Maybe the two times I've been here were one offs (based on the other reviews) but each time I had wonderful experiences. The staff was friendly and accommodating (for example, my daughter wanted to try two different meats to check the spice level and the worker happily helped her out and gave her suggestions). The food was fresh and they were diligent about refilling items. The store itself was clean as well. The tables were wiped basically as soon as people left them. Bathroom was also really clean and well supplied. The one down side is that the drink station is around the corner which might be considered a bit inconvenient. read more

~ My last two orders here were excellent!!! The most recent was an online order, and I went thru the "Chipotlane" for the first time (See video I posted). The quesadilla was perfect . . . not greasy at all (like one other time) and the order was ready when I arrived. It was delicious! Before that, my second to most recent order, I got a burrito at the counter, and everything was clean and looked great. The burrito was delicious. I recently visited this place and was pleased that the wait time was minimal. However, my container was covered in sauce, which was a bit messy. I also purchased a large bag of chips to accompany my meal, but they appeared stale and the bag felt greasy, suggesting they had been sitting for quite some time. After paying, I left and discovered once I got home that one of my two bowls was missing. When I called the restaurant, they offered to remake the missing bowl if I returned. While it's understandable, it's inconvenient to have to use my own gas to retrieve food I've already paid for. That said, the employee who prepared the replacement bowl was very kind and genuinely apologetic, which I appreciated. read more

Dirty all the time, out of stock on items constantly and they just opened, (Manager needs fired) limited on portions (Depends on who is serving, think I got 25 black beans on my last trip) and you pay top dollar. Was there a last night with my wife at about 7:30 PM anxious to try it because we've never been there... As soon as we walked in the door, we can see the place was filthy... Every table had crumbs and garbage on it as did the floor... We ordered and went outside so we could get a clean table. It's not excusable their cleanliness is not desirable to the management. We could just go through the drive-through from now on to avoid the messy conditions, but they have not earned our business, so they won't be seeing us again . read more

I went back again mid December after my visit on 11/13, and I was happy to report the service area was fully stocked and they had all options available as advertised. The staff was polite and moved very quickly asking about what offerings I wanted. I once again got a carnita bowl and a carnita burrito, both with rice, black beans (and they were just short on the black beans and I was offered to top it off with pinto beans which I was ok with. I will say, black beans come from a can; I can't believe it would be so difficult to get someone in the back to the front to dump a new can), queso, all the slasa's etc. Everything was still clean and the soda machine was also all in working order fully ready to be used. The portion size was closer to what I would expect to find. I understand perhaps Chipotle, as a brand is trying to re-brand themselves to be the healthy, fresh food option in a world of fast food. I'm good with that. But for the past 20 years they've been know as the 1 lb. taco place, so if you can keep the prices where they are by giving out smaller portions, adjust your packaging accordingly. If you want to stick with the 1lb. taco branding from so long ago, then raise your prices. But I probably wouldn't notice a smaller portion in a bowl if the bowl is smaller and totally filled to the top, just saying. Perception in the eyes of marketing is what it's all about! I also went during an off peak time, so there was no wait and I moved through fast. The total for a bowl, burrito and small fountain drink was in the $30 range, so I don't expect to be going there often, but the food is always good, as long as they're stocked up! read more

if zero-stars was an option this chipotle would deserve it. i asked for a bowl with light white rice and he gave me a handful. i get that i wanted light but bruh. then i asked for chicken and it was so burnt it could have been a rock. when i asked for lettuce they said they ran out, it was a 6'oclock on a saturday. the guac they gave me was bascially my entire bow. portion size no-bueno. read more

Why would one Chipotle be different? If you ever had to guess it you would think, no that's crazy! But it's true. I never had an issue with the Erie, PA locations. But the Meadville location....... Good god every time I order something the meat is burnt. It's absolutely disgusting. It didn't matter whether I ordered steak or chicken and I get it, it's fast food. I am not looking for an elegant meal but when these very people are screaming and demanding they want $15 an hour yet the meat is constantly burnt. Get real. I'll go elsewhere and I recommend everyone do the same. I won't even touch on their terrible parking lot setup. why is the staff team a bunch of children? definitely need adults in there. so cheap on the portions too. for $11.71 i should not be getting a half scoop of corn and rice. the chicken is almost always burnt and the portions are something to joke about. on top of that, it's filthy in there. always wrappers or crumbs all over the store in general, but where the employees are back working is even worse. food absolutely everywhere. these conditions make it extremely unappetizing. i will not be coming back here. read more

Had the worst experience that we ended up not paying for our food! First off, we walk in and immediately i think "oh my god i don't wanna even talk to the guy making the orders because he's being so rude" so i told my boyfriend what i wanted. Secondly, the guy starts making our food, they didn't have steak, now mind you they didn't have chicken for the lady infront of us so she had them make new... so i told my boyfriend whatever he wanted to get because i don't like their chicken. NEXT THING IS, the guy making and scooping the food, wiped his nose with his glove and continues to make and scoop the food into my boyfriend's burrito. EW! So we finished up and was about to check out, there was nobody at the register and i told my boyfriend i was going to tell the manager... i said yanno what, not my problem. the guy was such in a rush that he was slapping whatever he pretty much wanted on the bowl/burrito without asking us sooo long story short we walked out and went to subway WORST experience i've ever had!!! Definitely will not be coming back! They didn't have barely anything at all, the lettuce looked disgusting and old. All they had was pinto beans. They barely had any protein made. read more

This is quite literally the worst chipotle I have ever been in. The employees walked past me twice when I was standing in line. I was the only person in there and they were playing on their phones walking past me. The food and portion sizes were laughable. The worst part is when I went to checkout the girl told me I could only pay in cash because she made a mistake and hit the cash button. Her manager walked over and said yeah sorry you have to just pay in cash now.I had to go out to my car to get the money and when I came back in they were just talking about how their shifts were about to end and their days were sooo hard and how they gave up caring and didn't want to wash their hands anymore because their shift was almost over. I was livid when I got out to the car and saw that they charged me for double steak and queso in a bowl that just had chicken in it. I have given this chipotle three tries and they have been awful every time. read more
