Eh... getting pretty sick of them not having my online order ready 5-10 minutes after the app said it'd be ready. For a few times, I show up, get a deer in headlights look when I say I have an order to pick up, and then end up waiting longer than if I joined the line initially! Drives me crazy. Also this place was the origin of my most traumatic chipotle experience. I have to share: the person making my burrito punctured the foil and tortilla with the sharpie at the end of the line. I'm a big fan of this particular Chipotle. Pleasant staff, consistent food, and a clean restaurant. Not to mention, it's rarely busy enough that we've had to stand in a long line. I usually get a burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, and chicken, topped with the corn and mild salsas. Surprisingly, there's enough flavor in just those ingredients that I can pass all of the filthier options and be happy with my reasonably-healthy lunch! Whenever we're in the mood for a chain burrito, we typically opt for Chipotle, and this particular location is perfect if you're looking for a quick bite during a long day dealing with McKnight Road shopping/traffic/etc. read more

Absolutely horrible service. Mobile ordered because the line was out the door, and had ASAP pickup. The line finished and the mobile station was still not to mine. Worst chipotle I have been been to. I eat at chipotle about once a week because it is one of the few places I can eat with my dietary restrictions. Due to my job, I am all over the city and have frequented several of the locations. I went into this location a few weeks ago for dinner, it was the first time in months I had been to this location. The line was longer than most places but I was determined to get my salad. After about 20 minutes of waiting, I finally got up to the counter to order. To my surprise, I saw how messy the prep line was. There were half finished orders everywhere and workers coming and going with no regard for me. I wasn't sure who to give my order to and those that I did would start my order and then walk away without saying anything. Let's get to how chaotic it looked: condiments and toppings spilling over onto the "prep" area. I was relieved to get my order and leave because of the chaos happening behind the counter. How could they possibly run a business this way! I get home to find that my order was not in the bag I brought with me. Instead, I had someone else's order. An order I couldn't eat! I called and spoke with a male manager who informed me unless I was willing to drive back in, there was nothing he could do. He couldn't have it sent to me because they use a third party delivery company. He said I could come back the next day - but how would that help me now?! I told him about the chaos and he agreed, said he was sent there to help get this location into shape. He looked up my transaction and assured me that he would reimburse my chipotle reward points - I wasn't sure what that meant but j assumed that meant I would get a reimbursement or an online coupon for a free salad. It would take 24-48 hours to show. 72 hours later I received no such thing. I called again, this is outrageous - I literally paid for a meal I couldn't eat. This time I spoke to a woman manager. She apologized and said she would send me coupons. Got my address. Three weeks later, I still have not received them. That means two managers that I spoke with that said they would do something and they didn't. I went in here about two weeks ago just to see if what I experienced was a fluke. It was not! I am definitely a fan of Chipotle's social and environmental sustainability, including their use of local and organic produce, ensuring animals' rights, recycling trash, etc. As for their food, today I used their website to order lunch. This restaurant's menu has items such as burritos, burrito bowls, salads, tacos, and sides such as chips. The items are very customizable with various ingredients of the customers' choice (e.g., proteins, vegetables, rice, beans, cheese, sour cream, salsa, and guacamole). During the busy lunchtime, my food was ready at the pickup shelf in about 20 minutes. The employees correctly prepared my order, but I had to make sure that they gave me a cup for my beverage. I enjoyed the flavor of my steak salad, although probably next time I will order white rice rather than the cauliflower rice. My husband enjoyed his chicken bowl and tortilla. The total price for the two meals plus a beverage was $26. read more

We waited for 30 mins standing in line. At times there was no one working behind the counter at all, with a long line of people waiting. Food: several things were out, chips were being fried to order as they didn't have any pre packaged and ready. Our food was good once we finally got it. Restaurant : There was garbage all over the floor throughout the restaurant, there was a spill on the floor with a wet floor sign over top, tables looked like they hadn't been cleaned/wiped in days, the soda and ice machine were broken, and there were no forks in the whole restaurant (my husband got a bowl and had to use a spoon). We wanted to order a quesadilla, as we have done many time before in store at this location. For some reason today, an employee said that quesadillas are only available online. It's on the menu hanging up and we told her that we had ordered it before. She had a poor attitude and said "she doesn't make the rule, my manager is right there if you want to speak to him." When we did, he didn't even come over to us, and he didn't even look at us. He just said "we don't take quesadilla orders in store." The cashier also had a very poor attitude and almost forgot part of our order. Very disappointed this is how customers are treated. And no the location wasn't busy. read more

