Walked in on a Monday afternoon no smile no welcome in. The lady serving me did one scoop of everything not even enough rice to over the bottom I asked for black beans she gives me literally 4 beans and says what elce like are you out? can I have another option. The reviews for this location are terrible. But they are all really old so I decided to give an honest non biased review. I ordered on the ap, was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. I showed up 8 minutes later and the food was ready. We ordered 3 burritos and a burrito bowl. Our order was handed to us promptly with a smile. We brought the food home, it was fresh and tasty. Everything was made exactly how it was ordered with names included. The burrito bowl was massive. Tasty, on time, good service. They did not include the utensils that I did ask for, but since I ate it at home it didn't matter, napkins included would have been a nice touch, but I'm not marking down for those little things. Hit or miss on this Chipotle, most of the time a miss. The various meats are often old and dried out looking. Sometimes so bad that I can't even believe they'd serve anyone it! Rice is sometimes undercooked (chewy or hard-ish) and a bit dried out (old?). There are usually dirty tables and seats with no one cleaning them up (and stay dirty the whole time we are there) despite often 2 or 3 young women employees standing around literally doing nothing but chatting. The young man who is often busy grilling the meat is the only one working and staying busy but it is odd to see someone in food service with earbuds in and constantly pulling out their phone from their pocket to check it (or perhaps change songs??) while handling food (or just in general in food service). Sadly, this is the norm for most Chipotles we go to rather than the exception. When Chipotle is fresh and hot, it can be amazing....you just have to catch them on a good day or at the right time to ever get that and you never know when that will be. read more

This place sucks. They are not vegetarian friendly. They're not celiac safe. The small queso had a hunk of steak in it that was easily 25% of the bowls contents. My wife then moved to the large order of queso, after reminding me she had not eaten meat in decades. Guess what, she kept getting chunks of something. Upon further investigation, boom, we got chicken. I'm not vegetarian. Apparently they throw food around while waiting for the food to cool off enough to serve. I thought I'd try the sofritos with her so we ordered 2 orders of the triple crispy tacos. She wanted crispy, I can't have flour, boom, they're both soft flour. Having celiac, I almost ate them not paying attention. Luckily the wife stopped me, so I didn't have an eff all night like her. They looked like corn, they're not. When I called to ask them what happened and let them know I'm coming back, they said "we're out of crispy tacos, so you're lucky you got the flour, and we're closed anyways." I said I can't have flour...(couldn't care less). If they run out of stuff, they give you whatever, and you get celiaced, enjoy being sick. Your order will be cold, you will have tiny portions, they will grab things, like soda bottles, open them, give them back to you and then proceed to run the gloved hands into product people eat while rubbing their forehead. They will serve you inedible chips with lethal levels of sodium. It's a food borne illness disaster. I ordered double carnitas meat the time before, I brought it to the manager and said "I ordered double and this is what I got?" He said, "that's not even the regular amount." Lol. So I had tried a Salem chipotle years ago and thought it was the biggest rip off ever. But I relented and tried it a month ago and had a fair carnitas crispy taco. The subsequent half a dozen trips since, they got me back every time. I think places like Mac are tough markets with so many amazing places to eat. Not worth the hype. read more

Agree with the consensus of most of the other reviews. This is the worst Chipotle I have every visited. My wife and I pre-ordered dinner one night only to find the place closed despite the app still letting me order. My wife said never again. Well I should have listened to her. I talked her into trying again. This time they got our order completely wrong. I ordered a burrito but got a burrito bowl. My ordered a quesadilla. We're still not sure what she got but it was no quesadilla. It also didn't have any of the expected sides. I also ordered a bottle of coke. I wound up with sprite instead. How do you mistake sprite for coke? I really like chipotle's food but I will never go back to this particular location. read more

Easily the worst Chipotle I've visited, and I'm normally a big Chipotle fan. Portion sizes are awful, ingredients are always cooked horribly. Rice under cooked, fajita veggies usually still raw, meat overcooked and tough. Food is cold whenever I place a pickup order online. This is the worst run and managed Chipotle in the West Coast. I have ordered three times from this location and all three orders have had serious mistakes. First order, salads - order was 30 minutes beyond the requested online time. When order was received, I checked the package and no salad dressing was included. I had to ask about the inclusion of dressing; the answer I received was, " we didn't make any today and we won't be making any, sorry." The last order I placed, multiple burritos. Again, order was 30+ minutes beyond requested online order time. Upon asking about the status of my order the response I received was, "Oh, your order is large. It's going to take a hot minute!" 30+ minutes late and they hadn't even started preparing. The staff then informed me that they had run out of cheese for the day. Cheese. Probably the most requested menu item and they ran out. I have had great experiences with other Chipotle's across the country and unfortunately I will not return to this location. read more

