After seeing a movie, we stopped by for a quick bite. We should have left as soon as we saw the over stuffed trash cans with disgarded wrappings and cups on the floor. Two overwhelmed employees came from the back and did not wash their hands nor did they have gloves on. The grated cheese was clumped together and when I finally ate my salad "to-go" it was too late to complain. I asked for brown rice and they gave me white. The chicken was lukewarm and the greens were not fresh. It was a very bad experience and despite the employees really trying to keep up with the front and the back. Stay away. read more

Embarrassing. You need to fire whoever is doing your online orders. I just ordered online take out and this is what I got home to. I very rarely go to chipotle, let alone this location, because it is never a satisfying experience. The food is either stone cold, NEVER enough of a consistent amount meat or rice, brown guacamole, sour corn salsa, rude employees (esp this location) or a super dirty lobby (esp this location) or a combination of all of the above. But, my kids like it after practices, so I gave in tonight. Mistake, as usual. Should've went to Five Guys. Ordered a steak bowl and 3 "carne asada," if you can even call it that, tacos. There was literally 3-4 pieces of "carne asada" in each taco. There was more corn, sour cream and cheese than meat. Literally, a sour cream taco. Employees don't care, obviously management doesn't care, management is non existent, food quality sucks, the place is filthy, and you get absolutely ripped off EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, you order from the app. It's getting really old. Minimum wage went up, but the attitude, effort and care of the employees has gone down and no one still wants to do the job with pride. It's not the money, it's the people you hire. This is a typical corporate $h!thole. I wasted 1600 points on a rice and lettuce bowl with some steak that didn't even fill up half the bowl, and $14 on 3 sour cream, corn and cheese tacos with stale tortillas. This location is right by my house and my favorite- not so much after today. I felt so awkward. As I was getting my bowl I was asked after every single ingredient "Is that it?" I didn't even finish adding everything I wanted because it felt so rushed and awkward. After I asked for a lime like I always do- everytime. I was told they don't have them, so I asked in general or just not today. Was told just not right now. He said only "whole" limes. Yesterday we stopped in for lunch at the Anthem Chipotle and was disgusted by how dirty everything was. I ordered first and then my husband. The cashier stood staring into space while she waited for my husband's order to be made. The counter was so dirty I didn't dare put my purse on it with food absolutely everywhere. She should have been cleaning off the counter while she had nothing else to do. The same was at the order counter where food was everywhere. At every Chipotle I've been in the person making the food wipes off the counter almost after each customer. And customers aside, I sure wouldn't want to work with that mess in front of me. Additionally, you will not be given a salad dressing upon ordering a salad. You need to ask separately for a salad dressing if you order a salad. I went to this one today. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service. There were only two girls working in the front and they had their act together like no other. I am very happy with the portions that were given they were not going to Cook just right. I ordered my normal burrito bowl and it was perfect. I loved how they folded the tortilla. When a man wrapped them, they weren't stuck to one another like other places that I've gone. I will definitely come back to the happy Valley chipotle. I am always satisfied with the thing. Plenty of parking and easy access. Got the carnitas bowl and it was fantastic. Very flavorful. Highly recommend the carnitas. My husband and I live in Anthem, which is the closest location. We typically love Chipotle, but the service here has not been excellent over the years. Every time we come, they have new employees, and we never know if it will take us forever to get our food. We have literally waited for 30 minutes to get through a line before and/ or walked out. This has happened on several occasions. Outside of the high turnover, the food is good, the ambiance is comfortable, and the center of Norterra is a great spot to hang out. It is not a bad choice if you decide to eat here, but I would see if they're busy before deciding. read more

The parking is terrible due to some nearby construction, I don't fault Chipotle for that, but they don't provide an experience that makes dealing with difficult parking worth it. I generally order on the app, so no issues with anyone that works there, but portions have been small and thrown together haphazardly, the guac has had giant chunks of avocado in it and, more times than not, the salad dressing is missing. This location must be competing for the national "worst chipotle ever" award. As a Chipotle loyalist and long-time customer (4x a week for years), it's out of desperation that I share my experience over multiple visits in hopes they improve my local store. Service: if a customer comes in and orders the same burrito they've ordered since high school and the team member fails to warm the tortilla properly resulting in cracks during wrapping, probably not a good idea to tell the customer "this happened because you ordered a lot of wet ingredients". It's not me bud, it's you. Maybe try not stuffing 3 burritos in the warmer at the same time. Order Accuracy: I've never received an accurate mobile or delivery order. Today's order was close (it came in a bowl) but had the wrong meat (brisket instead of Barbacoa) and the wrong amount (I ordered double meat, got single). They threw in some fajita veggies that I didn't order, too. You've got one job, Chipotle Happy Valley and it's the same job every retailer and fast casual chain has: Make high quality food accurately with good customer service. I went in Monday night 4/7/25 around 4:40pm and witnessed an absolutely appalling interaction. There were two women Infront of me and the lady at the checkout was being harassed by the employees. They messed up her order and for five whole minutes the employees and her went back-and-forth demanding that she pay for THEIR mistake. It was disgusting to witness. The girl had clearly just gotten off work and was being a complete angel to these employees who looked like so annoyed that anyone question them. After the issue was resolved-by the costumer who finally told them to toss this 'double protein' that she didn't even ask for. They then forgot her queso and when she asked for it THEY SCOFFED at her and one employee ROLLED their EYES!! I was in shock at this display because she was being so kind and well spoken. And was really trying to advocate for herself when being pressured by two heinous employees to pay EVEN when she clearly didn't ask for what they served her. She then told them to forget about the queso and walked off with tears in her eyes over how they treated her. I never in my life have ever been to a Chipotle with such disgraceful customer service and employees who are so nasty and act to arrogant. It was really off-putting, and I will never return to this location. On top of that. They burnt the tortillas of another customer in front of me and instead of fixing it, shoved it into her container before she could see them. They did the same to mine and it was just such a bad look. It was just the three of us in line and the person working the line was rushing around like a chicken with his head cut off and no other employee stepped in to help either...Which is so rude. I don't write reviews, but this was just so awful in every sense of the word and that girl did not deserve to be treated like that. Ordered online so I could pick up and have lunch with my daughter at her school. I was so upset when we opened her food and the quesadilla was burnt with paper stuck to it. The paper literally burnt into the tortilla. Even after scraping it all away the taste was in the cheese. The beans were over cooked and dry as well.
