I had lunch at Chipotle. It's a fast casual place. I ordered a bowl with rice, chicken, queso, and beans and other items. The bowl was ehhhh... boring and just kind of bland. I chose the beans I had because the other types didn't look good at all. For nearly 12 dollars I sort of expect better. The service was okish. The people dishing up the bowls just seemed disinterested. No one explained anything or what the items were outside of asking if I wanted brown or white rice. The restaurant itself needs a bit of cleaning inside and out. It sounds picky..but the outside really needs some upkeep. read more

Extremely small portion sizes and the chips were stale. They gave me a half scoop (at most) of rice and when asking for me they insisted it would be double. Terrible management! They never have food. I usually come after the gym around 7-8pm with 3 to 4 hours left open since they're open until 11pm and they are always out of proteins and veggies and rice with no sense of urgency to cook. The employees always look like they're wasting time letting the clock run hanging out cracking jokes and talking amongst themselves. Whoever is managing this location should be fired. I've never seen anything like it. Worst run chipotle I have ever frequented. Always the same story. Rice cooker broken, no estimated time of when the food will be out and restocked. I would not advise visiting this location. Eddy street and Roseland are way better. Most recently I ordered a veggie bowl which automatically comes with guac and the girl didn't even put it. I arrived Jan 24 at 5:20 to pick up my DoorDash order, as per usual it wasn't ready, which as a DoorDash storefront, the orders are supposed to be supplied in a timely manor and be ready when the dasher arrived. The worker claimed the order was not expected until 5:30 so he would not start it until then. Dashers should not be punished for inconsistency in chipotles system and the workers should be able to understand I am here to receive my order, there was no more than 3 people in line the store was not busy and the worker had an attitude. I'm tired of these people wasting my time and thinking it won't come back to get them. read more

me and my 2 friends went today april 19th 2026, around 6pm. we each had a terrible experience, the female worker that has red hair, nose piercing, and a lip piercing, was so rude to the three of us. worst customer experience i have ever been in ever. she was doing it to the people behind us too. she aggressively tossed my food at me and others from across the counter. she forgot an item for all three of us and we were all terrified to ask her for anything bc she would roll her eyes at us and speak to us aggressively. she was just insanely rude and made it everyone's problem that she didn't wanna be there, and if she messed something up. she needs to be fired. read more

This chipotle is the absolute worst. For one it's filthy. I absolutely didn't want to touch anything. I tried to get in at 10:45 when they opened but they didn't open the doors until 11. I had to place an online order which is fine but they didn't even start it until 11 when it was supposed to be done. I was the first one in there and it doesn't look like anyone took the trash out the night before or even swept. I've given this location too many chances. I guess I shouldn't be surprised but they didn't give me any veggies either. The last time I ordered in they said they were out of veggies. I said I'll wait and he looked back and they weren't cooking any. So I said ok well can you? He said I'll just go get them from over there ( where they make the mobile orders). Three months ago my husband and I stopped at this location for lunch. The overall experience was well below average. Portions were ridiculously small and the 3-4 people in front of us all complained and had to ask for more of each item. We had the same experience but thought maybe there was a new employee. Gave it a few months off because the food was so inconsistent. Came back today and the rice in my wife's bowl and my salad was rock hard and uncooked. The restaurant is disgustingly filthy with food stuck on the side of the windows. When I asked for a re-order they gave me attitude and never apologized and took a over 15 mins to remake them. The place is filthy dead bugs, cobwebs, greasy floor, dirty tables and windows. The food service area was a mess, items mixed in with each other, out of stock on some items. This is a small place and half of the tables were occupied by slouched over job applicants being interviewed. I ordered a salad the lettuce strips were 10 inches long not easy to eat with a plastic fork, beans were swimming in water. The cheese and corn were empty so the serve had to stop and go to the cooler to replenish. I found a table sat down took two bites and looked at all the filth and cobwebs and started to think if it's this bad in the front the kitchen it probably worse. I started to write this and looked at the other reviews and they are all one star going back years with a boilerplate response from Chipotle M saying sorry please reach out to us. my school is just around the corner so i tend to come here for lunch last time i came here the same gentleman that raised his voice at me for NO reason. and today he assembled my bowl giving me portions for a child unsure if his name but he has a tattoo on his right arm just a little below where his shirt would end. he rushed me the entire time and made it seems like i was being inconsiderate for wanting a full scoop of the food I was paying for. he then charged me for two portions of queso when i had said no. as you can see in the picture my boyfriend s bowl and my bowl on the bottom they were not assembled by the same person. dispute the fact i paid extra for two servings of queso that's all i received on my bowl. this is not typical chipotle behavior i seriously wonder if he does thi to multiple customers or just me i can't imagine he's simply picking on just me. read more

Waited about thirty minutes in line with only four customers ahead of me. One worker worked the line while one worked the register. Two other employees huddled around the register, standing there with their arms crossed conversing while the store continued to bring in customers. A few other employees were just slowly cleaning, but mostly talking. Some customers walked out of the dirty store. All the employees worked at a snails pace. I pointed all this out to another customer behind me as we both shared the frustration of poor customer service. Only then did the employees pick up the pace and actually do what they get paid to do; work. Not a single employee cares about anything there. They were out of chicken and veggies at 4 o'clock. Corporate does not care about this restaurant. Do not go here. Go to any other Chipotle. They are both pathetic and apathetic. Their manager doesn't even care, so nothing will change. There is no leadership. This has consistently been the worst restaurant since COVID quarantine. I've had so many orders carelessly made incorrect, but the customer service tops it all off. They just get paid to do nothing, or, at the least, the bare minimum. Chipotle corporate really needs to come to this location and do some overhauls of everything. I walked in to this location and there were a couple of people waiting for orders and nobody in the dining room. Although nobody could have sat if they wanted to because there was not one clean table in the place. I had plenty of time to notice this since my online order was 8 minutes late. Besides the messy tables, the entire place was a mess. The floor was covered in dirt/ food. There were probably 10 employees standing around talking while one kid worked his butt off getting all of the online orders out. Came in to get a burrito told them light sour cream loud and clear. They put the largest scoop of sour cream I have ever seen. Asked if they could just scoop some off into the trash or something they decided to remake it instead. When remaking it they didn't have enough for a double portion and gave me 1 1/4 scoops of steak. When I ask if they would be charging me double for that he said yes which I replied I'm not paying 20$ for a burrito that doesn't even have double steak because you ran out of you are charging me double I'm not paying. After being a loyal chipotle goer for the last 7 years this location has been one I go to the most as it is close to home and used to provide quality food with an expectation of efficiency and timeliness. Lately however this location has truly suffered and the staff that at one time worked with great speed and precision is a slow, seemingly careless group. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE!!! It has consistently shown to be the WRONG DECISION as the people making those are almost always very behind, the line moves faster. While I still love chipotle, I'm very sorry to see this location suffer so greatly and would really like to see management change some things. read more
