Our group orders are consistently incorrect and portions are about 1/2 of what they give you if you go into the store.

So pleasantly surprised. There were four guys that got there ahead of me and I was bummed cause I didn't have much time. But the girls serving were fast as blazes. I could tell the girl at the start of the service line was not thrilled to be there.... Let's face it, no one I know really wants to do a job like that with customers lined up to the door. But I gave her a big smile and told her what I wanted and it seemed to ease her mood. It was just minutes after they had opened. This chipotle is hit or miss most of the time. They are pretty quick about their in-store and mobile orders but the big downside is they haven't had ice in over two months, which is insane for a restaurant these days. What is going to be done about this? read more

This is the best Chipotle I have found so far in Columbus and this particular store has improved even more since the last time. Walked in and the store was clean... from the parking lot to the kitchen. I saw diligent crew working and received customer service that was better than typical. I ordered a burrito bowl (with my tortilla on the side... still have trust issues with the competency of Chipotle crew at any restaurant to fold my burrito). Good portions, reasonable presentation, they weren't out of anything and everything looked stocked and fresh. The managers must have stepped up their game even more. Corporate... if you are reading this, this store is moving the right direction. Give them some kudos for the effort. Rating for the store would be a solid three which may seem low but it is higher than average for Chipotles in Columbus. My stars are for this crew, on this day, at this location. read more

This Chipotle is always a hit or miss. Sometimes the service is quick and on point, but lately it has been getting worse and worse. I placed and order for pickup more than a half hour before close for 20 minutes before close. I ended up having to come inside and stand around till after close to get my fucking order. This is not the service anyone should expect from any restaurant. read more

I have been here six times in the last month or so, because I just moved down the road. Every time I walked in, I've been greeted with the news that this chipotle is out of cheese. At first I thought it was just a coincidence but after many times coming here and being told, there's no cheese it seems like it's an ongoing theme. Order more cheese! When asked why, I was told it was because corporate had told them to ration their cheese, so they run out periodically throughout the day. It's absolutely ridiculous that I can't get cheese, a very common ingredient in a taco. Now I see why this chipotle is only getting two stars average read more

This Chipotle has gone off the deep end. First off you guys close at 10pm but you start putting all the food away at 9pm. The inside has dirty tables and people leaving there food on the tables. The countertops where they make your food could used some cleaning and not put the tinfoil on the dirty cover in food countertop. Tonight the 2 gals that were working 7/15/22 they kept asking over and over what else you wanted on your food after you already told them what you want. Maybe if you guys stop blasting your music, you could hear the customers. Will be going to chipotle in canal since I know the service will be better. read more

I love chipotle... When I can actually order it during their business hours. I tried to order online at 9:30 and it's too late to place an order. I get to the restaurant at 9:35 and the doors are locked. Why are you saying that you're open until 10 when I can't get an order after 9:30? I'm only leaving this review because this is not the first, second or even fourth time that I pull into a chipotle, get out of my car, and see three employees watch me walk up to the locked door- as they stand there with all the lights on, avoiding eye contact with me. I had six small pieces of chicken in my burrito bowl. I noticed I could have paid extra for more chicken, but really? Why should I need to? They usually put in a good spoonful of meat, but six small pieces is ridiculous. So disappointed in Chipotle. Quality control is non-existent here. They give you half portions and charge you extra when you ask to be given full portions. Seriously what other chipotle considers half a scoop of rice a portion? They are constantly out of essential products like guac and rice. Corporate needs to do something because this place is a disaster. read more

This location went downhill in a hurry. Ordered a salad you see pictured with chicken, salad and veggies. Got that and a vat of sour cream and an entire package of cheese on top I'm allergic to dairy so can't eat it. We were on our way home and decided to order online and pick up through Chipoltelane. Easy, right? NO. We sat in line for 20+ - with no movement. None. and I'm not exaggerating. Finally, I go inside and ask for my order that was placed 40 minutes earlier by now, and all I get is excuses and rudeness. Absolutely no thought of apologizing. These kids working were clueless. Where was the manager because they clearly couldn't run the place. How could there be no movement on orders in 20 minutes? (We were so hungry and lost our patience.) After about 5 minutes in the store, I got our order. The chips were chewy they were so stale; they were disgusting. More stale than the ones in my cupboard for 6 weeks; no kidding. And it was all cold. I'll never go back there. This place is always totally backed up and that experience was pathetic. read more