The bathrooms needed a good wipe down but besides that, everything was great. The customer service was excellent and they were really polite. We were very excited for Chipotle as we usually are. We went to this location instead of our usual because of a fundraiser. The store looked clean.. nothing seemed out of the ordinary. Finally we got to our turn in line and the first girl had ZERO personality. I've also never seen someone put as few beans as she did... A scoop would have been nice. Luckily the next girl was a little nicer and gave actual portions. The guy behind us seemed to be having issues with the first girl too. We get to the end and the cashier, Brandon, also had zero personality. Not a hello, hi, how are you.. NOTHING. then we told Brandon that we were there for a fundraiser and he/she didn't even say a simple "okay". They said "receipt?" Everytime I go here, they are closed, about to close or out of something. Why close at 2pm?? I understand it's hard with covid, but i'd like to be aware that a place is out of something before I commit to a super long line... let alone start my order I have walked in here at 6pm once and they had put high chairs to block the line... no sign or anything. They had it posted for their hours as closing at 7, so why stop taking orders an hour early? I watched people just push the chairs out of the way and get into line. My sister and I stopped in to this location on Saturday, February 29 since I received a gift card for Christmas that I wanted to use. We both ordered the Carne Asada salad, which we had enjoyed at other locations. Mine had several very large pieces of fat, and my sister's meal contained long stems from the salad throughout that are easy to get caught in your throat. Was at this location a couple of days ago and the place was packed with a line out the door. The person in front of me left because the chicken they were serving was raw. They didn't know how to fix the problem (seriously?). Another thing that had people annoyed, including myself was that they were making the mobile orders and not taking any orders from the people in line. The line was nearly out the door and they basically did nothing to move the line along. First strike =Raw chicken second strike = mobile orders over people who are standing in front of you waiting for service. Chicken tacos were okay at best. There was plenty of sour cream and cheese but not a lot of chicken (ex: one of my tacos had like 2 bites of chicken). Steak burrito: good overall. Only problem is that half the burrito is rice & lettuce and on the other side is all of the beans & steak.. So half the burrito is a waste. Next time would order just a bowl to get all of the toppings together. Steak/chicken bowl: much better option than the burrito. Tasted good. "Pretty hard to mess up." Chips are REALLY yummy. Chipotle is more of a rip off than it was before. Small portions, barely anything is included, 2.00 if you want guacamole on your burrito (basically a tablespoon of guac). Got burrito bowls with my husband tonight with a side of chips and guac (3.00). Left feeling hungry and spent 22.00 altogether. They gave us a ridiculously small amount of chips. I'm going to say approximately 13 chips (not kidding) for two people for 3.00... lower your prices if you're going to give that amount. Super annoying. Probably won't come back for a long time. A man at this location needs some recognition. A woman who I assume to be the store manager (Caucasian, middle aged) told me to take a seat and wait a few minutes for peppers and onions. She then she disappeared. I sat and waited for about 20 minutes with no notification that the veggies were ready. I got back in line and waited another almost ten minutes. At the front of the line I told them what had happened. The woman had not notified anyone about my request, left to take a conference call, and the veggies that had been made were placed in mobile orders. A man stepped forward and explained that he worked under the woman (I'm assuming he is an assistant manager; African American, middle aged). He apologized, had an employee immediately drop what they were doing to make the veggies again for me, and offered my meal to me free of charge. I told him it was not necessary, but he insisted. He was limping, and I could tell he was in pain. I asked him when he got to go home, and he stated that he wasn't sure. He was so kind, all the while, taking care of HIS managers carelessness but never placing blame. I hope this review somehow reaches the right people, because this man should be promoted/given a raise/Hell, given the store manager's position. read more
