Never met the most rudest staff in a chipotle before. The girl first started with "what do you want." And then we told her we wanted a bowl and then the rice and she just goes so fast before we could say chicken, " that all?" Then we asked for chicken and then decided we wanted double chicken to PAY for, she then took the spoon with two pieces of chicken and flicked it in. We sat there like what was that? and then the boy next to her goes "yep sorry thats all you get for double." Then of course that upset us because we didn't understand why were getting treated so poorly in the first place. And I said "Im not paying an extra couple dollars for two pieces of meat you put in there" and they proceeded to yell at us because we pointed out that they had an attitude with us and they just kept blaming us for an attitude when after everything we said trying to order said please and thank you. They obviously all had personal issues and took it to work that day and for some reason we were the lucky ones who they took it out on which was very unprofessional. read more

Just a reminder that Chipotle is a FAST FOOD restaurant with an assembly line operation!! I find it absolutely pathetic that I even see a COVID-19 warning when every other restaurant in town is able to maintain exceptional standards during this time. My parents were in town and wanting to get on the road this evening for a 3 1/2 hr ride home. They wanted to order my brother some food before they left so I suggested Chipotle, since I had a great experience using the app for delivery from another Chipotle location. BIG MISTAKE!! I put in an order at 6:24 pm with an estimated delivery time of 6:57pm. Our poor delivery driver had excellent communication with us and had to wait on our order for over 2 hours!! I can't even imagine how much money she missed out on tonight because of this. (We felt bad and gave her an additional tip.) Chipotle made no effort to communicate any delay or problems with us. Unbelievable!!! Please tell me how two very simple and basic chicken burritos with very little ingredient selections takes over 2 hours!?!? How is a FAST FOOD restaurant with a small menu this slow while a real full dining sit-in restaurant has no problems of this kind? I would give this location a 0 if I could. I stopped coming to this location about 6 months ago after repeated issues. Contacted corporate, got the same runaround on how sorry they were and what can we do to make it better. Tonight, I decided to give it another shot after 6 months to see if anything had changed. If I could some my experience up with one word it would be "GARBAGE!" Rice and veggies were raw. The food only filled the bowl by half and when I asked for more I was told that they were gonna charge me extra because I was exceeding my portion size. I will consider this strike 3 for Chipotle and will not be spending my hard earned cash with their company any further. I would urge you to stay away and take your money elsewhere. read more

Chipotle owners and managers listen up - the food is good due to corporate, but you need to step up the customer service and CLEANLINESS game big time. This location is always filthy. Bathrooms, tables, trash and tables a mess. Ice machine often down. Today I had an awful experience with the rude and incompetent manager. I ordered delivery through Chipotle website. Grub hub driver shows up with a bag of chips and not the rest of my order (2 bowls and 2 burritos). He shrugs and leaves so I drive to Chipotle to get my food and a refund. Manager says she's not giving me a refund for the delivery fees and I have to call Grubhub even though I had to pick it up MYSELF! I paid Chipotle through Chipotle website and I have to call Grubhub? Think of it this way Chipotle - this is the same thing as if I buy guacamole at the counter, and instead of giving it to me you tell me to call the avocado farmer. Maybe next time you'll charge me $5.50 for an empty beer bottle and tell me to call Corona? Next time I'm missing 1 single item I'll kindly let my credit card company know to cancel the charge and return your Grubhub driver back with the messed up order. Update: still worst Chipotle. I'm only giving this one star because i have too. I went to this chipotle on 1/15/2021 at 7:30 pm they were only taking mobile order per the sign on the door. Okay fine i go back to my car place a order thru the app the next available time to pick up is 8:00 pm that's 30 mins fine i select the time wait in my car. I ordered a kids build your own 2 crispy tacos, rice, and cheese. It comes with chips and a drink. Go to the door to pick my food up it's unorganized they have peoples food sitting in chairs instead of placing them on the pick up shelf like they normally would and getting them off the shelf. The girl who's giving the food out is all over the place has no concept of where people's food is she keeps looking in Peoples bags looking