I love Chipotle, but every single time I come I get into a price war with the employees. I never get charged the same amount. My order is steak and rice. Some days it's a two pointer and some days it's a three pointer. They clearly don't have it together and I don't trust them at all. I ask for a pricing guide and I never get one! Food is good, although the meat tends to be a bit salty. The wait is horrendous. Not their fault as they get you thru the order line very quickly. The last few times I've gone, the line was all the way to the door and the wait was 15-20 minutes-for a burrito! I will try the online ordering next time and see how much time it saves. read more

Never a bad experience here. I eat here more than I would like to admit. It's fast, affordable, fresh, and delicious. The people that work there are always nice and eager to please. I like that I can always count on them to be efficient. I always tell myself that i am going get a salad and always get a chicken burrito bowl, but everything on the menu is yummy. Even though the Northgate location is further away from my house than the UDistrict location, there is ample (free) parking at the mall and they are way more efficient and friendly than the UDistrict location. I think Chipotle will continue to get most of my eating out budget until I move further away! :D read more

Slow. Super slow. Took five million years to get my burrito. The burrito itself was sloppy and badly put together. I've had to wait to have my burrito made before, but I've never seen a giant line of burritos just on the counter when there wasn't even a rush. This was my first time at a Chipotle. It was easy to read the menus. They help you really fast and before you know it youre eating youre big burrito. They also offer plates if you dont want all your stuff rolled up in a flour tortilla.The lime and cilantro rice is very delicious make sure you get that in your burrito. They have from chicken to carnitas to choose from. Lettuce, cheese, gucamole, salsa, sour cream- all very good. It's very filling and absolutely finger licking good. The whole place is very clean, and didnt see anything i would complain about. read more

I love this place. If I could eat Chipotle for every meal, I would. Our office orders from here multiple times a week, and everyone goes nuts for it. It's especially awesome for me since I have a lot of dietary restrictions and can still get a great healthy meal here. The staff is super accommodating and always smiling. I love this chipotle location. They are fast, courteous, and will load up your burrito with as much "extra" as you like. :) There is plenty of seating, including outside tables. Parking is free but can be hard to find because it is at the mall. I am here at least once a week. Definitely can recommend this location with confidence. read more

If you like spicy, then this is the place for you. As for me, I don't like it that hot, and there's really NOTHING on the menu that isn't. Couldn't take my grandchildren for that reason. Yes, the staff was very friendly. We were a few friends and decided to "take away". Because we had been 7 people, we were invited to make our personal order on special blanks. Each of us filled the blank. Two guys quickly completed our order, a girl packed all, added "tortillas", souses, napkins... .Good job. But at home we didn't know which of the packages belongs to each of us. Thus, we had to open all the packages, poking around inside and to confirm "this is with rice...- not mine, I ordered with beans... ." and so on. So, I think, they should mark the packages, to let to customers (like we) not to be confused with the problem: "whom does belong each packet to?" Any way the food was good. Fresh meat, vegetables. One of my favorite places to grab a bite when there's no time to cook. As a vegan, it's sometimes daunting to find "fast food" that is healthy and Vegan friendly. Chipoltle is a great bet with an easy to maneuver burrito bar that offers plenty of vegan and vegetarian options, besides just rice and beans. The sofritas (seasoned tofu) was the best thing to happen to this place. I won't often rave about chain restaurants, but Chipoltle is an exception. read more

While Chipotle in general is still worlds ahead of other fast food chains in so many regards, in my travels, I've been to 8 or so different chipotles across the US and this one is rather consistently the worst. It seems to have gotten better in the past month, but they give you the least of various portions, while never skimping on rice (a necessary ingredient, but also the cheapest and least flavorful). Their double meat option is about the same as a regular portion at most chipotles. I also often find that they are poorly skilled at wrapping here relative to other chipotle locations. Still a chipotle, and still f*&^%ing delicious, but amongst chipotles... not the greatest. read more

