1st time at this location. I went on an extremely busy day, like the line was up to the door. They did a great job in handling the big crowd. The food on the other hand. I did not really enjoy. It felt like it was stuffed with a lot of fillers and not enough chicken. The taste was ok. Parking was easy because there's a big lot and it's free. Extremely disappointed with this Moe's location. My girlfriend accidentally left her purse here, and when we went back to check if it was still there and to ask for help, it was gone and we were told the security cameras haven't been working for over two months. Her purse was later found a few blocks away with several of her belongings stolen (a kind man had messaged her on Facebook the same day that he found it as they left her ID in there to be able to know it was hers). It's unacceptable for a franchise restaurant to have nonfunctioning cameras for that long -- especially when customers trust they're dining in a safe, well-managed establishment. To make matters worse, the workers were very defensive and refused to help us get in contact with the property management. Do not understand why. The lack of accountability, concern, and basic customer service was honestly shocking. Management seriously needs to address this before someone else ends up in the same situation. read more

I've stopped into Moe's Southwest Grill a couple times now when I've been hungry and staying nearby for business. I always get the home wrecker burrito with tofu as my protein. Customized as much as I like and the burritos are always good. I get rice, beans, veggies, and more. The ingredients look fresh and tasty. My burrito is always bursting at the seems but they know how to roll burritos here. Impressed for sure. The service is very good. With a smile and greeting the employees are very kind and friendly. Definitely a plus. The dining area? Looks a bit chaotic as there are bags of tortilla chips in the booths apparently being stored. The tables aren't the cleanest either. Minus a star there. I didn't dine in so just my observation. I take advantage of the salsa bar. Interesting choices there. I like to load up on the offerings to enjoy later. Welcome to Moe's! This is the last remaining Moe's in Miami, sadly I don't live nearby so I don't come as much as I would like to. The staff is very friendly and they don't skimp on the portions. I always find the restaurant clean and the bathrooms as well. My only complaint is that they took out the two TVs that used to be there, I used to eat and watch the NFL games on Sundays. read more

So I've visited Miami a few times each time being unable to try Moe's even though it's always been on my list. I finally checked it off this trip and I'm glad I did,the food is delicious everything is already cooked and out for you to build your bowl or burrito the way you like it. I got a chicken bowl I really wanted half steak and half chicken but they ran out of steak and it would have been an additional 15 minute wait. The food was really good and of course I had to try the famous queso dip which was equally good a solid place for a quick on the go meal. read more

Moes.. I love you. I hadn't been to a Moes in a while since the one by me closed.. so I was pleasantly surprised to see a sign for Moes while I was searching for a spot to eat. The staff was very friendly and nice, and took safety/health measures seriously. They wore masks and gloves, had social distancing cues on the floor and stantions to keep people from getting too close to the counter. They also had sanitized pens for use (and a place to drop the used pens). Additionally, two outdoor tables are available for those that would prefer eat outside. If you're not comfortable, order it to go or pickup.. and don't forget that they have catering. Right now they also have an option to buy a taco kit and they'll send a taco kit to a family in need! That ought to give you the feel good vibes that just by feeding your family you're also feeding another. I generally order a burrito.. but new to me was the Wrong Doug "stack".. ridiculously delicious with all the fabulous crunch and smothered in cheese sauce. Oh, and don't forget to order a cup of queso which comes with even more of those perfectly thin and crisp chips.. I couldn't help but polish that off. Do you like those fancy soda machines where you press buttons to get your ultimate flavor combo? Well you're in luck, because they have that too! I can't believe how rude these people were tonight. They close at 9 pm and at 9:11 pm they turned off the lights and poured water in the floor. I could hear them say them him to leave. The young lady approached me and asked me to leave while I was still eating. I could not believe my ears. The manager then apologized because she says she hadn't seen me. Man, I hate to downgrade places but this needs to be done. Moe's used to be solid, no gimmicks, no messing around, until... Yes, until some duffus complained/suggested that the sodium levels in the food were to high, and that all who entered through Moe's gates of heaven were cursed to die of cardio-vascular disease. The change turned this awesome fast food chain into a dull stop for a quick Tex-Mex bite. I have been here after the change, which was very noticeable to regular patrons like me, and things have gone downhill. The beans and the meats, the heart of your burritos, tacos, fajitas and salads, are tasteless. Without taste here, this chain is not going anywhere. The chips and the queso dip are still great, some of the best around town, but everything else is not ready for prime time. If, and only if, it were possible to add salt to a burrito, or a taco, things may be fixed. But I dare anyone to open either/or and attempt resealing it. Not feasible, and unfortunately, a loss. I could easily knock off another star, but some items are still really good, like plain quesadillas, or the aforementioned chips and queso dip. Also, some people like blander food, or have been directed by their physician to avoid fast food because of salt and fats. Well, here is your chance friends, because Moe's hardly seasons anything anymore. I hope one day Moe's goes back to it's original self and forgets about all this healthy nonsense. read more

