This is the second time this happened to me at this location. I got this for lunch today, the rice and beans were old the beans were not cooked all the way the rice was very hard. My burrito tasted so gross and I spent $13 on this. This is very unacceptable. I would rate a zero if I could. Ordered through uber eats. Burrito bowl, extra steak and chips and guac. They sent a partially filled bowl of meat. When I called to tell them what happened. She explained the ticket didnt come up correctly. The proper solution is to make my order and send it via uber eats by letting my create a low price order so I don't get charged all the fees again to get my food. Chipotle may be the healthiest fast food for you to eat but to me my experience at this location was the was by far the most unsanitary experience. The young lady preparing our burrito continued to adjust her hat with her glove , the guy who rolled our burrito continued to touch his shirt and adjust his glasses with his gloves as well . He also wiped his gloves off on his pants. Rude Attitude when asked for items , slammed lime juice on counter . This review is not only for this location, but for the entire chain itself. The people and the service is fine. It's passable. I've gone in, said what I want, watched them put it on there, so I knew that it was actually on there. Great. Now how was that food? Terrible!! Chipotle's food has NO FLAVOR. A burrito filled with beef barbacoa, rice, beans, salsa, cheese, queso... and... nothing. It tastes like a big mouth of sand. It's $8 or $10 worth of gut wadding. Nothing to enjoy, since there's nothing to taste. The so called ambiance? LOL It's a really dry, empty place like any other modern eatery. There's no character. There's no personality. Just a bunch of hard surfaces that reflect sound, and awful crap music turned up way too loud. Shut off the music. NOBODY WANTS MUSIC PLAYING CONSTANTLY. Honestly I meant to update this review since going in this location last week because boy have they cleaned up their act. I'm very impressed honestly it's been months since I've come to this location and I just am wowed. I came here at 9pm after one of the longest days ever and just wanted some fresh fast food. Even though I vowed to never return, this location is conveniently close to my home and was a life saver this occasion. While there are still many children employed there are also an equal amount of adults. I'm not sure if this what equates to my good experience but a teenager did serve me and was very polite fast and helpful. Everything was clean and they were nearing closing but still serving, while prepping for the next day and assisting online/pickup orders. This was probably the best experience I've had here and the food was amazing I don't even have a photo because I ate it immediately. I feel like they really took the feedback and improved. SO gross and the person making my bowl had sour cream all over her gloves - as someone with a dairy allergy this was very concerning to me and got my bowl covered in sour cream. Chipotle off Sundance parkway, you've disappointed me and my boyfriend, again...we usually go inside to order chipotle which is a mistake most times, staff is standing around, not helping when help is needed, the tables and floors are always dirty EVERY. SINGLE. TIME, and the customer service has not always been the greatest. Their meat is chewy, I've choked on their steak a couple times but today, we decided to order online this time, the time it took to receive the order for two bowls wasn't extremely terrible, but let me just tell you. My boyfriend doesn't have a complicated order what so ever, he always gets extra meat and extra rice since he doesn't eat beans, corn hot salsa, cilantro and cheese. Pretty basic. His bowl was half empty with the ingredients he ordered in his bowl, I'm talking maybe 7-8 bites worth of food. It was sloppy looking and cold. It was so bad I gave him some of mine because he was still hungry. Mine was decently proportioned I ordered a chicken bowl with brown rice, fajita veggies, corn, salsa, sour cream and cheese with lettuce, but here's another thing...I DON'T FEEL GOOD. we order it around 2:30pm today and I'm nauseous and I think I got food poisoning. I went in around 8:30 PM. I started ordering a bowl to go. I wanted white rice, they were scraping the metal tin instead of getting more. I asked for chicken and that they got. Then I asked for lettuce. Their response, 'We are out'. I said well surely you can open a new bag of lettuce. Their response after the server asks some lady and she said 'No.' I asked for guacamole and they said, 'We are out of that too.' There were people behind me that came in and they gave them lettuce. Was it because of my skin color. I was the only African American in that store. I've been to several Chipotle's before and NEVER have I ever experienced the crap, attitude and BS from any of the employees before. The server was trying really hard to help me and serve me but the manager and others were mean and f'd up attitudes. THey were trying to close up but they had customers. Next visit - we order 2 bowls. Spent almost $40, $36.37 to be exact. The chicken had skin and fat every where. It was inedible. Every bite was skin and fat. The chicken was undercook in most of the bowl . I had no choice but to throw it out. This was the last draw for me. This store needs help. I am a Chipotle Stan, but this Chipotle in particular seems to be on the struggle bus regularly. Each time I visit, the meat of my choice looks like it has been sitting out for hours; soo unappetizing. Also, there seems to be plenty of staff, yet each table is messy. Every time I have to ask someone to clean a table for my family. The crazy thing is, instead of cleaning all the tables, they clean mine and that's it. Then I see other people coming out of line to sit, and get the same confused look on their face because they can't find a clean place to sit. I placed an online order and mistakenly sent it to the wrong store (this one). I recognized my mistake and immediately tried to call the store to cancel the order. The phone number goes into a voice menu system that effectively prevents you from actually doing anything, much less speaking to someone at the store. I finally got it to transfer to the store, and no one picked up after many rings and two separate tries at this. I just wasted $15. And I'm done ordering from Chipotle ever again. Color me surprised, considering Chipotle is basically a fast food restaurant. Delicious, and my order was delivered in perfect condition with all items accounted for! It's not often these days that I can say that. I ordered 2 tacos on fresh, soft flour tortillas, and who isn't a fan of being able to add the exact ingredients desired, right? My first taco was Barbacoa (marinated, braised, shredded beef), and it was my favorite. It was both flavorful and tender. I also chose the new Brisket taco, which was surprisingly tender, but I found it to be more reminiscent of a taco al carbon than smoked brisket. Keeping that in mind I would still recommend it, however, for its tender-yet-lean beef. They offer a vast array of toppings and additions; I recommend the fajita veggies and the roasted chili-corn salsa. The usual array of items like lettuce, shredded cheese, and sour cream all seemed fresh. Two types of rice, both pinto and black beans, and vegan sofritas are available to those who'd rather go meatless; I can see there could be many combinations created for vegan or gluten-free diets. Their queso served well as a creamy topping, but I wouldn't recommend it as a full-blown side with chips since it didn't have much depth of flavor or kick. Likewise the guacamole--fine on top of the taco, and I'd order it again, but just not wonderful enough as a separate side. Their salsas were definitely good accompaniments--a choice of green, red, pico de gallo, or my choice, all 3!--and I thought them fresh and tasty considering they are from a fast food restaurant. No previously-manufactured packets of taco sauce here. I think their prices are reflective of the portions (just right) and quality, so this Foodie will (surprise!) definitely order Chipotle again. read more

Believe it or not, this was my very first time trying Chipotle. I was definitely not impressed. I guess I've been spoiled by Freebirds and expected something similar. There were very few choices, they were very skimpy with the lettuce in my salad and overall the flavor was just OK. I will definitely not be coming back voluntarily. Chipotle is one of my all time favorite go to spots - I love the versatility in what you can get and the portion size for the cost of the meal. Speaking in particular to this specific Chipotle location, I would say overall it is a solid 9 out of 10. There is nothing above and beyond that makes this Chipotle stand out from the others but the location is clean and it is conveniently located right off 35. The only problem that I saw is that the lunch rush can cause the line to be rather long due to Dell's Round Rock location being 5-10 min away. What I would recommend if you are looking to grab lunch here during the week - place your order online so that you don't have to wait in the line and can pick it up immediately rather than waiting in line. If you are looking to grab Chipotle and are in the area, I would recommend this location! read more
