I was in Dallas for a quick weekend trip, and stopped into Chipotle for a bite to eat. I ordered a protein cup of the regular chicken and a side of chips and guac. The service was great. Everyone was very nice, the line moved quickly, and I had a great experience. I really liked the chicken. It was tender and flavorful. The guac was great as well! It had the perfect amount of citrus and salt. The only reason for my 4 stars was the chips tasted a little overdone to me, so it kinda changed the taste. We had to clean it ourself The prep area is filthy and riddled with cross contamination. I did a mobile order at this chipotle today. I went in and got my bowl and left (never checked it, because on all of the receipts on the packaging it says the correct order). I drove 30 minutes home and opened my bowl to steak, white rice, pinto beans, and sour cream. The complete wrong order. I have attached what I was supposed to receive. Lady had no more chicken in the bowl and tried to grab the scraps of it and said that was a full scoop when I asked for more chicken, stingy in rice as well. Then I cleared told her I wanted cheese and lettuce and she said I didn't, expected her to open bowl again but no she just gave me a side of it which wasn't enough. I went there last night around 7:00. I ordered two burritos, one steak and one chicken. The amount of food was very skimpy! They were out of both types of rice. The worker tried to scrape the container and then stopped. An entire pan of fresh rice was right behind him. Since the amount of rice was about the size of a silver dollar I ask if he could put more rice, maybe some of the fresh rice? He put another small spoon full and acted totally annoyed! This location needs new leadership. We decided to come here a third time (after two mediocre encounters) and it was an even worse experience. Nothing was ready and half the staff was standing around chatting. When we asked for a steak bowl, the gentleman behind the counter indicated some steak was ready but someone would need to cut it up. Since no one was in line behind us, we said we would wait. Clearly put out by this, the kid reluctantly started cutting up some steak. Then, no bags of chips were ready, followed by no sweet tea. When we asked about the tea the woman behind the cash register said it would take 30 minutes to make some. Didn't offer to make some - just left it at that... So, we moved on to get a fountain drink and they told us there was no carbonation - it needed to be reset. In the end - they are simply not interested in providing any services to patrons. Save your money and go to a different location if you're dying for Chipotle. read more

Its chipotle. It's a great, somewhat healthy fast food option. I usually get their salad with chicken. I've never been disappointed unless they add small amounts of lettuce, but if that is the case, I just have them add more at the end. read more
