Food was good, but the customer service and workers were awful. Completely disrespectful for no reason. Will not be coming back.

There were two workers that attended me. One of the workers was giving me looks and being awful towards me. The other one just completely ignored me for about 5 minutes looking at me weird. Most importantly the rudeness in there voice towards me and my kid was uncomfortable. I wouldn't say anything about it if I was only there but to also my kid it's unbelievable. Worst Chipotle EVER! Too much attitude and too little food. Like literally they run out of proteins every time I'm here, and everyone working is just straight up angry. Tonight was buy a burrito and get an entree free and the staff couldn't keep up with the line that was nearly out the door. I understand that it's easy to get into the weeds when there's a promo like this, but consider finding a way to warn people who've been standing in line for a half hour that you've run out of carne asada...and carnitas...and steak...and that they'll have to wait 15 more minutes for more chicken. Sorry, I didn't come in for a veggie burrito. I would say: "Get your shit together, Chipotle!" But I won't ever be back to this location, so it doesn't matter. UPDATE: I reached out to Customer Service Team as requested. This location needs to be stopped from cheating customers. I hope others follow up with the Customer Care team as well. I arrived 40 mins after opening and they hardly had any ingredients prepared. Their pans of food were bare and the server treated our meals as such. I received the bare minimum in my bowl. My food was so rationed like it was the end of the world and there was no more food to give. I have been given better experience numerous times at this location before and that is why I returned. I thought how can the ratings of a chipotle be sooo low and then I came here. We ordered $35 worth of food and I left a $3 tip. 5 minutes later I realized I had a reward for a free guac. I showed the employee the voucher and he said I had to wait in line after I just waited in line previously. So I waited in line and then asked for the guac. Employee told me that I had to scan the code and when I scanned it said I have to spend at least $5. I said I just spect $35 and he said that I didn't use the voucher then so to use it I would have to order something else that cost at least $5. I asked to speak to the manager and to my surprise he said that's me. I mean the manager couldn't figure out a way to help me redeem the voucher without having to spend $5 more. Chipotle is Chipotle. Nothing more, nothing less. I've been to this location a few times. I've received decent service from the employees. They do not seem to be skimpy on the food. I enjoyed my burrito bowl with chicken, white rice, black beans, pico de gallo, corn, sour cream, and cheese. Yummy! Today my partner and I went to this location for lunch. We are Police officers and were in full uniform. When we approached the counter a young man working the counter serving (TALL, DARK SKIN, LONG LOCS, BEARD) stated "I DON'T FUCK WITH YAL" my partner asked him "You don't F with the Police?" He stated again "I DON'T FUCK WITH YAL" "You want a bowl" "YAL MAD AS SHIT". We frequent this location often and so do other Police officers in the area. The behavior of that staff member was UNACCEPTABLE and poor representation of Chipotle. Chipotle if you do not support the Police hang a sign on the door. read more

Went to try them out today door said 10.45 I went inside and the 2 girls inside were sitting down eating they looked at me funny and mumbling with food hanging out there mouths were not open. This has to be the worst Chipotle in the country. Used to be a totally fine location until about 3 months ago. Since, the staff has gotten rude, when they run out of an item they refuse to make more. They don't sell you chips, they make you order them online which is hilarious because all of their chips are located right behind the register. Its always dirty inside the restaurant. The young man helping me was not well trained. I asked for extra queso and he tried to charge me twice for it. He said since he put 2 scoops on he had to charge for both. I asked if one scoop came with the bowl and he said yes. I tried to explain to him them I should not be charged for 2, as one is an included item. I'm already lukewarm on chipotle and this experience turned me off to any chipotle ever anywhere. If you do choose to go, make sure you are crazy explicit about the ingredients and how much they're putting in as you go. Hello, it's a shame. I had to put another review in and I don't put reviews in for anything chipotle can check my account I spent over $150 easily a week at aboutthree or four different locations also in Europe as well. I took a week off. I'm going into Columbia Blvd Chipotle restaurant. It's very convenient in the city. As soon as I walked up to the counter, I saw the same very individuals who are so vicious and nasty towards customers at the counter, ready to serve me. I turned around, got back in my vehicle to head up towards Center City and deal with the You can check my account and verify how much money I spend at chipotle a week but particularly that one on Columbus Boulevard 50 $60 easily for years there. I will not be going there anymore. The people in Center City are so very nice. The other restaurants Chipotle in Jersey are very, very nice even in Europe. They were very very nice. I don't know what it is about that south Philadelphia location. Those Hood rats down there with the weaves all down past their behind eyelashes looking like tree branches chains hanging from their nose going down to the belly on their phones yes and I witnessed this yesterday and I'm like you know what I'm out of here. Yes, managers or whoever verifies these accounts check my account and you can see as spent thousands of dollars over the years which chipotle I'm sorry I did not purchase the stock when it was at 300 but another thing though they are getting very very skimpy with the food very skimpy and what really made me upset about Philadelphia is they know I come in there regularly and you're gonna start giving me less OK I mean you see how much money I spend in here it's ridiculous but that's OK. My wife and I have ordered delivery from this location over a times and they have delivered us a completely wrong meal at least half of the time. It has gotten so bad that we swore never to order again. Multiple times I have driven to the location after my delivery came because it was so ridiculous that a human being could make such a cacophony of errors on a single order.
