Our pick-up order was a half hour late and incorrect. The restaurant trash can was overflowing and literally every table was filthy. The same applied to the floors, even in the food prep area. I popped out of the crowd waiting by the empty pick-up shelves to tell an employee that I heard a family leave because the dining area was "disgusting." She came out a bit later with a rag and swiped a few tables - sweeping the food and utensils off onto the floor. The health department should close this unsanitary place and Chipotle should discipline the unfriendly, inefficient staff. read more

This is the worst chipotle i've been to. do not order online, they seem to have a terrible system for the online orders at this store, i've never had any food made right when ordered online from this location. They are extremely slow, even when there are 20 people and line and probably 20 online orders. my order took 45 minutes longer than when it was supposed to be ready. peep the pic of what my food looked like. The guac i got is only avocado, doesn't seem to have lime salt or cilantro. beans i got were undercooked and flavorless. My wife and I used to go here all the time pre-pandemic... I miss those days. Since the pandemic it's dropped in quality beyond saving imo. I don't know what's changed internally at this place, but they're always SUPER light on meat and every other ingredient really now. Rude in store too. I feel worse for those who do online pickup and stand out there watching their food go cold, hoping it might be at least warm if the staff ever comes outside. After our last visit- NEVER AGAIN. The kids who run the "line" have been rude, try to hurry you up as you try and handle 2 or 3 orders for the family- and we were the only ones in line! This Chipotle is by far the dirtiest one I've ever been to. The bathrooms and eating area are disgusting. The tables are gross and so is the area where you get condiments never looks wiped down and it smells kind of funny, idk if it's the floor cleaner they use or what. I wish I could leave 0 stars! This was the ABSOLUTE worst experience I've ever had with Chipotle and my kids and I love eating here. My car is broken down so I had to order online and my mom picked it up for me. The bowl that I ordered had hardly ANY rice. It was more cheese than rice. I probably could've counted the grains of rice because of how few there were. Worst part about it was this bowl was supposed to be for my daughter and son to split but it was so little food, they could barely split it. But the minimal amount of rice wasn't the kicker; the rice wasn't even fully cooked! My kids couldn't even eat their bowl because the rice was SO hard. They were VERY upset because they were very hungry and unfortunately with my car not working, I couldn't go out and get them something else to eat. I also could not eat my burrito because it was so CRUNCHY because there was more uncooked rice in it than cooked rice. This was a complete waste of money and I am livid that I now have to go online and pay EVEN more because I have to have the food delivered which mean higher priced food and delivery fees. Chipotle is really going downhill. We put in an order for pick up at 6pm. I didn't get there until 6:10, and when I did I walked in to a giant line waiting for online orders. Everyone was just being ignored unless they went up and asked. Slowly people's orders came out, but not in the order of pick up time, it seemed to be based on who walked up and asked where their food was. I finally went up and said something at 6:30 and the guy never even came back and gave me an update. The food in the attached photo came out BEFORE MINE. I am a fan of chipotle. 1. Quick service generally, even though lines can get quite long here. 2. Attention to food allergies, which saves my life, 3. I have never had an issue here before, but on this particular day I am furious and can't even eat the food I've been served. I have called SEVEN times and no one even answers the phone..... This afternoon, around 4:00, while in line trying to have my meal put together two employees, who have clocked out, hop on the line and start putting together their own meals to take home. Behind me there was a line of about 8 people waiting as well. There were no more peppers for my vegetarian bowl, I got the last scraps of black beans, there was barely any corn left, the pico was being scraped from the bottom of the pan (by one of the employees who have clocked out) and I got the last sprinkle of lettuce on my bowl... Each clocked out employee was asked to help grab some of these items, to which they both replied, "I'm already off the clock." In the blondes defense, she turned around and actually said she'd help to go grab corn, but the other continued to scape the last bit of pico for herself and did nothing.... The pico I asked for.... Because of this entire experience I was utterly appalled, and for these issues, I will most likely not return to this location again. If I do, and witness the same crap, I will talk to someone directly before leaving. I'm glad I was in a bit of a hurry today. This was beyond disgusting. For the last few months they have been very unsuccessful with online orders and handling regular orders. This is causing 30 -45 wait times for pickup orders when we ordered first. Door dash drivers are late to their destination because they cannot run the front end correctly. read more

Two issues from my last visit: 1) why don't you take gift cards? What is difficult about taking gift cards? You take credit cards! 2) There were two guests ordering from the line without masks. As a doordasher I hate coming here and I even got to the point where I turned down what looks like good orders because if you add the wait time on they're not anymore. I ALWAYS have to wait at least 15 minutes or more and they will not tell you how much more time it may take, sorry but I get paid $20 an hourish commission if you take an hour to get me the food from Chipotle before I even have to take it to my customers then you have taken away most of the pay for that order if not all of it and I do not work for free. I called them out one time because I actually caught them pushing the doordash orders to the back of the line to get the customers in front of them out the door that is a big No-No because the people who ordered on doordash are paying customers too and they already ordered before those people walked in the door I am essentially a placeholder for a paying customer who is already in line and it would not fly for them to push some customers to the front while pushing others to the back so it does not fly with us either. There's no excuse for taking as long as you do to get the orders out while there are other orders that are almost an hour old just sitting there. And to top it off you are ignoring covid regulations I do not even like going in there to get the food because the cafeteria style line forces people to stand really close to each other and considering that the walls are only 3 ft apart and you have people down both sides of the wall and each are standing about a half a foot behind each other then nobody is social distancing at all so what is the point of everybody wearing masks in there I don't understand why you follow one safety procedure to yhe letter religiously and treat the others like they're not existent. read more

Not just this location but most chipotles I feel like limit certain people's portions - ex: a heavier set guy was in front of me ordering and the guy making his bowl loaded him up at this point im excited there's someone who hooks you up until he proceeded to give me half of the portions .. I'm at chipotle right now and the staff is being extra rude to this lady in front of me who asked for a little more rice. They barley filled her bowl up and then gave her a hard time about asking for more. 3 of the staff behind the bar making the food have no gloves on. The girl at the register has no gloves on and is using the lids for the to go boxes to fan herself and putting them on the boxes for people to pick up. Absolutely disgusting. Everytime a customer asks for something everyone rolls their eyes and shakes their heads. They only accepted online orders and I asked for my money back due to how unprofessional everyone was. Love Chipotle! The burritos are large, and always tasty. I usually get the carnitas bc the other protein options are a little too spicy for me.They have really good guac, and I love adding a side of chips to dip into it...and whatever falls out of my burrito ;-) If you are unfamiliar with the way that Chipotle works, it is like a Subway for burritos. I do agree with one of the previous posters about the service though. Not the best. They run low on stuff a lot and then yell at each other about it in front of the customers. It always makes me feel awkward, and it has happened on more than 2 occasions at this location. That's just one example, and I can think of several other faux pas, but I'll stop at the one. Honestly if I were writing this review purely from a service standpoint, they would probably only get a 2 from me. Unfortunately the only other Chipotle that would be considered "nearby" for me, is like 30 min away, and the service is not really the reason I come here anyway.