on the outside for name just a complete mess. I finally get my food get home and have no chips no drink. My chicken is cold and the amount of rice they placed in there i couldn't even fill 2 tacos. I called the Resturant and asked to speak to a manager the young boy who answered the phone quickly said she's on break i told him i wanted her to call me when she gets off break gave him my name and number. I'm guessing she still on break because no one called me back about my missing food items that i paid for and did not receive. This chipotle has gone down hill it's no organization to it it's always a wait and no one seems to know what their doing. If i place a order for pickup at a certain time i shouldn't have to wait for my food. I get things happens and sometime you get behind but every time i go to this place it's like that. I dont even know where to begin, have never been to a chipotle before and if I ever had the desire it is done. This place is disgusting. The food prep area is messy with food strewn all over all the way to the cash register, a rag or a scraper would have been helpful, with a food prep area like that it is easy to see why they always are having food poisoning problems, the tables could use to be wiped off in the dining area. The drink area is messy with water and torn paper. The wonder is why there were so many people eating there. There are empty cups sitting on empty tables. Does anyone ever clean in this place? This location used to be friendly and prompt. They speak so fast "RICE, BEANS, MEAT" and instead of them listening to you they end up placing things on your bowl that you didn't want. So what happens when you have items on your bowl that arent supposed to be on there? They take a plastic side dish cup and attempt to scoop it out.. so now you have leftovers of accidental toppings like chicken when you said no meat and you are also short on rice after their 1/2 a** attempt to fix their mistake. Also, you would think that extra rice on your bowl came out of their paychecks.. Sometimes i consider asking the employees if extra rice comes out of their paychecks as a nice way of saying "you have a horrible attitude". Beware that a $1.25 scoop of queso on your bowl ends up being 1/2 a scoop of $1.25 queso. I wouldn't mind if the queso was $3.00 per scoop but if you are going to charge for something you need to serve the correct portion. Chipotle, please re-evaluate your employees. This review is coming from someone who frequented chipotle 4-5 times peer week, I've had my fair share of horrible customer service at this location. During the past half a year almost, I've tried to be very understanding with my orders. But tonight was simply annoying. Countless times I've paid for guacamole, and not received it, ordered delivery and had items missing and when i call to get a refund or even ask if i can come pick it up, there's no answer. Orders just being flat out wrong, and tonight my order was supposed to be ready at 9, and because they had to make guacamole it wasn't done until 9:23. I understand running out of things, but the guy at the register could only offer "i simply don't know when it'll be done, do you want to just take your bowls and go." I ordered dinner out on the app Monday January 11. App gave me a 7:30pm time for meal to be completed. This Chipotle location does not work in online orders with in store orders. They work in store orders first. There were 12 people waiting for online orders to be completed & I counted 5 people in line. This, in my opinion, is creating COVID issues & poor customer service. I used to LOVE the Chipotle at Rittenhouse in Midlothian, VA off Hull Street Road. I don't anymore. They're dirty and I got REALLY sick after eating there. Back in Feb 2020 I stopped by after work and the service was horrible. The woman was not really listening to orders and messed up several people's requests. She had to remake my bowl because she put sour cream on it and I don't like sour cream. Like I said, she was distracted. And they were low on some items but instead of switching it out, they tried to get away w/ giving people tiny portions of food. They tried giving me about a teaspoon-size portion of carnitas until I asked her to add more, which she seemed annoyed by. I've had pretty good service up till then so even after leaving, i let the bad service go. Everyone has bad days... until I ate my food about 30 mins late and threw up. I spent that entire night vomiting. Food poisoning. I was afraid to go back but I figured maybe it was the night shift that had problems so at the beg of May I ordered lunch through the app.I went to the same location, about 10 mins after I was expected to be there, to get my food and my food was not there. I asked and they forgot to make it so they rushed my order and it was totally wrong. Tonight, my last and final night, I decided to give them another try. I returned for dinner and the service was HORRIBLE. They were dirty, the countertop was full of dropped food. The restaurant was full of people waiting for online orders that weren't ready-- forget social distancing. There was one person making food and one taking payment so they were really short-staffed. I don't know what happened to this once decent location. Is it new management? Whatever it is, I have no plans to go back to this location and I would recommend that you avoid the chipotle at 13300 Rittenhouse Drive in Midlothian at all costs! read more

