She seemed irritated and mad that I was using a military discount. She assumed I was paying with a card and not cash, and had to cancel the transaction, even though she didn't ask me beforehand. She was irritated when I handed her the cash, and her coin machine wasn't working. Although it was only 10 cents, after her funky attitude I could care less if it was 2 cents -- I need my change. She was slamming the coin machine, clearly irritated. Even after this, I said thank you when she handed me my change, still being polite, and she didn't say anything. She just walked away and mumbled some BS to Aly, like I don't have eyes and ears and can't see or hear her. I thanked Aly for her good customer service and told her she should teach Kailey a thing or two, because her customer service is very lacking. Do better, Kailey!!!
