I gave this place a second chance, and it was a waste of time. They said they were out of white rice and pico de gallo which turned out not to be true. After I paid, I saw plenty of pico sitting on the pickup side. When I asked for a small side, Santiago on the line snapped that it was "only for pickup orders" and refused. It made zero sense, I was basically picking up food, and the attitude was unnecessary. To make it worse, they didn't label the bowls, and they forgot my kids' chips, unbelievable. I'm sure I'll get another canned apology from Chipotle, but nothing ever gets fixed. I've reached out before and they simply don't care. Chipotle Mexican Grill is pretty much my go-to when I am in the mood for fast food (or I am pressed for time). It is tasty, relatively cheap, and it is also relatively healthy (especially when compared to those fast food burger companies). My go-to at Chipotle Mexican Grill is their burrito bowl. I used to order their burritos and then i.found out that the tortilla was three hundred calories. I didn't think it was worth the extra calories, so I started getting their burrito bowls. For my protein, I swap it out, but chicken or steak (or sometimes a mixture of the two) is my most common ones. Lately, I have been getting the carnitas a bit more frequently and I have been enjoying that. Chipotle Mexican Grill is a great option if you are looking for a quick fast food meal. While I would never call it authentic Mexican food (the only thing truly Mexican is that the word "Mexican" is in their business name), it still is a tasty and somewhat healthy meal. This is the worst chipotle I've ever been to. I've been to a ton of Chipotles and it figures the one right around the corner from where I live is the worst one. They have this guy that works the line and every time I go there he's working, and he acts like you are the biggest inconvenience to his day. He drags out your order going super slow but he barely gives you anything. I honestly feel ripped off by the time I go to pay. One time I went in there and they had a long line but the staff in the back area were just standing around chatting about some super weird drama. (Sooo annoying) Also, the chicken is always salty? Not sure what's up with that. The lettuce is typically brown, kinda gross. The tables are always filthy, and I'm pretty sure I've never seen the trash by the front door not overflowing. Ate there today around 4pm, I was second in line to order. It is confusing when you start the ordering process, there is no sign above the counter stating "order here" "line begins here" or "pay here". The employees are young and not good listeners as I had to repeat everything twice. A lot of loud laughter between associates from kitchen prep area to service counter (very unprofessional) in front of customers. Quesadilla was not cooked enough (doughy) and my burrito was average at best. The free chips that come with the Quesadilla were so salty they were inedible. The dining area was dirty and one of the employees dumped the tip jar out onto the table in the dining area while she sat and ate. All this in front of customers. I don't visit Chipotle's much but if I based all of them off of this particular one, I would never go to one again! The food is standard and tasty, but the customer service is non existent. I thought, OK maybe it's just not a good day for them the 1st time I went there but unfortunately it was not. We just moved to the area and today was our 3rd time going and it was exactly the same all 3 times!! They don't even acknowledge your there until they are done with whatever it is that they're doing. Today I left asking my husband if there's any other location we could use besides this one...YES, I would rather drive past this one to go to another. It's THAT bad! Sadly I give one star to this chipotle location. Although the food is good, we are still going through a pandemic. They didn't enforced wearing a mask (but there was a mask mandatory sign at the door) there was a man talking and laughing to the server at the food counter with no mask and another one with his mask under his chin. My last two visits to this location were excellent. The gentleman who was managing is super friendly all around- I appreciate good customer service, those that are happy to have you there. For example, the line was a little long but he went out of his way to ask how I was doing and on to suggest a new sauce to try. This Chipotle is the most poorly run Chipotle I have ever been to. The staff is poorly trained, they're slow and they seem to be utterly confused with every and all questions that you ask. The white rice container was near the very end, I simply asked if they could refill it so I could have fresh rice. The girl looked at me in utter confusion, she went to the back and brought out plain white rice. I told her I didn't want plain white rice, I simply wanted fresh made rice as I didn't want my burrito to have leftover rice. I explained it to her two more times and she responded with, "you don't want white rice?" And I said, "yes I do, but fresh rice". Since when does fresh equal plain? She went to the back once more and returned with the person who appeared to be the manager. He then said, "what's happening?" What kind of way is that to approach a customer? Extremely unprofessional. I explained to him what I wanted and he said, "well we wait until the pan is empty." I responded with "you have about 10 people behind me and it's going to be empty in two spoonfuls, you have to make fresh rice anyway, why can't you do it now?" And again I received nothing but a look of confusion. This place needs a trained adult professional to run it. It's ridiculous that I had to go to a different location to get reasonable service. This location used to be good but went downhill fast not sure what happened sadly. They're constantly out of ingredients and the manager is too lazy to simply go to the publix behind them and get stuff & to top it off every single employee is beyond stingy when it comes to quality of ingredients. I ask for double chicken which means "2 whole scoops" of chicken, and 90% of the time I barely get a scoop and a half and when I ask for just a tiny bit more I get asked "oh you want triple well that's extra then".
