This location is just awful. Whether it's the workers attitudes or running out of food, there is an issue everytime I try to give this place another try. Today I ordered my food (after not being greeted or asked how I could be helped) and bought a bottled water. I asked for a small cup to fill with ice and even offered to pay for the cup. The cashiers then charged me for a soda also even tho I was putting my PAID FOR BOTTLED WATER into it. I assured the guy this is what I was doing and I was rudely told I'd have to pay for the soda anyways. I'm sorry, I am a Chipotle lover and have never once had this issue at any other location. I've been visiting this location for over 2 years and have never had an issue until today. I order the same thing every time a burrito finished in the press to melt the cheese today I was informed that cannot be done but they have been doing it every visit prior. If someone else picks up the order sometimes they charge for a quesoritto when that's not what I'm asking for. Everytime I come here everything is a mess trash and food everywhere. Today I also asked for a small drink and they informed me they are out of small cups and offered me a large cup and charged me for a large cup. It's not the price just the priceable. read more

Drove over 20 minutes to finally try Chipotle, was pretty excited. Took a quick glance at their menu but all I wanted was nachos. Once I get there, no nachos. I'm sorry but if you call yourself a "fast food" tex-mex and you don't have nachos, not even a queso, then you fail. I decided to do the soft carnitas tacos. Guac was extra but I got it. Took the food to go and by the time I got home it was cold. Not warm or cool. Cold. It was pretty tasty but SUPER sloppy. Overall very disappointing. I would give them a 5 star for quality of food but the service can be so bad that it brings the overall score down. Each person puts such a different amount of food on the burrito or dish that the quanity it so different. Yes the lines can be long but again the food is good. The guac is awesome and the corn mix. One person says "the machine is broken" the other says "they're too busy." Ive been there tons of times it was great. Im not sure what happened. Everytime my wife gets food from here they short her on items like meat one teaspoon of meet in a taco for instance thats unacceptable.My burrito was short on steak and when I asked for sour cream they put one cup of sour cream on it. California Tortilla is a little further away I will go there from now on or untill they fix it . I would love to comment on the food, but the website is a nightmare and navigating the menu online is no longer worth my time. I guess they are so busy with damage control secondary to all of the the poisonings that they forgot that patrons like to see a full menu online. Place really went down hill. Not sure if there's a new owner or managers but this used to be my favorite quick food stop. Now I'm hardly ever there because the food has lost its quality and taste. The serving sizes have shrunk exponentially. Nothing like it used to be. Ordered via online today and my double steak bowl had a total of 10 pieces of meat in it. That's pathetic compared to what they used to be. The staff is turning over so fast that they're no longer friendly faces and all seem to be very rude and rush their guests. OMG! Do I love this place I usually order the same thing a steak bowl with black beans brown rice lettuce tomatoes multiple types of salsa light sour cream and jalapeños. I've never had a bad bowl they're they are always very good also they have many types of Tabasco sauce out in the dining room if you like it spicy which I do. There is plenty of parking and lots of seating so that's never an issue and the staff is always friendly and upbeat but the lines there can be very long sometimes as I have went there and got my food and left within 5 minutes and other times it's taken 15-20 mins as the lines were so long I thought they were giving away free tacos seriously I did. Also they do not have jalapeños ready to go you have to ask for them and sometimes they need to get them from the back and cut them which can add to the wait. This is literally the WORST Chipotle I've ever been to. I am a huge Chipotle fan after attending college in Arizona. You can find 'em every where out there. Unfortunately this is the only one in my current area so I still go here. The only reason I gave it two stars is because it's still the same food as most Chipotle's but that's where the similarities stop. First - it is very poorly designed, seating sucks, just take your food to go. Most Chipotle's are larger than this one but you can't fault them for the building. Next, it is by far the SLOWEST moving line. Usually Chipotle employees are used to the long lines and they move quick. I went here once and waited over 45 minutes in line. I understand it was busy but it should never take that long (the building isn't large enough for it to take that long). Next, the staff is awful. They're very rude and sometimes blatantly ignore you. They also have poor communication skills among each other. Usually Chipotle has a fun upbeat staff. Last and most importantly, this Chipotle is very skimpy. Chipotle is known for huge portions and here they are tiny compared to other locations. I like to eat some and save the other half for another meal. I used to eat at chipotle all the time, and I loved the food and the whole idea of fresh ingredients. However, I've been ordering online recently and they have been non stop screwing up my order. Tonight I ordered a chicken burrito bowl with white rice fajita veggies lettuce cheese and salsa and ordered a burrito for my boyfriend. Other than waiting there for my food which was done 20 minutes prior, I got home and we opened up the bag to find that my boyfriends burrito had not been wrapped correctly and now had the permanent marker from my burrito bowl on it... So he ripped that piece off, no big deal. Then I open my burrito bowl; not only was it not chicken, but steak which I don't eat but the majority of the bowl was just sour cream... Which I didn't order because I LOATHE it. And because I had waited in line so long the food was ice cold. Luckily we also ordered the chips and guacamole, which is hard to screw up. I don't know what's going on at that place, but the service and quality of the food has gone WAY down. Chipotle, I suggest you fire EVERY employee in the horizon blvd store and hire all new. I'm terribly disappointed and will not be eating there again anytime soon. read more

