Food was delicious. However, it is pricey. Only negative comment is they are very stingy on their glasses of wine.

Food is of 4 Star Michelin quality. Love the air pillow cloud Gnocchi in the pistachio pesto sauce. The wagyu flat iron state is seared to perfection as ordered. This is a hidden gem in small town Meadville, PA. We have happily dined here before. We ordered Paloma's, which were excellent. Had the meatball app, also delicious. We both had pasta dishes and switched plates to please our palates. This is a lovely restaurant with wines and oil oil directly from Italy. The staff is excellent and well versed on the menu (albeit small menu). Strongly recommend. read more

This is one of the newest restaurants in Meadville, and is located in the new Cussewego Square Development. I have been trying to get into this space for a meal for quite some time now. There is very little information about it online, and they have no social media that I have found. I found their Toast site online and couldn't find their hours. Finally, I found a way to make a reservation on Google. For my meal, I started with the Margarita Pizza. I was expecting a round pie, but this one was more in the shape of a flatbread, but the crust was more pizza style than flatbread, it was good. Next I had the Artichoke Appetizer. It was three full artichoke globes that were battered and deep fried, and served with a spicy mayo (full description can be found in my photos). I wasn't sure if I was supposed to eat the whole thing or not, so I asked the server, and they said most people do not eat the stem, but "it probably wouldn't hurt you." Well, challenge accepted, I ate the entire thing . . . LOL. Lastly, I had the house-made Gnocchi with spinach. The Gnocchi was very good with a light cream sauce, and some wilted spinach leaves. It would have been nice to have some bread to sop up the sauce with, but no bread was served (I asked afterwards, and if you want bread (I saw some tables with bread, and some without), it is an additional charge). It would also have been nice to have a small side-salad with my pasta, but I didn't notice that as an option. I had some leftovers, which my server boxed up for me. Overall, this is a nice place, a little bit fancy (and pricey) for Meadville, but overall, I would like to come back . . . Cheers! P.S. I have been searching for a good Italian restaurant in the area. I have now found an awesome place! This new establishment is superb. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was perfect. I enjoyed my amazing romantic meal here and was not disappointed. I LOVE their menu - food choices and wine selection - especially moving from the Philly area. We're in town from virginia and went out for date night. Ordered the foccacia and fried artichokes for appetizers (enjoyed both and would get again). Then we got the rigatoni with spicy sausage (loved) and the waygu gnocchi (enjoyed the beef but didn't love the texture of the gnocchi very much, the crunchy pancetta on top was really good). Great food. Highly recommend focaccia and any pasta dish. Unfortunately service was very slow. Check took about 20 minutes to come out. Was going to order dessert but had too wait so long for check just wanted to leave. I believe there may have been only one server for entire place. Also they charged for every Diet Coke my husband drank. We were not informed and the glasses were small. $8.50 in diet cokes. Crazy. read more

My wife and I ate here a few weeks ago and were underwhelmed, especially given the cost. We started with the focaccia bread, which was very good and plentiful. We had wanted side salads with our meals, but those weren't available so we ordered a shareable salad. It was a good salad, but definitely larger than we needed, so we ended up taking some home. For our entrees, we had the zucchini pasta and Norcina pasta dishes. The zucchini was nicely bread and had a good texture and flavor. However, it came with a side of spaghetti with thick noodles and very bland and sparce sauce. My wife left most of it. I had the other dish which had rigatoni noodles and spicy sausage in a cream sauce. The noodles were about double the length expected, making them harder to eat and the sauce was a bit thin and not that flavorful. The sausage was good, but hard to find. The service was very good, but it was hard to hear the waiter since the restaurant is quite loud inside. The restaurant design is nice, but again loud and the tables are close together. A diner at the next table commented that the food at Olive Garden was better, and I would agree. read more

The food doesn't justify the high prices. This is Michelin 5 star dining. It's going to have a hard time surviving in Meadville. The median income level in Meadville will not be able to afford to dine here. read more

For meals as expensive as these, ours were lacking in quality. My pasta dish was on the small side, and while it was reasonably tasty, it was not as good as similar dishes at other Italian restaurants in the area. My wife's pasta carbonara, on the other hand, was simply not good. Furthermore, the the glasses of wine were way overpriced, at $16 for a small pour. On a more positive note, the appetizers were much tastier than the main courses. Unfortunately, I don't see how Meadville can sustain this restaurant unless its prices come down and its quality improves. read more

The service was warm and receiving, everyone was so friendly, and the eggplant dish was the best I've had!

We are thrilled to have a new restaurant in the area and were excited to finally make it in. Overall, it was a good experience. I did expect it to have a more upscale aesthetic, both in setting and in plate presentation. It was very loud and the 2 menus were a bit confusing, although I did like how it was set up like an authentic Italian menu. The server was nice, but too busy to be adequately attentive. We liked our appetizer (artichokes) but the server neglected to bring us the bread we ordered. It wasn't on the bill, so that could just have been a miscommunication. My husband's gnocchi was great, but it was room temp. My meal (pistachio pasta) was tasteless, dry, and also room temp. I suspect it sat too long, which made the pasta absorb all the sauce. I brought it home, heated it up, and added butter and pepper and it was much better. My friend said that her mushroom pasta was also dry. We will definitely be back to give this place a second chance. read more
