disgusting! I should have walked out but elected to have the chicken since I was already there. One last try today, same disgusting mess, this time the pinto beans were over-cooked mush from yesterday, dried out goop. There was liquidy beef (or something) that looked like the carnitas did before that I just mentioned. Multiple containers in the heat table all had caked on material streaking the sides clearly indicating they were from yesterday. Gross. The quality is horrible, too bad I can't give this location 0 stars, its not worthy of 1 star. I'll drive to neighboring towns from now on. read more

This has to be the worst run chipotle of all time. Filthy, slow, no forks, no ice, soda our, no lids. Garbage everywhere. Kids are so sweet that work there but have no adult helping them keep things running and moving, let alone ordering so they don't run out! Hands down a slum owner and not the employees faults at all. Walked in here for the first time today. I felt for their employee. There was TWO - yes two total employees working and one was red in the face with sweat dripping down she looked like she had heat stroke running around which I didn't notice until after I completed my mobile order. The poor girl honestly!! It made me mad at their management for working someone like that- it was inhumane. No one should be breaking their back for CHIPOTLE! There were like 8 people waiting on a mobile order because they don't accept anything else which they yell at you when you walk in because they can hardly talk to anyone. I think I saw at least 20 people come to the front door and bang on the doors and windows because there is no sign. I'm walking away from this place with regret because my food has sweat in it (I'm sure) but I feel bad even asking to cancel my order -and this place is just a disaster!! AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Zero Stars. I'll never darken the doors of this specific establishment again. Incredibly unacceptable experience. On top of the line having more food on the counter than in the containers, and the lids to our bowls being smeared with sour cream so bad you needed a napkin just because you took the lid off to find no napkins anywhere... the staff had two different musics blaring. Two genres- one was typical chipotle indie type which is fine. The other side had some deep bass hip hop rap that was swearing and the staff were singing and dancing and while it's good to be able to have fun at work, it was completely unproductive and the inappropriate. We got a kids meal cheese quesadilla that when we sat down to give to our 2 yr old all the unmelted cheese fell out. It wasn't even warm. The rice was a thick clump, extremely over cooked and disgusting. The chicken was barely cut up and cold. The steak I ordered had like 3 pieces left and he made no effort to get more from the back, he just pushed my bowl down the line - I spoke up and asked for chicken instead and he added like 3 cut up chunks. I just blinked at him in disbelief and moved on because there was no way I was gonna get stuck with a bs double meat charge. Whoever the shift manager was at 7:30 on Friday 11/22/24 should be embarrassed. Chipotle is a treat that we occasionally splurge and go out to eat at and this experience was hands down the worst eat out experience I've had at any place ever (which includes some pretty bad experiences). read more

We went to this location last night. The place was disgusting! Tables were dirty...a guy tried to wipe them off and pushed it on the floor. Floor was covered in food. Counter where they make things had food all over the place. Things were mixed together. Pay counter was full of food and nasty. I ordered carnitas tacos. I used 5 napkins to soak up the grease from the little bit of meat I got. The bottom of the foil they were in had a quarter inch of grease sitting on the bottom. No manager in site.