The good is great. I had a bad experience with the cashier when I went today. She wasn't listening to anything I said. I asked for chips and guac and she said what kind as if I ordered salsa. Then I ordered a large soda. She didn't give me a cup. When I asked for a cup she gave me a small. I asked for my large cup and she said I didn't order one. She also did not give me a recite. When I asked for it she rudely said she threw it away. I'm not one to complain since I have worked in the restaurant business. That being said, I know how important it is to treat guests with more than just respect. I'll be going elsewhere to get my burritos from now on. read more

All around weird experience with staff unable to perform at the level they needed to. First, we waited in line for a half hour. I get it Chipotle is popular, so I was ok with the wait. It was when I reached the counter I had a ton of issues. I made it clear that I was allergic to cilantro, and I was able to get cilantro free rice!! 3 or 4 employees heard me discuss my allergy, and helped me to pick out menu items that were free of cilantro. The last 2 employees however, were rude and almost gave me stuff with cilantro. I stopped the employee from putting the salsa on my burrito with seconds to spare. The cashier was the other uninformed and down right rude employee. He asked for here, or to go. Because I was with friends who had ordered directly before me, I said, " I am doing whatever they did." The cashier gave me a hard time about it. Then, my bill came to $11. I thought it would be less, and only had taken a $10 out of my wallet( I had extra cash In my wallet, I just had to reach it). I handed the cashier my $10, and said give me a second and I'll get the rest. The cashier refused to take my partial payment! I love Chipotle, but because of the staff will never come back to this location. read more

Best tofu!! I read reviews and was nervous but skimming them I noticed a great deal caring about the employees which doesn't bother me -I care about the food lol it's fast food. I noticed the food complaints were meat related- phew -I'm a vegetarian so I have no clue what fatty meat or digestive issues or upset stomachs are - my family eats a lot of meat followed with heart disease pills. My review : I was so pleased to see tofu on their menu and just have to say wow! This was the best tofu I've had comparing to many vegetarian restaurants and whole foods deli etc -I mean hands down best seasoning for tofu. I made a wrap with rice black beans tofu sour cream and cheese and hot sauce- yum ! The guacamole and chips were delicious - the chips have seasoning on them and the guac is fresh. The long line went fast and the employees were robots which was great for me but apparently some people want conversations during a fast line-that set up is to get you in and out not chat- if you're looking to exchange names and get to know employees behind the counter go to a local deli I guess lol. I worked at a deli and had time to do that. I also worked at a popular chain restaurant lol that picture of a mess is nothing compared to what's behind the doors at restaurants. No carnitas a sign read at the counter due to no supply of responsibly fed pigs - I was very relieved to see they care about their supply chain and where everything comes from -very important. read more

I am a fan of local, organic and fresh food. The concept of Chipoltle is great and the food is very good. The downside is that while the fat content is not great, the sodium is way over the top, containing, in many cases, a days worth of sodium in one meal. My husband and I went to this new Chipotle location near the Neshaminy Mall. It was really loud but the line was short. Apparently so was the patience of the staff. The two young girls doing the orders had very little patience for us. Neither of us have been to a Chipotle before (also we don't work there) so we didn't know how the ordering worked. There were two people together behind us so there was no reason not to smile, provide minimal customer service and explain how their ordering works. The food was ok, but my husband's burrito wasn't wrapped tight enough and fell apart. Definitely like Mo's more. Wouldn't be the worst place if the customer service was better. read more

Of all the states I've lived in or visited - this is one of my favorite Chipotle's! When I first visited, the manager and staff were obviously well-trained, friendly, & went out of their way to ensure a pleasant visit. The food is tasty, the restaurant is clean, & the location is convenient. I've visited this location when they were busy as well as when they were less busy - the level of professionalism & the quality of the food was equally great. I am a regular customer here, but lately have been extremely disappointed. Last time when I ordered online and came in at the time I was told, I was forced to wait 15 minutes for my food. On my most recent trip, I was forced to wait 15 minutes after my scheduled time, and after I drove home, my burrito along with my mom's ripped in half when we went to eat them. I know it's restaurant policy to remake a burrito with a ripped tortilla so I'm confused as to why this happened. since this is my go-to chipotle because it's the closest, i frequently go here but each time i come is a hit or miss. you can either have really nice people who are excited to work and give you good portions of food or people who look miserable and barely give you anything. there was a time i went there and my burrito was 98% lettuce and a combined 2% of meat rice and beans. i had to ask for a new one because last time i checked i wasn't a rabbit. today when i went i had to ask for extra of everything because the workers barely put any food in my bowl and one of the female workers did not look happy at all. so what if you're having a bad day but that's not reason to be so moody at work. like i said, this place is a hit or miss but chipotle is chipotle read more

I was so disappointed, I'm a huge chipotle fan and I just experienced one of the worst encounters at this chipotle. I arrived within 5 minutes of them opening their doors at 11 and you would expect the food the be hot and fresh. well it wasn't...the lettuce looked like it was sitting out from the night before, even the gentleman in front of me asked them to put out fresh lettuce. The peppers and onions were ice cold and so was their meat. you would honestly think all their meat is coming of the grill right at 11 to be freshly served, but it honestly looked like that was left over from the night before too; the container was almost empty for them just opening at 11. the fresh medium salsa was dried out. the only positive thing from that meal was the guac. it truly felt and tasted like everything was left out. I ended up throwing over half of it away and now I'm disappointed that I wasted my money on it when there were better options located around the store. Hopefully if there is a next time at this specific location it will be better. read more
