Usually I get great service from here but I seen no familiar faces. I use to work for chipotle and the service wasn't what I would give. I ordered a burrito and it came out horrible!!!! even them trying to fix it I Feel wasn't professional and I feel they didn't care. Portions were off and it just came out sloppy! She even asked me did I want it wrapped over I said yes and she just let everything fall out the burrito and seemed like she had an attitude. The two people at the end of the line at the register were just laughing and joking around with Eachother... the girl even said "I see you looking at her struggle" .. and to me if you see that, than why not help her? She wrapped it and the whole burrito wasn't even covered and as the guy was about to put it in the bag I had to ask for more foil, and even that was a challenge. I got home and was very unhappy because the rice and beans ended up all over the place and the foil was wet... really disappointed! read more

GET IT TOGETHER!!!! How hard is to keep the simple ingredients available??! Every time I have stepped foot in the new location something is always missing from the super simple MENU!!!annoying !!! Let me just start by saying I have been to a lot of local Chipotle's. Randolph is by far the best and most fresh around. They have not disappointed me yet. The restaurant is clean and the employees are friendly. I always order a burrito bowl and they are always stuffed to the brim. I sometimes feel like the chipotle's are hit or miss, this one by far is a hit! I highly recommend going to Randolph store if you are in the area!! read more

Yesterday, the cashier had a one-sided fight with me. I hadn't ordered a side of guac with my take-out meal, and she insisted I had. She was so loud the manager came over. He appropriately deescalated the situation, but he didn't apologize for the cashier's meltdown. The cashier was still screaming to the manager that I had ordered guac as I was leaving. Wow. I had been a weekly customer. Always enjoyed the employees and customers, and the food was decent. I won't be back. read more

Don't go here unless you expect to be disappointed. Ordered via mobile app a half hour before and when I showed up to pick up order, surprise surprise it wasn't ready and the restaurant was empty!!! The best part about it was there excuse was they were out of rice. I would think a "Mexican" restaurant would have plenty of the main staple on hand but apparently I was mistaken. Lol. No other part of the 2 meals I had ordered were even started! I have gone here in the past and have always had to wait even though I specified a pickup time but this was beyond ridiculous. Awful. I came in for tacos and the shells were stale and the steak looked like it had been siting for a week. The lettuce was wilted and turning. Nothing was fresh. I ended up throwing away my lunch after 2 bites. So gross. read more

Every time I place a mobile order they're out of what I want and can't refund the item. I get inside after already paying online and end up leaving dissatisfied and giving them free money. The customer service is also lacking, and as someone who has managed food service and works in retail I expect they would treat customers the way their customers treat them. Staff is nice and the store seems clean. I went there at 11:30 they opened at 11:00. They "ran out" of beans and grilled vegetables. The chicken seemed like it was left over from the night before. I'll give them another try I'm sure but was disappointed during this visit. read more

Always out of something. They tend to close early and staff could care less. Horrible housekeeping, dirty tables and trash in and around store. Staff either smells like cigarettes or weed. Never again will I visit this location again. Terrible shame. read more

I was excited that this Resturant came to my Town. They have lots of teenagers working there without adequate supervision. I went there a few times before I complained about them having the Trash Barrel next to where they store the extra tacos etc. Each time they run out of tacos or they need to get the some other item under the counter with their gloved hands they move the the Trash Barrel out if the way and proceed to prepare the Food. About two weeks ago after I saw the kid go through the routine I asked her to change her gloves. She realized what she had done and was pleasant about my request, she moved the Trash Barrel from the corner area, she removed her gloves and washed her hands, while she was washing her hands another kid came to her and said "why are you washing your hands, does she have allergies" That comment was surprising considering all the issues with this Chain one would think that regular hand washing was routine. Anyway after she washed and dried her hands and put on new gloves she prepared my meal and I left. She was great by the way and did not appear to have an attitude about being gently corrected. I went back last Saturday and the first thing I noticed was that the Trash Barrel remained in its new spot. My other issue was when I paid with a $20.00 bill the two Brainiacs(one working at the register and the one wrapping the food next to him), both spent about 5 mins or more scrutinizing my $20.00 that I was embarrassed. Afterwards I mentioned to them that if there was a problem with my $20.00 bill they would not have the experience to figure it out. I think Chipotle would be better off training the 'kids' what 'real' $20.00 bills look like so that they won't embarrass everyone paying cash with their obvious inexperience. read more

They are always quick and on point whenever I order ahead. Everyone is pretty friendly as well. I never have gotten dissapointed with their service. The Sofritas Salad is the way to go with that Vinagerette Dressing. Its so BOMB. read more

Last night, (10/11) my roommate and I were "those people" and walked into Chipotle at 9:57 pm knowing the store closed at 10:00 pm. Despite arriving at the last second, which for everyone that has worked at a restaurant is extremely annoying, the workers were not annoyed and still provided us with excellent service. While waiting for my quesadilla to finish cooking, we struck up a long conversation with those employees there. When I apologized for being "those people," Joe, who I assumed was the manager, explained that it was not an issue at all and told us how he chooses to stay open until 10:05 pm "for the people whose clocks are ahead or behind just a little." I thought this was an extremely cool concept and it made me appreciate him and the store both. I was impressed with every aspect of my Chipotle experience that night, especially the service. Unfortunately, I didn't ask the other two employees what their names were and I regret it because I would have mentioned them by name if I could have. Just came from the Randolph Chipotle where two employees were at the front one female employee was wiping on the counter another male employee was fixing a order I can only presume it was a phone order since I was the only customer in the restaurant. I stood in the order line and I said hello. Neither one of them answered so I waited I just figured they didn't hear me they both looked at me but neither one acknowledged me so I patiently 2 minutes goes by another employee comes from the back I'm thinking oh great he's going to take my order... nothing he goes to the register does something he also looks at me and then turns around and walks to the back for 5 minutes no service, not even a "somebody will be right with you" so I just walked out and went to Five Guys at the other end of the Plaza I walked in the the cashier was on the phone and she looked at me and mouthed one minute please and took my order when she was done. I don't think acknowledgement is an unreasonable request. The food may be good but the service is horrible and I will not be going back to the Randolph Chipotle and I was really looking forward to my burrito too but if I want to be ignored I'll talk to my 10 year old. read more

Ok im a chef for 21 years and must of the time i would love to get food from another people but please i want to contac the chef of this place and tell him that no matter where you cook. You supposed to do the best i get the steak burrito and i get two ounce of beef. Look the only thing i can say is that people have to get better education on food. Terrible service! The staff is rude, unapologetic and unprepared. Both times I have been here, I have seen maybe 3 or 4 patrons and no food on the line. I have had to wait for steak both times. Not acceptable when there are so few people at the restaurant. Instead of apologizing for a long wait, the staff seems annoyed that they have to prepare what is asked. Went the first time, had a horrible experience and just went back to give it a chance. This location has been open for 3 months and they operate like amateurs. Place is ok. I go often because I enjoy the food. However, they run out of items often (like 7:30pm on a Friday night and they run out of cheese wtf?!) Staff is ok. The portions are all over the place. It seems like when I go in the afternoon they give you less meat than during the dinner rush. With time I hope they improve. read more

I went to this Chipotle when it first opened in February and it was clean, fully staffed and the food was good. On a more recent visit, it appeared that half the staff has been let go. The dining room and ladies room were cluttered with paper and trash. The chicken in my burrito was dry and the veggies were burned.I woke up the next morning with the runs. YUK! This new Chipoltle does nothing to change the bad reputation this chain currently has. I think I'll join the other reviewer at Qdoba in Braintree. read more
