Wendy's for me is hit and miss. This was a decent one We took the family to Sesame Place the other day. We went to Marshall's for some more Christmas shopping. The kiddo was tired and hungry so we took him here for some of those famous Nuggies n Fries! Staff in the DT was very friendly and quick. We got a number 3 with a bottle of water. By the time we paid for it, the food was ready at the 2nd window. We got our food and took off! Fries were hot and crispy. Nuggies felt like they were sitting there for a few minutes.... they did not have that fresh from the fryer feel lol! At the end of the day, my kiddo does care! So as long as he is happy that's all that matters!! All in all a nice Wendy's. Very quick service. If we are in the area, it would definitely be an option for us again. read more

When all of the other Wendy's have employees that suck, they transfer them here to this store. They have the guy that forgets half the order, the guy who remembers the other half but gets it wrong. They have the lady that's always high and curses loud enough for customers to hear. The guy with dirty long hair and no hair net. They have the lady that makes you feel bad for ordering anything. They have the one younger dude on his phone and your not sure if he's on the clock or not. They have the other guy that just stands there with his back to you the whole time. Complete honesty, I'm a huge fan of Wendy's. For some reason, in comparison to other fast food places, I feel like Wendy's is healthier and cleanier. Maybe it's the chili and baked potato options, or maybe it's because the lettuce and tomatoes are always fresh on my $1 menu burgers. Whatever the reason, you should check this one out, becuase the location was extra clean, extra friendly and had a TV! I was particularly excited when I walked in on Tuesday and found out it was Customer Appreciation day and $1 Chili, having no cable or wifi in my new place, I was ready to stay here the afternoon to beat the summer heat. I like this Wendy's. The service is great and if things went awry on the app for me, they always have my back.

Food is usual Wendys but this location is beyond slow. Drink machine is out of most things. Floor is slippery.

BAD SERVICE. I waited 30 minutes in the line with a DoorDash order. Just for it not to even be ready! Took extra 10 minutes while at the window for preparation of the food! Then mid preparation they started arguing about sauces! Are you serious? Sauces? NEVER dashing or eating at this specific Wendy's EVER again. read more

So this is fast food? Got here at 11:30 am, ordered a salad at the drive thru, and then had to wait outside for over 5 minutes in 13 degree weather. Store was nearly empty, so not a traffic problem. Finally - went in to see what was going on. Manager was apologetic, but I was told it takes 11 minutes to grill chicken for a salad. Bizarre - just wished they had said something when I ordered it, since I was on a tight schedule. At the same time, the manager did offer a refund due to the delay. I appreciate that, but would have preferred not to waste 20 minutes getting a salad. read more

Today is August 22, 2020. I just went to the drive through at the Wendy's at 1419 East Lincoln Hwy in Langhorne. When I reached the window for my food, the woman handling the food had no mask covering her nose and no gloves. She was handling unwrapped food and preparing drinks. This is incredibly unsafe, I urge you to AVOID THIS LOCATION, they are NOT TAKING RECOMMENDED COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS. Just went through drive thru and ordered the Baconator and Baconator son meal. Ordering was easy, people very polite and friendly. They made a fuss over my dog and gave her a treat. For a place that is not busy, they sure know how to screw up orders. The girl taking our order walked away right in the middle of taking our order with no explanation. Another else walked up who was handling food to finish and had no idea what he was doing and deleted half our order. After the order was complete, the girl came back and the guy went back to handling food without washing his hands. None of the tables were wiped down, and when our order came up, two of the kids meals were short chicken nuggets. Friday 9/21/2018 - Noonish Stopped at Wendy's for a few sandwiches. 8 cars in drive thru so I decided to go inside. Not super clean. Watching the staff was painful. ONE Person at the counter at Noon on a weekday. She was bouncing all over the place with no obvious system when preparing somone's order. It was 10 minutes until I got my order. Two Grilled Chicken Sandwiches. Got in my car and proceeded down 95. The first sandwich was ok. I could not eat the second one. When I bit into the chicken it was as if it was rubber. I then tried to tear the sandwich in half to see if the chicken was undercooked and couldnt believe how tough it was. I believe it was micorwaved. The outer layer was the consistency of a piece of flat rubber. I peele back that layer and the chcken inside was just as rubbery. This is the first time I have been back to this this Wendy's in years. Now I know why. Never again. Here is a Panera in the same parking lot that is faster than the Wendy's drive through. We ordered two Gouda Bacon Cheese Burger combos one with coke and one with a vanilla frosty . Looked nothing like the pictures or on TV. No onion or tomato and the bacon was old and very little Gouda. Very disappointed. After writing Wendy's they made good on two new Combo meals thanks to Darlene and John.
