My bowl was missing cheese, but I got a piece of extra hair in there. It was so disgusting. I know exactly whose hair it was too because I've seen her in there before with unkept hair and she was in the chipotlane today. I was barely into my bowl and bit into a gross hair. It was not mine as my hair was pulled back tightly. I took it back and the lady at the register was not very nice. She helped me but wasn't pleasant. She offered a $10 credit when my meal was over $14 because I got double meat. She did not believe me and wanted me to dig the lid out of the trash. I showed her my phone of my order and she said it doesn't show the price..( news flash neither does the lid) so I added it to the cart to show them. They refunded me. I asked for a refund and for it to be remade but they only refunded me. W/e. I do find it a little rude since I order from there 3x month and a loyal customer. It's been over 3 hours and I'm still mortified to even eat anything because I still feel the hair in my mouth. Please wear better hair nets or something because it's disgusting. read more

Just going to add to the other handful of bad reviews. First time I've ever been told to pick another protein at 12:07 pm on a Thursday, because they didn't have steak. Couldn't tell me how long til they cook more. Just pick another. That was also whispered by a superior, I assume she was based on how she was talking to the other girl, to the girl that was serving. After the whisperer closes my bowl, she throws it onto the counter. Another girl rings me up. Had to ask for a bag. Why even bother showing up to work ladies? Had a friend over for a picnic by the water - we just wanted an easy, no hassle dinner time so we ordered online from the new Chipotle in our neighborhood. My hubby was sweet enough to go get the food for us. When we opened it up we were shocked at how little food they had given us. We were HUNGRY when we were done and I've never experienced that at Chipotle before. I loved the convenience of the online ordering, but never again. I'll go inside and watch my food being made from now on. After paying $45 for our dinner we felt totally ripped off. I hope someone will see this and do a little more training with the staff. Got half a scoop of rice because they were almost out. Was told it would be at least 15 minute wait for queso. Steak and chicken were both ice cold. Server showed 0 sympathy or remorse, and offered no solutions to their lackings. Worst chipotle experience I have ever had. They don't deserve to call themselves a chipotle. So the girl making my food accidentally rips the tortilla of course she asks if I want another tortilla but I say no because I hate making people work this hard for minimum wage work. But upon further review I did need another tortilla and the girls about to grab me one but then this old 47 year old guy comes over and says it doesn't matter if she ripped it they still had to charge me which I'm obviously not gonna! Went in after going to the Pharmacy. Felt like a good taco salad. I seriously can not describe how incredible it tasted after a long day. Fresh, delicious and totally worth every bite. It was incredibly fast service. The food was fresh. The chipotle worker was NEW but did such a great job at getting my food together. The manger was 10/10 customer service. Placed an online order and tried to call to ask them to delay it for about little bit until I could get there. It's impossible to get through the automated call handler to talk to anyone at the store. The robot basically told me people at the store were too busy to talk to me and to go kick rocks. seems like no matter the time or day I go nothing is ready! tacos are always smashed together. meat is not even portion out correctly. one time I got a bowl they put one scoop of rice in the bowl. it didn't even cover the bottom. then they tried to spread it out to make it look full. read more