Not sure what has happened recently. Last week I ordered the Carne Asada burrito with only about 1/4 cup of protein and the side of guacamole was old. Today. ...guacamole was old and they forgot the side of chips. With all that said, this was via the online app for pick up. Check your orders thoroughly before you leave. Not happy with the food quality as of late. Hoping other food options come to this area soon. Very disappointing. read more

I stopped in today to get lunch and there was a very long line. No big deal. I understand chipotle is popular and there's usually a line. I walked in behind several other people and we all went to the back of the line which was starting to wrap around the inside of the store. An employee walked up to us and told us the line stops at the door and we would have to wait outside so we didn't block the door. Mind you it's pouring down rain outside. I asked her if we had to do that even if it was raining and she said yes it's company policy. Rather than wait in the rain everyone she told to wait outside including myself just left. Hopefully the manager of this location sees this and adjusts that particular policy because forcing people to stand out in the rain to get their food is ridiculous. read more

Quality of food and quantity have dropped so badly. Chipotle used to be my favorite, every time i get it now im more and more disappointed. Steak is mostly gristle, if you don't stand in line and make sure they give you a decent portion you get barely half a regular portion. read more

So I just had a wild pit stop at this uniquely cubic and modern chipotles. My partner and I were quite famished after an extensive exploration of the ancient and mysterious serpent mounds. Anyways, I went the sofritos burito which I have had a few times before in other chipotles franchise locations. I also snagged an ice cold corona and some chips and guacamole to go. Service was given by several naively cheerful teenagers. It certainly brightened my day to know these young children are being unfurled into the working environment under this legitimately equitable (tradeable?) chain. I am thoroughly impressed with the attention in detail to the preparation of each ingredient with a nice theme carried through out; effortlessly. Effortlessly these young children prepared the beans so elegantly they didnt even need to be tender. Quite crunchy! Same with the rice it was like they knew less water makes for a sturdier carbohydratic dynamic in mouth feel. Temps were effortless cool with an emphasis of beating the heat. Ice cold sofritas and a barely warm tortillia, tepid enough to make me nostalgic for awkward high school prom dates. Which reminds me to comment on the elegant decorum of this location, sterile other than textual self promotion for work opportunities and benefits programs to keep you eager for a steady supply of chipotles from any of the many far spread franchise locations. Which I hope are also given young children an opportunity to learn how to effortlessly make food. I took the chips on the road and was pleasantly surprised in how stale they taste, yet brittle enough to barely scoop guacamole so effortlessly unattened to that it had almost an entirely unmashed slice of avocado in it. What a pleasant and hip surprise. I'm glad to have to stopped here. Hope to maybe pair another chipotles visit with another earthworks experience. Because I'm am now thoroughly addicted to ancient earthworks of north america, and maybe some day beyond. read more

Friendly staff clean restaurant fast moving line buuuut 30 min wait on white rice on a Tuesday evening. An offer of a complimentary small fountain drink would have lessened the disappointment. read more

I ordered a keto bowl from this location and it wasn't great at all. It was very wet, barely any lettuce (which they used spinach and bits of romaine,) barely any chicken although I paid for double barbacoa and chicken. This was a very disappointing sloppy bowl, I haven't ordered from this location in months due to similar issues but thought I'd give it a try. If I was in the store I wouldn't have paid for the bowl but it was ordered online (since Iwhich is even more upsetting considering the delivery fees and all. Overall I won't be ordering from this location ever again. read more

I love this location! I recommend it to everyone! The chips are always perfectly salted and limed, and the chicken is always done perfectly. The staff is also amazing! I work in the area and literally go here daily for lunch. I have never had a bad experience here. And if I ever would, I know the team there would make it right in a heartbeat. So generally i LOVE chipotle but this specific chipotle has done NOTHING but mess up my order every single time. one time my rice was so mushy my bowl was wet. Went into this location having a so so day and the two gents that got in one second before me of course had 5 orders to go. Irritating right?? I placed my order and the lad taking my order was very friendly and before I knew it he (Camden) and co-worker (Robert) had me in a great mood. We just talked and laughed but they were so personable and friendly it made my whole day. I look forward to going to that location again. I only wish they were as friendly in New Albany and Newark Ohio. Kudos to both these employees for doing it right! I went to pick it up not only was the order wrong but the person who gave me my food was rude and I've given most of the restaurants in Obetz Ohio a chance and all have failed and have had the same experiences..
