1 star - Terrible experience with missing items I ordered 4 items through DoorDash from this Chipotle location, and two of them were completely messed up. One bowl had zero rice (paid full price for it), and another was missing the guacamole I specifically paid an extra $3.50 for. The food that did arrive tasted decent but nothing special--not worth the hassle or the money. I have photos of the empty bowls showing the missing rice and guac. Super disappointing for a place that prides itself on fresh ingredients. Won't be ordering from here again. read more

Location wise it was a little far from the boardwalk. We came here only because we went to Escape May escape rooms and kids were hungry . Lots of parking available .. enough room inside to sit and eat .. there Were 2 systems to place orders and it was quick . Service was good when we went , but it was empty and no customers when we went. We really liked the new fiery menu . The new chicken French fries was innovative and tasted good . Kids liked the burgers too. Drink was ok. . Hope there were more additions to fiery meal menus . Overall it was a good experience.. read more

Typical Chipotle. Quick service despite long line. The only weird part is that the parking lot is hard to get out of

The Barbicoa/carnitas salad with shredded romaine lettuce, pinto beans, pico de gallo, corn, spicy red sauce and green mild sauce. I spit this with another person since it was a rather large portion. It was absolutely delicious with the mild green sauce on it. I would definitely get this again. Service as great. The people who took care of me were very friendly and helpful. The inside is much larger than I expected and even though I didn't eat there it did seem clean inside. It wasn't too bright inside and it wasn't loud at all. I imagine it's a fine place to dine if needed. read more

Failed to make me a Quesadilla even it was on the menu the workers were clueless. And it was so dirty they could improve everything.

This was probably one of the best bowls I've had. Service was quick, the ingredients were fresh (probably because they are only open 4 hours a day), and the staff was friendly! I could see how this location could be busy though when it's not the off-season, but it's Wildwood... what do you expect? I've probably been to about ~25 different chipotle locations. This is by far the worst location I've been to. I've tried over and over again to give them another shot at redeeming themselves, and the 5 times I've ordered here my order is severely messed up every time. On top of it all, none of their ingredients taste the same as other locations. Their guac ratio is off, the chicken is over cooked, their rice is often hard/old, the fajita veggies are raw....etc etc. It's a shame. I was so excited for a chipotle down the shore, and it's nothing but a disappointment. read more

Used to be good. Now it's over priced , small portioned . Dried out food. Please if you eat here force them to cook the food fresh if it looks old and dry. Listen Chipotle. Food heaters are made with pan covers for a reason. If you don't use them the food will dry out three times faster. Plus ... the fresh fajitas should be fresh . Not sitting around drying. I stopped at this chipotle on my way down the shore wanting a quick meal, it was anything but that. The line was wrapped to the front of the restaurant but we decided to wait because we were really craving chipotle. The service was so slow it took about 30-35 minutes just for us to get to the front of the line. I ordered a bowl and they barely put enough in the bowl. My chipotle tasted fine, but I will not be back at this location because of the service. read more

Everyone is quick to get mad about them being short staffed, however it is not the staffs fault. Everyone in this area is short staffed right now. If you do not want to wait, then maybe stay at home and cook your own meal? At least they have some staff that are there and are working hard. I was finally able to go and try it out for the first time. Even though the line was wrapped around the corner for the drive thru, the workers were still extremely friendly and kind to us. The food was also really good. A tip for any first timers would be to get the burrito bowl with a tortilla on the side. I had enough for dinner plus left overs. read more

This is by far the worst Chipotle I've ever seen. They don't open until 1pm if they even open at all. There is alway a chance they are temporarily close for some reason. What a crap way to run a business. read more

This Chipotle is appalling from the cleanliness to the workers to the food. If Chipotle corporation walked in to this place they would close this place down immediately. I saw many OSHA and health food violations within the 15 minute I was there. Needless to say I walked out. I have eaten at many Chipotle locations around the US. Food normally good, but often less than 110 degrees (measuring with IR thermometer). Have gotten sick in past at this restaurant, not lately. Would use Chipotle Apps and will not often work Correctly. Often have to sign in as guest. Absolutely appalling support on both Apps and from Corporate. Often order Veggie tacos or bowl and rarely over 125 Degrees, so table temp May not be up to snuff. A few times what I got was not as ordered. When it first opened up, I use to go there about 1 to 2 times a week, 7 months ago, stopped going for last 7 months, when Apps stop working on two different phones. Even reloaded Apps on one phone, lockups are common on Apps. Food is good but often not even warm. Chips are good, Hard Tacos are soggy and unacceptable as served. If you get bowl, take home and heat it up. I had to go to grocery store to pick up some hard taco shells... in the end they force to pay with Apple Application so beware. read more

Boyfriend ordered food online at 9:09 didn't get his burrito until 9:55 even though he was sitting in there waiting and informed someone that he was there to get his order they said they were working on it and it took almost an hour then continues to make him wait to tell him they need to make the queso absolutely ridiculous they didn't make his burrito with the steak he ordered instead put chicken in his burrito. read more

Food was normal for chipotle, and staff is great. but who opens as such a big chain for just 4 hours. Literally want this for lunch like every day but it's never open till 4pm and closes at 8. Come on! Take my money! read more

Their menu is so unclear I tried to call the restaurant and it is impossible to get a hold of anyone to ask them what type of meat is on the tacos I had several other questions for different on trees and could not get an answer this place is terrible read more
