This is a cute little restaurant and bar on Moore Street. It fills up quickly thanks to the good food and friendly service. They have several flavors of margaritas in machines (I loved the peach one) and they have a full bar too. NEVER AGAIN WORST EVER My spouse and I came here because our normal restaurant was super packed. We thought we would give it a try. We seen the reviews and they seemed ok. We came in and someone from the back yelled to choose a seat(a customer had to tell us because we didn't hear her). We sat down and waited about 15 minutes before a waitress came up to get our drink order. Another 5 min and she come back with drinks and chips . So about a 20 minute wait for drinks and chips. They were NOT BUSY. Then we finally got to order our food about 10 minutes later. We waited day 20 more minutes to get our food we order enchiladas. Another dissatisfaction when we got our food our drinks were empty and the waitress sets down are food then asks us if we want something to drink. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE didn't need her dirty looks when asking her a question. I would think she might have automatically assumed we would need more tea to go with our food. She asked if we needed anything else I asked for a small guacamole she immediately coped an attitude and turned to go get it brought it back and with a look on her face set it at the end of our table and walked away. The Food Was nothing to rave about l. Very Bland flavor though it was hot at least. Had it not been for my wonderful spouse trying to get me some food after a long day at work I would have walked out before we ever got to order our food. Needless to say We ate the food anyways. While we were eating we seen zero staff anywhere they were in the back I am assuming. My better half asked me if I seen a restroom. Me and my husband went to a different restaurant last night. The staff was super friendly and very knowledgeable. The chips and salsa taste homemade, which was a big plus with my husband. We tried the appetizer of chorizo queso, and it was messy but delicious. My husband got one of his favorites which is the Chile Relleno. He said it was very good. I tried the pork guiso with tomatillo. It was different than what I was expecting but the pork was still very tender and good. Terrible and embarrassing experience. Took my wife out to get a late lunch and decided to give this place another try. Got our drink order in as soon as we were seated and got a couple of bowls of salsa right after. Said they would be right back with our chips. About 5 minutes later chips arrive. About 5 minutes after that another couple sits in the booth behind us. They immediately had chips, drinks ordered and food ordered. We still haven't been able to order our food. Another 5 minutes or so go by and the table behind us received their food. We still not been asked our food order. Everyone who received their food after we were seated finish their meals and proceeded to leave. We still hadn't been asked our food order and couldn't even get a waitresses' attention. We finally ended up finishing our drinks and decided to pay and leave since they obviously didn't want to serve us. I asked the lady who was supposed to be our waitress as I was paying if we did something to upset them or offend them and why they didn't want to serve us. She had no explanation and when I said fine I'll just leave you an accurate review since you don't care to take care of a customer and she said "fine!". Didn't care at all. Not upset in the least that we were completely ignored. Horrible customer service. I can't review the food since we never got any. I will say their drinks are extremely overpriced though. I'll definitely never give them another chance. That was strike two. There are lots of good Mexican food restaurants in Terrell that care to have our business. Horrible service. We were there for 1.5 hours. We only seen that 1 table was seated. Then 2 others came in after we ordered, they got their orders, checks and left before we even got our food. We had to go request a to go box and cup for left over take out, why I did that I don't know, Food was okay but not that great. For 2 people and 1 small child. $43. This is one of my favorite mexican food restaurants in Terrell. Good chips and hot sauce. Love the stuffed avacados and fajita beef street tacos. They even have great breakfast on the weekend. The worst service @ a restaurant I ever encounter, the first time I went there it smelled like a sewer pipe had broken, We decided to give it another chance and it was just horrible they brought my husbands food with no tortillas then they had an attitude because we asked for napkins and tortillas. I placed an order for my food & they took for ever to cook them and when I tried to cancel my order they brought the food right out just so I could pay the plate the food was not even fully cooked they gave me the plate and didn't even bag it or put napkins nor utensils in the bag or salsa. I always give great review and Im always eating out but this place is the worst restaurant ive been to.The lady was just awful rude and wouldn't even give me the courtesy to speak. We have been here several times and the food is the best mex that I have had since I moved here 8 years ago. The breakfast plates are great! The tacos are great! The vegetables are fresh and the cheese is fresh ! The fajitas are the best in town !! The chips and salsa are very good but if you like real spicy and down right just blow your mouth up hot !!!
