I was very impressed with the employees at this restaurant. We had about 20 of us get in line and we were all sitting down eating in just a few minutes. They are a well oiled machine. Ordered 2 seperate orders for the same item. Got one of them and then never got the other. Waited in line for 30 minutes and asked the employee when my order would be done. TRASH customer service. Wasn't greeted until it was convenient enough for them. I Was the only one there. They put half a scoop for everything very stingy. Once i got to the end and she was about to wrap my burritos i ask her about the sour cream because i realized it wasn't on the buffet and i wanted it. She tells me sorry sour cream is only online orders. I tell her i have never heard of that even being a thing at any chipotle? So i offer to PAY EXTRA MONEY to get it. She still tells me no... The other employee offered me to speak with a manager and i agreed. The manager was one of the other employees in the kitchen who clearly could tell what was going on. She comes up and just tells me yeah there's no more sorry... like what. She offered me a lime! Never go to the chipotle across from the mall. This chipotle is the worst I've ever been to. Save yourself time and aggravation and drive 10 minutes down the road to the location near SU. I usually don't care enough to write a review but this last experience was terrible. I walked in and they had no rice or chicken and there was no urgency to cut the prepared chicken or make more rice. A line of 15 customers built up before the cook started doing his job. The chips were stale again and it took 20 minutes from ordering to get my burrito. I keep giving this location a chance because it's a little closer but the service somehow gets worse every time. Love chipotle hate this particular location. Never go here. read more

Food, your average chipotle. Veggies were borderline frozen. Staff is never friendly at this location, not rude just not friendly.

Went to this chipotle on 7/29/16 although there were 10 employees working, and no one in line it took 5 minutes for anyone to ask me what I wanted. Finally I was greeted by a lady with glasses who obviously hates her life and her job...she was so rude and nasty and acted as though she didn't want to serve me. BUT WAIT!! The best part was after making it all the way down the buffet I tell her my last topping (lettuce) and she tells me they don't have any! I responded "I don't want it, have a good day". Y'all are crazy and don't know crappy chipotles. Waugh chapel and Annapolis are the worst and when I come to visit Salisbury I always make sure to go to this specific chipotle. Employees are all nice and don't jip you on the food like other locations. When I ask for double steak they actually give me 2 full scoops where as other locations will shake that spoon until half of it falls off. I've never had a bad meal at this location and frankly, every time it's been dam delicious. read more

Food was great, customer service lacked professionalism. The burrito artist made my burrito with great excellence and care. Once I reached the check out register to pay I had asked for either a piece or lemon or lime. The cashier replied that she was only working the cash register and couldn't verify and knew that they didn't have any either. It was a little fishy to me because at the countless times I've be to Chipotle (across the eastern United States) they've either had one or the other. The cashier started developing and attitude towards me when I kept digging a little deeper about the no lemon/ lime situation, I had requested to speak to a manager to see if she could better help my situation. The manager came forward from the rear kitchen and asked what the issue was, I had stated that the cashier informed me that there were no lemons/limes in the restaurant (where they make cilantro-lime rice) and was wondering how'd that could be possible. The manager said she would go check, about 10 seconds after she came back with a half of a lime in a plastic container. Again some employees in this specification Chipotle lack professionalism and care for customer satisfaction. read more

Terrible service most of the time I have been in there. The girl didn't even know how to wrap a burrito. She broke one then when she redid it it was sloppy. On top of that she was paying more attention to her co workers and a car alarm outside than me the customer. She literally left the counter in the middle of ringing me up to go check out the beeping car and laugh with her co workers. Absolutely unacceptable!! read more
