Yes, the line is long. But well worth the wait. The food is hot, I don't know what some of these reviewers are talking about. I think they just think they're so self-important that if the food isn't made of gold, they shrivel their stupid noses in disgust. The food is amazing, yes the location is a little understaffed, but the line isn't THAT long. We have miniature computers in our pockets that help us pass the time, chill out. Just now I ordered ahead because I'm just getting back from a road trip and had to go with this one. My bf stood by the pick up area and was asked twice by the same person if he was being helped and needed his order. Then the kid proceeded not to help him but chat to other coworkers. This is the third time I have gone to Chipotle in Trevose and the 3rd time I left without buying a thing. The few workers are grossly overwhelmed with the demand of the store and it shows. When the line is wrapped around almost to the bathrooms, you will be waiting no less than 45 minutes. My family of 4 left immediately as well as the 2 families in front of us. since this location has opened they really worked hard and moved you fast getting your food. that was then, now, not worth the time i tried 7 times to get in this location to get some food the lines are crazy long and you have at least a 25 minute wait if your past the front door and this is not fast food at all. Its a shame because i like the food i just don't have a lot time to stand in line to get food so i would think they would try to get this little place moving better. This is a pretty busy location but conveniently located just about a minute from the turnpike. They sometimes have a bit of a line, but their staff works hard and moves through it pretty fast. The burritos and food here is reasonably priced, and of very high quality. Chipotle is known for using free range meat, which is nice to know you are chomping into a previously tortured animal. read more

Ordered chicken burritos last night for me and my husband. They were the COLDEST, worst burritos I have ever had in my life. There was something seriously off with the chicken, it just did not taste right, and I have had an upset stomach since last night. Even my husband, the most non-picky eater I have ever met, said the chicken was absolutely disgusting and didn't finish his. You guys are literally in the parking lot of my job so I won't pretend that I won't ever stop in for a sofritas burrito. Because your tofu has never literally killed me like your chicken did last night. There was naturally a line when we walked in the door, which is understandable as it happens at most Chipotles. However it was about 60 degrees today and it felt like the AC was blasting...it was freezing in there! As we approached the counter I heard the one guy behind the counter tell a customer how tired he was and needed a break. Then we watched how much meat was being portioned to see if it was necessary to order double meat but the portions of rice, beans, meat and all condiments were completely inconsistent. I love Chipotle... but even after a few months to settle in service is still inconsistent and communication down the assembly line is bad. Their burritos are always huge and stuffed, some very sloppy, some tight and well made. Seating is especially tight, almost like a cafeteria. But overall the taste brings me back over the service. I prefer Chipotle burritos over Tijuana Flats across town; but Tijuana Flats has a much broader menu. read more

I work really close to Chipotle and I've heard my co-workers rave about it. But whenever I've gone in, I've walked out because the line was INSANELY long. But today, at 12:05pm, I decided to give it a try after work since I saw the parking lot was pretty empty. From the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out, I felt really welcomed. And on the ride home, I noshed on the amazing chips. I was very disappointed when I got home and found I'd finished them. But my chicken quesadilla was AMAZING. Apparently, not many people know that it's possible to have made since it's not on the big menu. But it is. And BOY is it good! The chicken has a bit of zing to it and with the guacemole...it's a perfect fit. I will DEFINITELY be going back. Not just because the guys on the line-up are friendly and cute, but because the food is amazing. And I might even be willing to wait in the line, since I saw how fast those guys moved. read more

I have gone to this Chipotle a few times. There's always a line, but they get through it ok. Other reviewers complained about bad service and their orders getting screwed up, luckily I haven't experienced that. I did want a carnitas burrito yesterday, but there was a sign on the door that there was no carnitas. I was disappointed, but it happens. A lot of times, I go to Jersey + Plymouth Meeting + City Line Ave just to eat at this place. As far as this specific fast food place. They haven't messed up my order yet. How can they mess it up?? This is our usual Sunday night dinner spot, we pick it up and bring it home. Perfect SNF food! Very clean and quick service close to home.

Worst experience to date at this location.  We waited almost 50 minutes past the time when the order was supposed to be ready, and we ordered with 35 lead time, in the hopes that it'd at least be close to the pickup time.  The staff was pretty rude when asked about the delay. One of them literally yelled at some guy for not having a mask.  Apparently there's a sign on the door about it but I wasn't able to see one there.  Still, people are weird about masks, I get it, but absolutely no customer service skills there. The guy got in hos car and drove off.       About 7:45 the manager (or someone in a managerial role) comes out and yells to (at)  the people waiting there that they are closed; about how if orders aren't in by now then they aren't going to fill them.  But....everyone in there is there to pickup an order, so that made no sense at all. Again, really poor customer service delivery.    The food wasn't as good as it's been since no longer taking inside orders.   All in all pretty crappy experience.  I heard several people talking about the same frustrations while waiting.     The last 2 times were pretty poor also, so it's 3 strikes now...I'm out.  You can get better food and service anywhere bit this location.   I'll be calling their headquarters on Monday about this also. read more

First time I've ever been to a Chipotle and I was extremely impressed. Usually a packed place with a super long line deters me but it was moving pretty quick!!. The food was plentiful and very good. I've never experienced fast food Mexican that was that good. Puts places like taco bell or taco Johns to shame. I wanted to eat inside but it was rush hour and the place had no seat left. Pretty good sign to me. It was packaged well for to go though. OMG there salsa is to die for. I've never had salsa that fresh and good. I would go back just for the chips and salsa. I didn't have a lot of interaction with the staff and I seemed a little rushed but hey I guarantee there was close to 60 people in there and only half were sitting down. Overall I highly recommend it and you should give it a shot. Very clean too for the amount of customers. I'll be back tomorrow for lunch!! read more
