Terrible service on Sunday night (08/02/2026) around 10:00 PM. Whoever was making the sandwiches during that shift needs to learn some customer service skills or find a new job. He was a thin young man with fairly long hair, almost certainly wearing a black jacket. My order was completely wrong, so I went back to the drive-thru window and politely asked if they could remake it correctly. The young man working the drive-thru was very kind and understanding about my complaint. Then, out of nowhere, the other employee came over to argue with me about a mistake that he had made, insisting that he had prepared the order correctly. I showed him the receipt from the Wendy's app since it was a mobile order, and he stood there silently for a few seconds after realizing he had misread the order on the screen. Even after that, he kept arguing and said, "Well, I don't know. I made it right. What do you want me to do?" He walked away with a bad attitude and came back with two cold sandwiches. At that point, the cold food wasn't even the main issue--it was his incredibly disrespectful and unnecessary attitude. I've worked in a fast-food restaurant for three years, and if I make a mistake while preparing a sandwich, the last thing I would do is argue with a customer who simply wants the food they ordered and paid for. Customer service isn't for everyone, and he definitely needs to work on the way he treats customers. He was lucky that I'm a polite person and all I wanted was to get my order corrected so I could go home. If he had treated someone with a worse temper that way, the situation could have ended much differently because of his attitude. By the way, I go to this Wendy's regularly because it's the closest one to my house. I always order the same thing, and suddenly this one time I supposedly ordered it wrong? I don't think so. Overall, it was a terrible experience. I want to thank the young man at the drive-thru who first helped me for being kind and understanding. As for the other employee, my advice is to find a different job because he clearly doesn't know how to do the one he already has. read more

This Wendy's straight up misdiagnosed my order and gave me food that I exicitly said I was allergic to, I have a severe outlet allergy, and stated that I only wish to receive Baconator jr, with a side of French fries. Honestly isn't my first time writing a review kid with the glasses that works on Monday nights around 11pm really needs to be fired, I honestly don't know who this people hire because it's not great like at all made a review a month ago about some lady that speaks Spanish, anyways kid with the glasses treated my girlfriend with so much disrespect that honestly I was about to lay my hands on him. This Wendys has Consistently skimped on materials. A bacon stir with 2 slices of bacon, large fries that contain less fries than small fries, missing nugget pieces etc. Every 6 months or so I give them a shot as staff rotates every so often , but I'm betting the same results read more

I wish I could give this place zero stars. The person taking the orders on the drive thru and goes at the speed of Speedy Gonzalez. Tried to rush me so I said forget it. I then told the worker he needs to slow down to take his time, and he has the nerve to tell me "I Dont Give A Shit, I'm just taking your order dawg." This was in front of a guest he was working with in the drive thru. I then go inside the store and the manager Juan Carlos said he was new and he will deal with it. So no send him home, no firing. Just let the kid keep working. Then try to bribe me with free food. No that doesnt make things right. So it's ok to tell customer I dont give a shit. So, there was a family (husband wife and 4 little kids) the father had a sign "my kids haven't eaten today"......I walked up to him and asked him if everyone likes hamburgers ?.....he said "yes, but just get for the kids......I walked into this Wendy's and wanted to order 6 meals.....There was 2 people in front of me..... I had received the wrong burger twice. I asked for a triple bacon burger for my father. The first time they gave me the burger it was completely wrong. A tiny little burger. I went back to try to fix my order. The gentlemen was nice to try and fix it. I told him triple about 3x. Once he gave me the brown bag again he told me my order back. Once I got home I STILL had the wrong order. Pretty much looked like the same burger just with bacon now. Definitely not worth my money. I am very unsatisfied. read more

Avoid the drive-thru. I live nearby and sometimes swing by after work, not once have they gotten my order right going through the window. Either the drink is wrong (or missing), they don't hand me the right order, or they give back the wrong change. . . you get the idea. If you go inside they do keep it pretty clean and it's never all that busy, so if you're craving that jr. bacon burger make sure you go with the dine-in option. read more

Dined in. Very clean. Food was good. Tried the new Baconator fries. Tasted great. A lot of what seemed to be spanish speakers, but do not let that fool you. You would figure all Wendys are the same at least I did until today Let's start with them getting the order wrong at the drive through I understand I live in Miami a bilingual city but nobody understood me in English or Spanish my husband actually went back after getting home with the food because not only was food missing but the fries where one big ball all melted together they were so saturated in grease. They did replace them with a hot batch dripping with hot grease. I don't expectucj fr fast food but I never imagined anyone could mess up a salad. The lettuce was so wet I tried to dry it - 3 bounty paper towels later and still wet so I threw it out. Needless to say I will never eat at this wendys again read more

This Wendy's has an older lady at the drive through window with a real nasty attitude. She doesn't listen, she's always screaming in the back and gets my orders wrong all the time. There's another woman that works there(older, kind of chubby) when you walk in that has a really bad attitude as well. I have been craving a son of baconator combo for several days! I finally gave up the fight yesterday and definitely was not disappointed. The meat was fresh the cheese was fantastic and the bacon was an amazing. The fries were hot and a Diet Coke was perfect and the girl at drive-through was amazingly great. My order consisted of a spicy chicken ceaser salad a number 1 and a number 7 with cheese oh and extra chicken for my salad order was taken at 1:40 I pulled up to the window payed 7 min later they handed me the number 1 with a soda no straw and asked me to pull up that the rest of my order was coming my order got to me at 1:56 that's 16 min later so I go on my way I look at my salad no extra chicken I go back ask for the chicken give them my salad in the bag with dressing and 1 min later she hands me my salad with double chicken like I asked so I leave halfway to my house I check again just to make sure and I see she did not give me the bag with the dressing back now some would say that this is my fault for not checking sooner since they were already messing up but its there job to make sure everything is correct not mines so I called Wendy spoke to 2 people who claimed to be the manager before actually getting to the real manager then she told me that I can come pick up another salad tommorow if I would like unfortunately a salad is the last thing I want from them I myself always go to the Wendy's on 137 ave and 88 st there service is much better but this time I was around bird road in conclusion my experience there was horrible just like last time but this time it was so bad I am taking the time to write this review my hopes is that someone in upper management sees this read more
