This chipotle use to be really good but now it's not. They never drain the ingredients before they go into the bowl, leaving everything a wet mess which doesn't go very well with their cardboard food containers. I would give this location zero stars if I could. I come here often because it's closest and every single time it's a new issue. Last night we waited 25 minutes to order when there were 7 people ahead of us. When I got the the counter they had no white rice, no black beans (even through the employee offered me the black bean liquid), no chicken, and no chips. Went here last night with the family for dinner and it was hands down the worst mexican food I've had in months. This chipotle isn't like other locations; they're really phoning it in here. The quesadilla my kids got barely had cheese. The burrito bowl I received was mostly rice. The few bits of meat (steak) I did get were spongy, tough and devoid of any flavor. The beans were hard and not fully cooked - yes, one of the easiest foods to knock out of the park and they somehow screwed it up. All said, this was the worst mexican in this area and there are a lot of options available. Normally I can crush a meal from a chipotle; this one I didn't get halfway through before quitting and giving it to my dog. Even he didn't finish it. I've had much better from this location. I came in to place an order, something I do weekly, sometimes twice a week for my 6 member family. Every week I place the same order and the last couple times the service has been below what any service industry standard should led. My first less than pleasant visit involved your employee Luke. The team gave me the incorrect order, I went home began to hand food out, wrong order was discovered, drive back to the store with the wrong order and ask them to give me the correct order. The MOD tells me to keep the incorrect order, and they would remake it. This is fine. Luke, however, who is responsible for remaking the order, is brass and rude and responds "Well, if it's wrong no one is going to eat it right?" I don't respond. He asks the question again, which my response is "the person who was intended for may not eat it but someone will." Tonight, instead of driving to the next nearest Chipotle which is an additional 10 minutes away And consistently serves fresher food and has quality service (I'm sure management has a lot to do with that) I returned to Happy Valley. I placed my order, the food looks unappetizing so I decide not to order for myself, but hey, kids eat anything! The team is short handed and in disarray, I stand there for over 5 minutes with rice in my bowls as they scurried to get themselves ready to serve a growing line. I get to the toppings and specifically say "light cheese, light sour cream" for a particular bowl. It didn't appear as though Mila heard me, so during checkout I asked the cashier to check the bowl so I can assure it was made properly, it wasn't. She asks for the bowl to be remade. Luke, good ole Luke, remakes the bowl, during the remake Mila says to Luke "She didn't say that," I hear her and I respond "Yes, she did". Awkward silence much?! If you are going to talk about customer, just don't! And if against your better judgement (and training) you still decide to be sure they are not present and not actively listening to the happenings as they unfold! Luke hands me my remade bowl and says condescendingly "Have a good night." I respond "Thank you, I still would like her (Mila) name." His response, whilst walking away and in front of a line of customers, which is absolutely disrespectful "Hmmm. I'm not sure I want to give that to you." Instead of continuing to talk to these two individuals who clearly lack customer service skills (maybe you guys keep them for the guacamole making skills they have?) I ask the cashier for the manager. Carter, the manager comes out, and hears me out, however he doesn't apologize, but he does mention that he will talk to Mila and Luke. Do i think this happened? Nope, I don't. Do I think action should be taken. Yes, I do. Can you let me know what corrective action is taken? I sure hope so. One bad apple spoils a barrel, Happy Valley has at least two bad apples. Every time one of these bad apples interacts with me negatively you'll hear about it! read more

My wife and I just came to get some food from this chipotle location and it was the worst dining experience that either of us have ever had. We stood in line for 40 minutes waiting to order we finally get to the front only for the person in front to have had gotten the last of their white rice. We where told it would be atleast 15 minutes before any more was ready. Now during this time the focus had strictly been on mobile orders and I had watched them putting these up and completing them. Orders that had been placed after us arriving had been completed before us multiple times. I'm not sure what company prioritizes mobile orders before customers but I have to say it's very frustrating. My wife was able to get the food she wanted and I was not. To top it all off we ordered 2 drinks the farm fresh lemonades they charge us for them and we get the cups that we fill ourselves. The drinks we paid for where sitting empty. I get being out of items and I get being busy but to waste 40 minutes of my time standing in line watching mobile orders being prioritized just to be told I'm unable to order what I came for is obnoxious. All in all by the time my wife's food was done we wasted almost an hour on this venture. The food at chipotle is not amazing I think it's sub par but it's worth what you get. All 3 were bowls, 2 keto bowls, when the food arrived home the two Keto bowls literally, not exaggerating had MAYBE a 1/4 cup meat, NO LETTUCE ON A KETO BOWL, maybe 30 pieces of cheese and 4-8 pieces of bell pepper. Called them, talked to a real smart ass Mgr who said if I could bring them back he would refund me. I am not wasting my time bringing the food back! Slow service, dirty, stingy in their portions, and the food will either be out or old. If you order a quesadilla, they won't even cut it for you like every other Chipotle does. All the ingredients looked like they were sitting overnight. Only one person running the entire line looking around for her fellow workers you could hear socializing in the back. The entire back area was disguising. Served extremely low portions (to get out of extra work?). Despite all this I still went through with my order. I got a veggie bowl which includes free guac. The name of the game for fast food companies like Chipotle is consistency. And as you might imagine, a company that was invested in heavily by Mickey D's, you can count on consistency at each location and this one is no different. The quality of the ingredients is what really separates Chipotle from their competition, the meat, cheese, salsas, etc was just wonderful. Every time I eat at a Chipotle I feel like I've eaten the best ingredients available. Love their ice tea, seems to marry perfectly with their burritos and bowls. The corn salsa paired with the medium salsa over chicken is terrific. They will always give you a little extra of each ingredient if you ask (meat however is an extra charge). This location always seems to have a ton of counter help at the rush hour to get you through the line quickly, much appreciated. The tables are clean and the condiment area is as well. Cops always seem to be at this location, added bonus to see sidearms in public from those in Blue-thanks for your service! read more