We picked up a catering order for 25 from this location. The service was impeccable and our guests raved about the food! The carnitas were the favored meat but everything was really good. Chipotle has the catering down to an art form. They provided trays, warmers, serving spoons and tongs, and many other helpful supplies. They also provided an easy-to-read set-up guide. My rating of 5 stars is for the service! I stopped in here one afternoon to grab a late lunch after a rough day. I started ordering my salad to go, but by the time I was mid-way through my order in the assembly line I noticed after frantically digging through my purse that I had left my wallet at home. I apologized and started to leave. One of the staff members followed me to the door and asked me what was wrong. I explained the situation, apologized again, and started to leave once more. He asked me what I ordered and remade the salad for me for free. Customer service is excellent here. Just that small gesture made my day and made a lasting impression on me of this Chipotle. I cheated!!! I cheated on Qdoba, and now I am running away with Chipotle. We walk by here when we are at Northgate Mall and it's usually crowded. Tonight was a different story, it was nice and quiet, though it helps since the Mall was closed by the time we got there. We got the Carnitas and Barbacoa burritos respectively. I accidentally ate Hub's burrito and was more than half way done when I realized I wasn't eating Barbacoa. LOL! Oh well he didn't mind too much. The burritos are good, fresh and ultra filling. I also like the fact that theblack beans don't sog up my burrito badly. They're nicely semi mashed to prevent that from happening. Add some chips and guacamole and you're set!! (which by the way were good). The rice/meat/bean ratio is pretty good. It's not all about burritos here, they also have Tacos, bowl and salad. And they're veggie friendly too. The staff are so friendly as well. Yes, you do pay a higher price but, not that bad. It's still cheap. Just think of the good quality ingredients you get here. They thrive on using good quality, family farmed, hormone free, even organic items. That's always great to know, even coming from a "non" fast food, but sort of kinda of a place! Chipotle is definitely my go-to snack/lunch/dinner type of food when I have no time to get anything else OR if I am in a rush and need food quick. The service goes by pretty quickly and is set up like you were to order something at Subway, except that this is Mexican food (tacos and burritos). At Chipotle, you go through a few steps in choosing what you want in your burrito or taco which all goes by pretty fast. You start off by saying what you want (Burrito Bowl, Burrito or Taco), you choose what type of rice (brown or white), type of meat (chicken, tofu, steak, chicken, pork), beans (white or pinto), vegetables (peppers and onions) , sauces (mild, medium, spicy), cheese/sourcream/corn and Guacamole (extra charge)-- and that's it. They have salsa and chips which is a great snack for something to munch on while on-the-go. The menu lists how many calories there are in everything that you can order which is helpful for some people. Overall, the staff is pretty helpful here! read more

New management, the manager himself was severing the food and he was literally giving half portions. That wasn't horrible, but once I got to the front of the line to pay, he decided to bring over a person that was over charged and took 5 minutes to process them all the while never looking at the other customers and saying anything to us for our wait. We love chipotle but I have to say this one is lacking in many ways! We came here cause the one downtown closes at 8 pm which seems goofy. They are understaffed and took forever which I suppose is why there are so many seats available. Chicken was way too spicy - never had it that hot at any other chipotles. Rice and beans were cold. People working there weren't friendly probably because they were overwhelmed. Regardless we still love chipotle but just not this one. We won't be back. read more

It was almost instantaneous, they started feeling sick during the meal- we think from the guacamole. They have been throwing up for 4+ hours since, and it will be a long night. I'm not from this area. I was here visiting my sister and i was in the mood for a burrito. we looked up restaurants and since this had a 4 star review, i decided to try it. I ordered a steak burrito with rice and black beans and guacamole, sour cream and lettuce and cheese, and medium salsa. The works. We only live 5 min away from the restaurant. when i got home and took the burrito out the bag, my burrito was cold. like refrigerator cold. My sister thought maybe that's the side they put the sour cream and stuff on. After i bit in to it, i had a mouth full of guacomole and sour cream. I wanted to throw up. it was so awful, i began to gag. So i placed the burrito on a plate and decided to open it up and eat it with a fork. None of the stuff in the burrito was mixed. All of the items looked like they had been placed on separate sections in the burrito. As i mixed everything together my forked pulled out a long black strand of hair with a blonde tip!!! I was so disgusted!!!! I just threw my burrito in the garbage. 10 dollars gone to waste! I will never, ever, ever, again spend my money at this horrible place! read more
