I haven't eaten at a Chipotles for years, but when I saw Keith Lee, and the girl that stitched him (Avonnesunshine), on TikTok give their steak carnitas with extra cheese and fajita vegetables a 10 out of 10, I came to try it. I was told 'we can't put vegetables with a protein'! I don't know if they're the dumbest people to waste oxygen or that's an actual policy. If it's the latter, that pretty much eliminates 85% of all meals. As I said, I hadn't eaten at a chipotle's in years. Just never been impressed with their product. I have reviewed this location before for horrible service and we continue to avoid this location for multiple reasons given how dirty it is, lack of customer service, consistently overcooked rice, long wait lines, unfriendly service members and the quality of the food just being so low but today was different - yes, the store could used a nice cleaning and the tables are not often attended to and you're left to clean up before sitting down but the line was long and moved pretty quick and the customer service was different, it has changed for the better. My husband noticed that there was a significantly larger group of employees working and how much smoother it was running. It appeared that a manager was also assisting in the food line and was very friendly. Overall, this location isn't perfect but I thoroughly believe the reviews are being brought up because it has made changes. The quality of the food was excellent. It's a hit or miss but lately a LOT of misses. Chips are stale, "guacamole " is just chopped up avocados (barely chopped) & and bowls just look unappetizing. Staff is friendly. This place gets too much hate, quality years ago was awful yes, but they stepped their customer service game up. Tonight I had a small issue where they added too much Hot sauce on my bowl, I tried warning the guy behind the counter to not pour the entirety of the hot sauce on my food before it was too late, Partially my fault as well, I didn't catch her name, but I believe the shift manager for that night saw I was a little anxious as I saw the guy pour the entire ladle of hot sauce into my bowl. She made it right with 2 free drinks for my girlfriend and I, and free queso on my bowl. It's not anything crazy, but they didn't have to do anything at all. Wasnt going to get a drink, but now at least I have a beverage to cool my mouth down as I weather the storm eating this bowl. I appreciate the effort, and recognizing the problem, and not berating the employee, but using it as a teaching moment to make sure to start at a half scoop with the hot sauce, as it is excessively hot. I wouldn't have came on here and complained over such a small issue like this, but I saw the rating this restaurant has, and just figured I could take a negative, and turn it into a positive and show some love to this place. I went to the Chipotle on Happy Valley/I17, reluctantly after hearing all of the chatter on social media about how the portions are getting smaller. And all of the chatter on social media was ABSOLUTELY correct! The associate making my chicken salad bowl was acting like she was making a kids plate. I could count the pieces of chicken with one hand, barely a scoop of beans and corn and the lettuce barely covered the bottom of the bowl. This is definitely not what I am used to when going to Chipotle in the past. One of the reasons I went (besides the taste) was the portion sizes. An efficiently run and managed Chipotle location!! I am a fan of Chipotle everything and make it a staple in my regular diet. I recently moved to the neighborhood and this is my new Chipotle location. I ordered on door dash my usual and was disappointed when what arrived at my door was not in fact what I had ordered, and severely lacking in warmth and flavor. I called the restaurant and was put on with the manager who could not have been more apologetic or accommodating. She was absolutely flawless; she took my order, my name, and said to come in anytime to get a replacement...no questions asked. A couple weeks later I went in, said my name, and was warmly greeted and given exactly what I wanted free of charge. This time my meal was hot, delicious, and just what I wanted. The inside of this location is clean, inviting, and a well oiled machine that seems to run like clockwork. I was so impressed with the management and am excited to visit time and time again for delicious food and good service every time! read more

The bowls were great. The burritos were literally smaller than a children's burrito any place else. I ordered online so I didn't see them made. I was literally shocked. It would have been comical how ridiculously small these things were had I not paid $63 for my order. Someone actually thought yep that looks right and wrapped them and put them in a bag. My wife and I both ate here recently after the dinner rush. We had two separate items but we both had rice and beans in our meals. Approximately 30 minutes after eating we both began the horrible process of dealing with food poisoning. The food poisoning put her in the hospital after she vomited so much she went into cardiac arrest due to low electrolytes from the continuous vomiting and other symptoms of food poisoning. After resuscitating her at home she died at the hospital again and thankfully she was brought back. She is still in the hospital 4 days later. I attempted to contact management through the app and was just refunded. I didn't ask for a refund and noted my information in the responses in hopes a manager would see and take this life altering experience and train more responsibly. I almost lost my soul mate to Chipotle. Please train you employees about food safety and take pride in serving your community and those who continue to love your brand and what you stand for. By far the WORST chipotle location ever! I would give 0 stars just based on the customer service! I placed my order online and was promised a 8pm pickup. My order showed completed on the website, but I don't find it on the shelf. I could see the line was busy so I waited patiently for 20 mins until the cashier walked past. I explained my situation, wondering if my order was accidentally picked up by someone else. She walks away and never gives me an update while I'm here thinking she's actually checking on my order. Finally at 8:33 pm I just walk up to the cashier and ask an update on my order and I get flak and a bad attitude from the rude cashier saying "we are trying as fast as we can they are making your order right now. " 1. The order was 35 mins late and i get treated the way I did? 2. Not an apology, and no update. I understand if it's a busy night waiting for a few extra minutes is no big deal and totally understandable. But just ignoring a customer and walking away after hearing the situation is UNACCEPTABLE. Let me just start by telling you that I love chipotle!! I love their burritos, burrito bowls, tacos, chips and salsa and well,.. pretty much everything. Unfortunately, this particular location much have an issue with the food preparation because after eating here I got sick. I noticed it happened again the next visit as well. My family that also ate Chipotle for dinner also had spent the next day on the shitter with a sick tum-tum too. I'm concerned because last time I was in there I went to use the restroom and noticed the soap dispenser did not work. Yuck! They were out of brown rice, there were no grilled veggies, except a few onions; there was no guacamole, and the few black beans left were cold, as were the grilled onions. The lettuce was wet and not fresh. However, we were still charged full price for a vegetarian bowl. The employees were laughing and having fun with each other while tables, chairs, and the floor were very dirty, while we ate inside. I ordered quesadilla and like always they forgot to add the chicken. They just wrapped a tortilla with cheese inside and didn't cook the quesadilla, it was literally just cold cheese and a tortilla when I opened it up at home. One of the employees was kissing a girl at one of the tables. The store was so dirty and they were out of everything. I ordered chips and a kids drink and they were out of both.