Waited 13 minutes in line for chicken. All I got was a disingenuous sorry. Used to work for the company. They are allowed a certain percentage of meal comps per day. Blown away that they didn't try to do anything to compensate for the wasted time standing there. Management is not doing a good job. Usually this Chipotle is spot on with great service and great food, however my last visit yielded different results. You know what you get at chipotle, and you see it made. How can you go wrong? With the service, that's how. When you have 6, mostly chatty teenage girls by the way, standing in a line waiting to help someone, and NO ONE is in line ordering, things can go very, very wrong. For instance, when I step up to get my burrito I expect complete attention from the tortilla warmer. I shouldn't have to wait 30 seconds for you to finish your conversation about the latest gossip. When I move down the line, I expect my burrito to be artfully and deliciously crafted in front of me, not to be flung aside while you talk about another important aspect of your Saturday-night binge drinking session. Continuing down the line, you would think this was getting a little ridiculous, but NO! My burrito waits yet again, lustfully awaiting its slathering of sour cream, salsa and cheese, to the tune of who is going out tonight as well. I thought you all went out last night? Surely you can't go out again... with hangovers! To be young again... Finally my burrito is in the home-stretch, and what happens?! It rips. All that hard work by hungover teenage girls ruined! I usually get Barbacoa and it's always in huge chunks now instead of shredded and today it was very hard and rubbery. I've had NUMEROUS problems with take out at this location. I've notified it's getting to the point where I have to dissect my dang food before I take it home. A usual is that the rice is crunchy or they added beans when I didn't want it. This time was a new one. My $2.50 scoop of guacamole was 90% whole avocado which I was okay with, until I tried to cut it. That avocado chunk was HARD AS A ROCK!! So not only did they do classic shake off the spoon for something you're already paying too much for, most of what I got wasn't even edible!!! But hey, at least they got the rice right this time. I am from Colorado "Chipotle homeland" and know what it is like to have fresh and friendly service from this restaurant. After reading the reviews it sounds like this place struggles with customer service and fresh product. You would think with all the problems they have been having lately, that they would be doing everything they could to bring back the billion dollars worth of business they lost. Everytime I come to this chipotle they seem to have so many workers but only 1 person is helping the line. The cook in the back answered his personal phone while there is a huge line - which shows me he has no care or urgency to help get through this line. He also just went on break and no care to help the line. There is one person working on everyone's orders & one person as the cashier. I see there a multiple people in the back helping with packing the food that was just made from the grill, but has no idea how long the customers have waited. These employees need to work as a team and help one another, and notice when the line is very long they need to be urgent and act like they care. If not they need to hire more employees and add more people to a shift because this is unexpected and everytime i come here this is the problem. Management needs to step in and really manage their employees. read more

so i went last night around 7:30ish. i'm not usually a review kind of person but holy heck. i was with my husband and we both got bowls, the guy that did the first part of the bowl was super nice and gave us really good portions. the second interaction however was so bad, it was a girl with dark curly hair and gold earrings. i asked for a side of queso and that set her off i guess. they were out of queso so i asked if they'd be making anymore so she asked the people in the back and then just stood there glaring at me without saying a single word. so i asked again, politely, if they were making more queso and she just shook her head no while continuing to glare at me. i asked for guac instead, she grabbed the smaller cup and i asked for the bigger one to share so she threw the small cup down after that, she totally jipped me on portions for the rest of the bowl, i could've ordered rice, beans and chicken and there'd be no difference. while we checked out my husband saw her glaring at me like she wanted to kill me and i genuinely can't understand why. i had asked for vinaigrette and they forgot it, so i went back up and she was holding it. i said like "hey i think you guys forgot the vinaigrette i think that's mine", totally stank faced me and like threw it across the counter without a single word. idk what i did to her to deserve that treatment but wowzers read more
