Normally I would not rate Chipotle that low of stars but my boyfriend went there after work to get us some lunch and bring home. I wanted to try one of there 'lifestyle bowls', the 'wholesome bowl', and the worker looks at him and says "i have no idea what that is, you tell me what you want and i make it". The video attached is the online menu but I know I've seen it on the Salisbury restaurant location menu as well. I've been going to this chipotle for years and the service is slowly declining and food quality is becoming poor, considering what you pay for. This location always seems to be missing ingredients specifically guacamole and now they currently can only do bowls and salads (and it has been that way for weeks now). Staff doesn't really communicate with each other well and I've been charged incorrectly multiple times including today where I asked for half steak and half barbacoa on two bowls and didn't realize till I got home that they had charged me for extra meat for both bowls. Also find it funny how this is the only chipotle that charges for their paper bags that they give at all of their other locations for free, I get it it's only $0.10 but why...? All in all my advise is to just go to Moes Southwest Grill right down the road and you get more "bang for your buck." read more

Almost every time we go into this chipotle , we get overcharged for ingredients that were not ordered or put on our order. Staff seem very unambitious... our bowls were very puny ... they were running out of rice so instead of refilling their station, we got the left overs of what was left in their station and not the proper amount of rice. Truly pathetic. We keep trying to give them the benefit of a bad night once or even twice but it is every time we go here. There have been times we stood outside waiting for them to open and they open 15 minutes or more late while watching their customers line up and wait outside. this location has declined in cleanliness, attention to detail, friendly customer service. employees seem rushed and confused for no reason. the meat in the bowl was cold. employees on the line watching flies land in the food. i ordered 3 bowls and the person adding the extra toppings on the bowls just seemed lost and not friendly - they put a lid on the 1st bowl then questioned what was put on the bowl. get to the 2nd bowl and was still lost didn't know what to add after been told what we wanted. i was trying to explain what i wanted on my 3rd and final bowl and they started to question why i was talking about that bowl if the 1st bowl was mine.... not satisfied with this experience at all. read more

To begin with the food looked old dry and stale. A request for quesasillas was denied can only order online. However the online was down. They said they had no way to charge for the quesadillas. Payed almost 40 dollars for two people, they're now rationalizing, i remember when i use to get a bowl here a couple years ago they would have it filled to the brim now theres barely anything. Another thing that has gotten worse is there cross contamination, i have had beans, lettuce, and literal bay leaves in my food when i didn't even ask for it. Manager's derogatory attitude This review is regarding the awful customer experience I had at this location, while grabbing lunch today. My husband and I placed an order online for a quesadilla, and when I picked it up the person who helped me with my order was next to the cashier (she looked Latino). I believe she's the manager and her name is Kelly or Cally (we asked another employee for her name). She had a very derogatory attitude while assisting me. She wasn't friendly or nice. I came back to ask her if I could get a third side since the order comes with 3 side orders and I only got 2. She gave me a really hard time. She told me to go back and get my receipt and show it to her to make sure I had order 3 sides. I went to get my receipt and showed it to her and told her I had forgotten to include my third side online. She kept repeatedly loudly saying in front of other customers that I only ordered 2 sides. I kindly asked her if I could get a third one since my order had 3 sides included. She continued to say "no" because I only entered 2 sides when I placed my order online. At this point she was heated and raised her voice at me. I kindly asked her I still wanted my third side. She kept coming back with a "NO" answer. Then finally she rudely asked with a derogatory attitude what side I wanted.. I asked for the Guacamole and she said she couldn't give it to me because it was extra charge... at this point I just said "just give me sour cream". I cannot believe the way she handled this situation. No professionalism, no ethic and no customer skills! I wish she could have done the extra mile to make my day. She was probably having a bad day or she's just not a people's person. I cannot believe Chipotle hires people with no love or empathy for customers... This location truly sucks I often wonder if it is a franchise or independently owned. Today I went in to order hard shell tacos and was told that their were out of hard shells. When is someone going to correct the issues at this place? The portion sizes change depending on if you leave a tip or not when ordering online. Why can the employees see if there is a tip on a mobile order? Every time I leave a tip, my bowl is stacked...if I only order chips and salsa, my salsa cup is running over. When I don't leave a tip, I barely get a full bowl, and the giant salsa cup is half full. Just yesterday, I ordered chips and salsa (2 orders), and something told me to check it while in the store. They filled it with napkins, so I couldn't see that they left one of my salsas out of the bag. When you show up in person, they do not do that because you are watching them. There is also no prompt for a tip when you check out, yet there is a tip cup at the register. I wish I could leave no stars!! Good food, bad employees with even worse customer service. You do not deserve a tip to wrap a burrito, pour salsa in a cup, or for putting toppings on a bowl when you make 15 dollars an hour and you are not serving people.Why are there always people standing around doing nothing when the early lunch crowd arrives!
