Ok, i was looking forward all day to get some chipotle, but when we ordered, the girl scooped nothing in our bowls she literally put nothing. It was so empty. Then, we asked her politely to put a little bit more in and she aggressively added a whole heaping scoop of cheese on top of my kind of in a rude way. Then, as I was paying, I walked to fill my drink, and some worker came to get me because he told me that my Apple Pay had declined so I left my drink there to go and pay and as I paid, I came back, but my friend was still sitting at the drinks another worker was refilling the drinks . Then the worker said to my friend she forgot her drink so my friend told the worker that I would be back that my friend could hold it for me and then the worker told my friend that I was disrespectful. I thought that was very rude. Then my friend got some sprite and when she drank it, it was Lacroix. It was like sparkling water it was not Sprite. Then all my chips fell on the ground. When I got the food, it was cold and bad quality and the meat was stretchy. Then some worker came out and started smoking next to us and we couldn't eat without smelling his disgusting smoke. This is seriously a problem because every time I come to this chipotle specifically there are always outside Smoking. and I don't want them touching my food after smoking. Then all my chips dumped on the floor and lastly, my friend found hair in her food, which is completely unacceptable and utterly disgusting. This chipotle is consistently terrible. I have never once been to a chipotle that has not disappointed me in one way or another. My theory about chipotle is that every time you get food it will dissatisfy you in a new way. This location is no different. They give out meat like they are in the midst of the great depression and the building has an off putting aura every time I am there. This chipotle is like an abusive husband- I keep going back hoping that this time it will be better than the last, thinking about all the good times i've had and how even though my order may be wrong it is always delicious. Keeps getting worse. First thing I see on the door "Masks required". Currently required in Minnetonka. But manager and two employees not wearing masks. Counters were dirty and spread with food all over. Sauces in sour cream. Soda counter was a mess with garbage and soda spilled all over. Cabinet was open at the bottom. NO STARS I've never had such consistent bad service. Every single time they screw up easy food. Today a woman decided my tacos needed sour cream for no reason. When I saw her reach for it, I said NO SOUR CREAM, she did it anyway, while looking right at me. I would think twice before ordering from this Chipotle location. The delivery driver was 10 minutes late. They forgot all of the bowls, forks, napkins and utensils for our catered event for 40 people. They also forgot one of our meat options and the chips (the best part). I thought the delivery driver left to bring up the rest of the order but after 10 minutes I called Chipotle to ask if they could contact the driver, maybe he forgot a box in his car. No luck, they sent someone to bring the chips and utensils an hour later but they didn't even bring the items to our suite to apologize, they left them at the security desk. Something has been going on here the last couple weeks. Last week my black beans were sour and almost unbearable to eat. Tonight they are so dry and bland. Fairly inconsistent at this location but it's close to home for me and generally have a good experience tonight, however, i just bit into a chicken bone. Bone.
