The second order was a burrito with extra barbacoa and guacamole (Among other things) that we paid extra for, but we received literally rice and sour cream wrapped in a tortilla. that's it. Ubereats won't return our money, even with photographic evidence, because they can't believe the same restaurant could screw up twice in one week (the first time, they sent a bowl instead of a burrito, even though the packing slip clearly said burrito) sucks because they're right in the neighborhood, but we've already decided we will never eat here again....or get anything from Ubereats, for that matter, based on this experience. read more

If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. I met the rudest employee I have ever met, here. I was here March 12 around 5 PM. I forgot to order my protein on the side so I kindly asked while we were in the veggies area and she gave me a face and served me so little portion of sour cream corn and cheese. She shouldn't be in the service industry with that attitude. Her other coworker was nice though. I went back to get a coke and she even went up to a coworker to speak about me and they were both looking at me and chatting- uncomfortable. I went to the location not too long ago, im patiently waiting to order my food as i'm the only customer present and the employees don't pay any attention to me rather stand there and talk amongst each other about how unhappy they are. After waiting 5 min i finally get service but instead of a nice greeting the employee tells me "what do you want". My family and i ordered food last week online and of course, they messed up the order. Giving it another go today, i ordered online a couple things including 3 tacos. They threw the tacos all together in one tiny aluminum foil and threw all the toppings to, i couldn't even grab the tacos. Working in customer service isn't for everyone and if you don't like your job, do something about it rather than taking it out on someone who spend their money for a nice meal! terrible location and corporate needs to shut it down. read more

This location is terrible. They do everything so lazily and sloppily. All the ingredients get mixed together because the workers are careless when they are making orders (really dangerous for people with allergies). I'm a vegetarian and many times I have gotten pieces of meat in my bowl. I have looked at the serving stations and seen chunks of meat in the vegetables or just stuff in the wrong places. They forget to put in napkins and utensils in online orders. They forget to add ingredients that were in my order. Please, whoever owns this Chipotle, set your workers straight. This location is TERRIBLE. Lobby is always closed, not enough employees, all the employees hate their lives. It once took me 20 minutes just for them to charge me for my food. They lock the doors 15 minutes before close and don't open the door so you feel like an idiot knocking while they stare at you. This restaurant branch needs to be shut down. It's unsanitary the workers are unpleasant and I have had several friends in the area share this has happened to them as well. I found a long curly black hair in my food and almost threw up. I drove straight back to the restaurant to ask for a manager and the manager Randy asked me to "look around" and showed me none of his workers allegedly had this type of hair. So apparently I'm delusional. My parents have blonde hair I have straight brown hair and the minute I opened the food to eat the hair was there. Did I find someone with curly black hair to pluck their hair from their scalp and place it on my food at lunch time to have to drive 45 min round trip. All I wanted was to eat my lunch and continue with my day I didn't want a refund and I sure didn't want somebody else's HAIR in my food. This is gross it's happened to multiple other customers and a "refund" shouldn't be all that is done. Normally don't feel the need to post reviews online but this particular chipotle has ruined chipotle for me and I don't think anyone should eat there. If I could give them 0 Stars I would. Terrible Customer service. I couldn't go in to pickup my order since their lobby was closed. No sign posted as to where I could pickup my order. A guy inside a signaling they were closed and I was signaling I was there to pickup my order. Finally he pointed to go i. The side. They had the side door ajar and a lady asked for my name. I gave her my first name and she said there was. I order under that name. I showed her my phone where my order was confirmed. She was not helpful at all. I said to her look by my number. She then came with my order and said I gave her attitude. You work there and obviously had orders ready. You should have better customer service, know your no. And ask the customer for their number or some other way to find their order. You shouldn't t just say we don't have an order here under that name. The food was terrible!!!! I order The granillo steak for all three meals, for which you pay extra and the steak tastes like fake meat and dry!! I've had the guJillo steak T another chipotle location and it has. It tastes this horrible. The Chipotle on bird and 142nd should close down. Terrible Food Amd terrible Customer service. I don't know what goes through their minds, management included. They make mistakes and don't want to rectify the issue. Satisfying customers with issues is not on the top of their list, much less top 10. Maybe corporate needs to look into this. It's their name up front and center. Made an order using Uber eats and got an error message I checked by bank account and got charged for the order but on the app it doesn't show anything other than making another order I tried calling in and got an answering machine which was the worst thing I have ever seen in my life it doesn't let you speak to anyone it goes around in circles asking you what's the problem when you ask it to speak to someone it says that team can't take all calls to explain the problem and no matter what you say it won't let you speak to anyone at all only takes orders from you and goes around in circles don't know why have a number to call if you can't do anything with it they should really get rid of that answering machine or just delete their phone number read more

Went to the new Bird rd location. They just opend this week around Wednesday, today is monday 5/31. Walked in everything look clean and good with only 1 person ahead of me but that was just the beginning after that is when it goes down hill. There was a lady which look like the lead person belittling a co-worker and when this happened there were 4 more ppl behind me now in line and we all saw this and NOT cool to be going off on someone in front of customers. I order 2 bowls and a 2 kid's quesadilla with steak which at first they said it doesnt come with steak. But they were able to add it on the side. Go to start paying and they dont have small bag of chips for the kids meal. Ummm there are plenty of large bags of chips how about thinking out side of the box and making a few small bags for the kids order. That is like going to Micky D's and they don't have small fries for the kids meals only large side of fries. So after paying the upcharge for the large size chips my son wanted I ended spending close to $50. When I get home I taste the chips and they are already stale which left a BAD tatse spending extra money for those chips. Only reason I stop here was bc my kid saw it and begged me to stop there. To conclude dont have a employee going off on the new ones in front of customers and also take care of the simple kids request bc its sometimes the reason u have customers.