I like Chipotle enough that I've continued to go here despite their issues, and over the last 6 months or so it's been much better. My mobile orders have all been correct and they've actually been open during their posted hours! The food itself is still a little hit and miss; rice isn't cooked right at times, meat can be dry, main items like rice or beans will be unavailable, etc. Overall though they're much improved. The customer service at the mobile pickup window is not good at all. 2/3 times they have handed me the wrong order. Today I asked the girl if I could look at it before I drove away so we didn't include ingredients I was allergic to like the previous experiences. She was extremely rude and stated "we only put what is on the screen". And, was visibly irritated. Also, my order was scheduled to be picked up at 11:15. I ordered two burrito bowls one with guacamole and the other without. When we got the food both had guacamole and only one came with lettuce although I got it on both. This was a pick up order so I did not see until I was in the car which is when I realized they also did not give me the lemonade that I payed money for. There was almost no costumers in there so I'm not sure why it was so hard to prepare our order correctly. I also double checked and there was no mistake on my order online so this was just pure disregard for your job. Literally the worst chipotle I have ever visited, they continuously mess up my order every time I visit, and now this is the final straw, I ordered a quesadilla because I'm home with an injury, and it arrived thrown into a burrito bowl container, almost no salsa and no sour cream, literally so sloppy and not even using the quesadilla containers and I got like 0 sides. i'm so appalled I got a refund and i'll be no longer getting chipotle. the week before this I ordered food on the app and then went to pick it up after work and turns out the chipotle was literally closed and there was nobody inside and there was a huge line in the drive-through of people waiting to get their mobile orders because the app was letting people place orders while there was no employees in the store. pathetic, don't waste your money here. read more

My husband has ordered twice within the past few weeks, each time for ONE taco (around $3 each). We have had four charges on our bank now from Chipotle, each one for $40-60. So around $200 within a week has been taken out. No one there will help him and won't give him a contact to corporate. Chipotle is my favorite restaurant. In other cities I have lived in, I would get chipotle at least once a week. So when I saw they were bring Chipotle to McMinnville, I was super excited. I am sad to say that I have been disappointed so far. They have messed up my order twice out of the four times I have been there. Once, the guac was very brown, indicating that I was not very fresh. Another time, my food was barely warm when I picked it up. I sincerely hope that the management of this location can take the feedback of the community seriously, and make some changes. I wish I had read the reviews here before I went to this Chipotle. I have eaten countless times at different Chipotle locations and have not had a bad experience. The McMinnville Chipotle needs some serious help. My confirmation email said 7:00 to 7:05 to pickup and to go to the counter inside to get it. We get there at 7:00 and park in the Burrito Loading zone. A Grubhub worker parked next to us and went to the door, which was blocked with chairs. A guy came out and said all online orders were to be picked up in the drive thru. So in the drive thru there are maybe 5 cars in front of us. A couple moved quickly. One took quite a but longer but the car in front of us took 15 minutes. I kid you not. My husband timed it. When we finally got to the window, our food was ready. We asked what took the car in front of us so long. They had run out of chicken and had to make more. So instead of asking her to pull around to the parking lot to wait for her order, they make everyone in line wait. I'm sure the Grubhub guy was pissed. I know we were. Also asked why we couldn't go in to get order. "Oh. We just aren't letting anyone in tonight. Sorry!" As if that wasn't enough, the portions were small. My typical bowl order has the sour cream and quac squished against the aluminium cover because it's so full. This order? The guac and sour cream didn't touch the cover. Very disappointed in our first and possibly only experience at this local store. I wrote to their corporate to give them feedback on this new store. In doing so I took a picture of the ticket in the bag as I didn't have an order number to give them. There was no order number but it did say "Order promised at 6:45". I love Chipotle. However, I don't love the McMinnville Chipotle. Specifically, when you order food to pick up through their drive through, they will give you the most pitiful portions possible. I ordered a salad with double chicken, extra fajita veggies, and other regular stuff. As soon as I pulled the container out of the bag, I commented how light it felt. When I opened it, there was hardly any chicken, and the other toppings were very small as well.