MOE MONDAY? MOE MONDAY! MOE MONDAY. This has been my Monday lunch ritual for over 2 months now. Not only is the burrito or burrito bowl $5.99 but you accrue DOUBLE points in rewards that day. Never thought id look so forward to Mondays. I always go with the bowl (It feels like more food than the burrito). They just added pickled onions to the menu. Thats it.. they're catering my wedding. The perfect bowl = cilantro rice, black beans, ground beef, queso (yes! queso), shredded cheese, tomatoes, guac, sour cream, pickled onions. Boom. The quesadillas are really good, they dont skimp on the protein and the toppings are fresh and unlimited! Walk over to the salsa bar....go in. $6 will get you the bowl (or burrito), fountain drink and unlimited tortilla chips. I like Moe's.....usually. The restaurant was your typical Moe's. All the things in the same place. Although the salsa bar was a little too close to the bathrooms for my taste. The issue I have is my home wrecker just had so little chicken. I know they use the little scoop but if you don't even fill up the little scoop you get even less. I said something and I was told it was extra for more chicken. I was not going argue as it was lunch time and there was at least 15 people behind me. So I loaded up on the veggies to make up for it. But should I have had to? The chips and salsa were good and fresh so that was nice to see consistency in that process. One thing I noticed is they did not say "welcome to Moe's" when you walked in. Maybe because it was so busy....they just randomly said it.....not sure it this will be a do over unless I am stuck. read more

Larry S. and I were headed to Ikea for our umpteenth visit to finalize a kitchen cabinet project and couldn't face yet another salmon meal in their restaurant, delicious though it may be. I tried searching for something more interesting to eat before hand, but everything that popped up was in the Dolphin Mall, and we were NOT going to enter that labyrinth before tackling Ikea! Fortunately, we encountered this Moe's just a few blocks past the Mall / Ikea complex. Parking is easy and the restaurant is clean and large enough. The wait staff was friendly-ish and efficient. Whenever I go to Moe's, I make it a point to come to this location. I don't think I've ever been here for the lunchtime rush and I usually take my food to go, but there is usually a minimal line and the area with condiments and sauces is usually clean and stocked. When you make a decision to go to Moe's for your meal, you shouldn't be expecting a Michelin experience by any means. By making this selection in the first place you're basically making a conscious decision to get Mexican that is healthier and better than Taco Bell, but also a little less healthy and tastier than Chipotle (there, I said it). Once you get over the fact that this is not fine dining, it's not hard to see why this is a 5 star review. The service here is fast, the food is always good, and they consistently have the best portion sizes out of all of their franchise counterparts in South Florida (most of which are now permanently closed, not surprisingly). I always appreciate getting in and out the door within a few minutes. My go-to order here is usually a home wrecker, but I sometimes do the earmuffs to be "healthier". If you've never tried the pork you're missing out. Corn salsa and southwest ranch changed my life. All of that combined with the fact that Moe's has the best queso in the world makes this an easy choice for a Doral fast food stop. read more

I believe this restaurant was horrible I found hair in my food and the server would not give me anything until the store almost closed. I went to the bathroom and found disturbing things and the toilet was left unusable and unsanitary so I couldn't use it. Ok, so this is a little hard to write because I am a chipotle fan, however, Moe's actually impressed me. Went in on a Friday night, and first thing I heard: "Welcome to Moe's!" I smiled. Made my line to get a Jr. Burrito (home-wrecker is a little too much for me) and the guy taking my order was very nice and helpful. Not greedy at all with their toppings, which definitely makes a huge difference. My burrito ended up being super stuffed inside and tasty. I was also pleasantly surprised with the "tomatillo" sauce- so good! Right after we finished eating, an employee came up to our table and offered to take our plates away from us and asked us if everything was ok. This shows that they truly care about their customers and that's very much appreciated. It's not a place of my preference, but I can see myself not being so hesitant to come back another time. Oh, a plus would be to be playing the heat game on TV rather than boring news you cannot even hear over the music. read more

Moes is my personal favorite spot for nachos and burritos!!!! I love the people there and not to mention they dont lowball you on the serving size. You order and customize your food however you like, so i decided to get the nachos (i have a really dear love for nachos) which was made to perfection. Im usually brutal on prices but i ordered my nachos with extra queso on the side which totalled to a little less than 10 dollars. The seating arrangment was ver good with alot of space to work with as well as options where to sit. Employees greeted me at the door and throughout my process of customization. Its good for family, friends and dates if your into a place with a good area to talk and a very peaceful vibe. Im going to be a regular here in the near future so i hope they expect me back soon!!! Moe's has some amazing food with great flavor. It is one of my favorite places to go. I love it even more since I've been doing the on-line ordering which is so convenient. However, the past few times I've ordered I have been very disappointed. I always order a salad bowl; pretty basic, a bowl of shredded lettuce with some toppings thrown on it. One of my orders was missing the cheese. The next time, they forgot the dressing. And now, they forgot the cheese and meat! I literally got a bowl of lettuce, however they were kind enough not to forget the brown guac which is also an extra charge. I can't remember the last time I received a correct order from them. I will still continue to go to Moe's, but this has definitely cut back on my visits and I'd now rather go in when I order, so I can physically babysit and make sure an order is correct. read more

During a long morning of Black Friday shopping, we came here to re-energize ourselves and have a bite of Moe's. And what's best then that ball of energy if the employees "Welcome to Moe's!" This is my second time at a Moe's restaurant and I ordered Wrong Doug with no Guac. It's basically a Tortilla wrapped with 2 flat crunchy "tosadas" and filled with choice of meat and toppings of your likings. Then it's pressed into the grill to melt the cheese. Service was fast and efficient. Not bad at all. Everything was fresh and the choice of meat I got was Steak and that meat was very tender and juicy. I May have found my new dish here at Moe's. read more
