Only been here once, but so far so good. The line moved quickly, portions were similar to other locations, and everything tasted great. The location was clean, busy, and friendly on Memorial Day. Parking is always crowded in this plaza and I am sure it will only get worse as additional shops open. Daniela was my cashier (very lovely) another young man helped me with my chicken bowl (very polite). This brown rice is the perfect consistency! The chicken is grilled to perfection and my guac is guacalicious! (Yep, I made that up) all my portions are a match made in heaven. My chips are perfectly salted because we all know one extra dash of salt can ruin it all, nope, not here, all gravy :) I am very much aware that Leo is the store manager here, so props to him for maintaining this facility running smoothly. This is a pretty average Chipotle restaurant. Obviously the food isn't going to be authentic Mexican food, it's a fast food restaurant and for a fast food restaurant it's pretty okay. I ordered a chicken rice bowl. There wasn't a lot of chicken in it but the flavorful pico de gallo made up for the lack of meat. This location does have a drive thru, which is nice. Sadly, their ice machine is broken so the soda and water isn't cold which is sad. Overall though, if you want fast Mexican food on a road trip this is the place to come. read more

They forget salad dressing literally everytime I order a salad. I asked specifically for 2 right when I ordered and she said ok. The reason I asked for 2 is because they last two times I've gotten a salad for my wife, they did not put dressing or ask if I wanted any. I am now driving to another chipotle closer to my house to get the dressing I asked for with my wife angry at me again and I will miss saying goodnight to my kids after a long day of work. Came in to order 2 burrito bowls and 2 quesadillas. Staff declined, stating: "We only make quesadillas if you order it on our app." We asked if they would please make us 2 quesadillas. They could charge us for burritos or whatever would work. They refused. Rudely. I understand that quesadillas are new on their app; however, Chipotle has made quesadillas for a long time. Realistically, I didn't even want to leave one star but I had to in order to post this review. The service is absolutely terrible. My partner and I have come to this Chipotle multiple times hoping each time the service gets better and we keep getting disappointed. All of the staff minus one person is rude and have zero patience. When I ask for a second scoop of beans because I am getting a veggie burrito they throw the beans on the burrito making the beans splatter everywhere. I am a nice person and think to myself "maybe they're having a bad day" but it seems to me these employees just have a bad attitude. Worse Chipotle ever! Always have issues when I go there. This time they were out of chicken but didn't have a sign up or let you know when you ordered until it got the meat part. Gave very little beans rice and steak but put a crap ton of cheese lettuce and sour cream. No type of discount for them not having chicken. Burrito was wrapped very poorly. I am an avid chipotle eater and have been to several in the area. The Marina location is by far my favorite and I'll go out of my way to go to this location over the others. The proteins are consistently well seasoned and most importantly (to me anyway) the portion size is great. read more

I was in town recently and need to grab a quick dinner. This location was not too bad. Food was tasty. Though I was annoyed that the lettuce in the end of the container was gross and they just put it on top of the new lettuce. So some of the lettuce I got was not the freshest, seemed almost frozen by the bottom of the container. But the rest of the ingredients were fine. I really like their chicken and corn salsa. This restaurant always has the best attentive workers and a clean atmosphere. The food is always fresh and delicious and truly hits the spot. Ive been to this location many times and since doing mobile orders it has been awful, I just ordered a bowl and when I got home I found they added cheese and sour cream when I didnt ask for that(dairy allergy). Additionally it was missing my salsa, the corn, and my guacamole. It was a completely different bowl than I ordered which was disappointing since I paid extra for the guacamole so my bowl was more expensive and not at all what I wanted. Very dissatisfied. I am a long time customer and Jose the manager is the rudest no manager skill person I ever met. My old iPhone did an update and I can't get my Chipotle app on it anymore. I received an email that I have a free guacamole and while I was in the middle of paying for the food the so called no manager skills Manager told me that it's not his fault my phone was old to get a new phone and come back. So I told him keep the food and I will definitely let his management know about what treatment I received. Truly outrageous. read more

It seems like most of the employees here are still learning. They're nice enough, but don't expect the portion size you're used to from other Chipotle locations -- they're fairly skimpy. Also, I think they should invest in a step for employees on the serving line. Most of them are too short to see the far bins. I cannot understand the low ratings parroted throughout this page. The restaurant is very clean, the employees are always courteous and the food is standard Chipotle quality. Tonight we ordered online and the pickup went exactly as anyone could expect. The food was ready and the burritos were marked so we did not have to peel back the wrapping to discover which burrito is which. I usually think a chicken burrito bowl tastes bomb...but not here. And I was hungry too! The rice was undercooked and did not measure to how most chipotle have their rices made. It didn't have much cilantro and totally missed that limey flavor in the rice. And then the black beans were undercooked too. I had some really hard ones in my bowl. And I usually get veggies in my bowl, but I didn't this time when I saw how old they looked. The place is kept nice and clean. It's spacious and there are window seatings that are chill. read more

This Chipotle used to not be good at all, I had bad customer service and bad food at one point and was even one of the people who left a bad review. Since then however and I'm not sure at what point it changed, but customer service is now quite stellar, and the food is always well done and fresh. Don't bother coming here unless you want half a scoop of rice. My bowl is about half way filled. Not impressed.

They are very slow with their mobile order pickups. Seems to be 10 minutes plus after the pick up time every time I go.

GOOD: friendly, decent portions, clean... BAD: brown rice was undercooked, chicken was dark looking and all meat was way over salted, skimped on lettuce, creating a mobile order in between each of our family of 3 caused them to over charge us. And no plain tabasco??? It unfortunately needed it. Kids should be focused making good food not preclosing everything at 9pm. I am from Texas and a Chipotle fiend. This was my first chipotle here in Cali... I will give this location 1 more try maybe closer to lunch rush. I don't do reviews and only checked yelp after being disappointed. I'd say half of the employees are OK, the other half are just total disregard for the customers. Maybe because they personally don't like military members or whatever it is? But I went in one day for a bowl and they skimped on portions and were just very rude in their tone. Went in again the next day to redeem guac and chips and they stated I needed a $5 purchase to redeem. Wrong, the app says nothing of the sort. Nice lady told the other one to just try it and... bam it worked! For some reason that bugged her and her whole demeanor was just rude.