The slowest, most inefficient Chipotle I have ever seen. If you don't care how long you stand in line, this is your place! Stopped in a second time because there was no line-- and I still had to wait!!! At each point in the line there was no one around to do the next step: first no one to add the toppings, then no one to ring me up. Not sure where they were... No one offered an explanation for all the standing and waiting. Then I sat down, thinking that since the restaurant was basically empty, I'd have a quiet meal. Instead, an employee came out to sweep and loudly dragged each and every chair across the concrete floor. Of course, the place was empty, so that meant listening to over 20 chairs drag and scrape as I ate. Not sure why this place is so badly run. Rainy evening and needed a quick, to go dinner for my family. Chipotle is usually a good option. I love that I can create my unique meal. Organic products are always a plus. I appreciate that they do fundraisers to support their community. I'm a regular at this location and I must say that lately, it has become quite inconsistent. I can't say enough about Chipotle! I don't know what I did before it existed!! You can have your regular chicken bowl or spice things up with a burrito or tacos or quesadillas!! It's endless. When I go I get a chicken bowl with brown rice, black beans , Veges, corn salsa, lettuce and some cheese! Some of these meals although looking healthy can rack up over 900 calories so they offer nutrition facts! I've been able to enjoy my bowl and knock off 400 calories by removing sour cream, cheese and no substituting gauc! The fact that they take so much pride in having real meat, not treated, etc makes it even better! You can eat it and know you're getting real food! If guy haven't tried it, get out there! read more

So apparently the service is diminishing along with the portion size. You can't really go wrong when it comes to the freshness of the ingredients so this rating is purely based on service. I had a snarly young girl behind the counter get upset when I questioned the 4 (literally) pieces of chicken on one of the tacos. Interestingly enough, she wasn't the one serving me but felt it was her free range duty to tell me "that's the portion size" in a loud obnoxious voice, I kindly ignored her (for her sake) although she turned her back to mumble to another server. Afterward, another girl on the assembly line moved the taco and they fell apart so she began picking up the now mixed ingredients (Sour cream and all) off of the paper and globbing it back into the soft shell....seriously, am I in the "bad service twilight zone here", was all I could think. Again, my energy level after work prevented me from doing more than getting a managers card and calling the next morning. The best and freshest fast food. I always get the chicken burrito, you can add cheese and sour cream at no extra charge, when reading the menu it only says you can pick either or. PICK BOTH, if you want! I always get the spicy salsa with corn salsa, cheese, sour cream and lettuce. The salsa with the chips tastes clean, fresh and has a little kick to it. I used to go to this location all the time but the past few times I've been have been just completely unacceptable. They constantly run out of things. The last time I visited they had no salad dressing, no chips, and no more of the new meat. They did not apologies or anything. There is always water on the floor over by the drinks which several people have almost fallen. The counters are always dirty. This location use to be amazing. They gave a decent amount of food and everything tasted great. Now it just seems like they are giving you less and less of everything. I went in today and got a pitiful amount of rice, fajitas and chicken. At this point I asked the lady why they were getting so skimpy on everything and she threw a fit and threw some more toppings on. I have had to do this the last few times I've been. I don't even mind paying for extra meat as long as you give me a decent amount of everything else aswell. Really fresh food. I love this quick stop for a great grab-n-go meal. Prepared fresh every day, your plate is made right in front of you. A lot of healthy options ensures that you can make your plate as healthy as you want. They are not skimpy on the toppings, so if you want extra cheese sprinkled, just ask for it.
