We gave this one last try with the order from the Chipotle in Trevose, PA. When we went to pick-up the order, no one was in front and nothing was on the orders shelf at 4:50pm on Sunday. Had to yell to the back to find anyone. Not a good start. Our meals (burrito bowl and quesadilla) had approximately 5 pieces of chicken and 5 pieces of fajita vegetables in only the quesadilla. Even though the request was for LIGHT white rice the bowl was overfilled with rice, no fajita vegetables, 1 TABLESPOON (not ladle) of beans, corn salsa and cheese. The quesadilla had the three areas 1/4 filled with corn salsa, tomato salsa and sour cream and it was more tortilla than anything else. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY GOING TO CHIPOTLE. read more

The one manager is really annoying and rude to his employees. The employee called him a bully. I got a burrito. Please learn how to fill and roll a burrito properly. It makes all the difference. Also, the wrap was over heated... It was chewy and hard. I gave this spot a few shots... I was flustered by the ordering experience that I forgot to order a drink... something I wouldn't have forgotten if the girl checking me out actually made eye contact with me and asked me if I wanted anything else... We ordered from DoorDash, and the bowls we received were mostly empty. We previously had the same issue with another location on Street Road, so we thought this one would be different, but unfortunately, it wasn't. We ordered three bowls, two of which were vegetarian, and both were largely empty. When we dine in, we usually get a generous portion, but when ordering online, we feel unable to voice our complaints. We even returned to the restaurant once, without having eaten anything, to show them the problem, but they accused us of lying. I don't understand why we would lie about receiving less food. Initially, I was very excited for my first ever chipotle bowl, however, it was unsatisfactory to say the least. i ordered double steak and there was barely enough steak to feed a new born baby. The rice was undercooked and had a crunch to it. I spent $19 dollars to feed myself so i am able to have the energy to work and provide for my family. I wouldn't even feed this to my dog. This Chipotle used to be better. I still love their fresh ingredients with a fast food-like speed, but this location is getting worse. I order all the time online for pickup, and they're constantly messing things up. I drive 15 minutes over here from my office, so I'm not at liberty to return if something is incorrect. I normally pickup multiple orders for other colleagues, and there have been times when I've asked them to go over all of the names with me, so we could all be certain that every order was present and the cashier flat out told me "I already checked" with an attitude. Lo and behold one order was missing, and I had to drive all the way back while no longer on my lunch hour. Overall quality is lacking as well, which is a shame because I really did love coming here for lunch. If they're not giving you attitude ask for the honey chipotle vinaigrette for your burrito or bowl. They give it our for the salads, and will normally begrudging hand some over if you ask. Management is the issue with this location. Who are you hiring? Your employees seem either high or brain dead. Maybe both. I had take out maybe 3 times in the past 3 years at this location, and every time I come here it's worse than the time before. I go there for a burrito bowl and quesadilla. The denial associate makes the burrito bowl and when I asked for sour cream she said they don't have any, and I saw that they didn't have guacamole either. When I asked about the toppings, a female associate said they use the remainder for online orders. Its Chipotle. What can I say? It's neither really good nor totally awful. But it's a place that I go to when I'm low on cash and don't feel like cooking because I know I can easily get more than one meal out of a burrito bowl. I started coming here about two months ago and have been here a handful of times since then. There were several things I noticed very frequently in my time, which I can now comment on because I can confirm that these are very regular occurrences. The first of these that you'll notice is that the place is absolutely disgustingly unclean almost all of the time. The staff of 20-something-year-olds doesn't do a thing about keeping the place clean. It seems as if there is no order in the place whatsoever. Employees take forever to clean up messy food-laden tables after customers leave. Worse, the area where the employees themselves serve food tends to be gross. Today, for example, the checkout counter had sour cream smeared all over it and lettuce and cheese. When the woman put my order in the bag, she didn't even pay attention to the table and the bottom of my bag got run through old sour cream. Disgusting. I had to go wipe the bottom of the bag before leaving. The second important thing to note is that the meat and beans are usually consistently burnt and low quality. I usually get a steak bowl, but the pieces tend to be mostly blackened, and/or taste gummy as if they're just fat pieces or other low-quality pieces. I understand that you get what you pay for but it's just gross how chewy the meat is. Overall, it's not amazing, nor is it authentic. A solid 2/5 or less, taste wise. I'd probably recommend the sofritas if you have higher standards for your meat, since it's vegetarian and doesn't usually taste as bad as the meat does. I only come back because it's the only place I can ask for a little extra rice, beans, or other ingredients, and some tortillas on the side, without any upcharge. read more

Love Chipotle! This place consistently has a huge line. 34 people in front of me this trip. Ironically not one person left. We all just stood there like feins waiting for our fix. I feel bad for people that are not familiar with the Chipolte Order process. The person in front of me was a first time customer and stated that. The people behind the counter paid no attention to that and tried to push him through without explaining the options. Had almost the 'you must order the Philly cheesesteak correctly' feel to it. Service is usually pleasant, and I haven't had a problem at this location until I had to pick up an online order. The waiting in this location sucks. They really need a designated area, but it's small so I get it, but it still isn't ideal. However, had to order online and obviously couldn't check my order til opening the burrito and bowl...and my bowl was not to order at all. Steak was so dried up it was chewy and looked like chicken and they left out 3 of my ingredients. And to top it off, I felt like crap later that night after eating it. This is the best Chipotle I have ever been to.. The employees are friendly and nice.. They actually give you a good portion of food and the prices are cheaper than the Chipotle in Princeton.. There is always chicken and steak cooking on their grill which tells you they have fresh food that doesn't sit around all day.. Never had any issues with coming here and we eat at Chipotle about 3 times a week... We try to come to this location but sometimes can't and are forced to go to the one in Priceton.. 5 stars! This must be the worst chipoltle. The lines are always long and the portion sizes are small. The steak served here is consistently full of fat. It's a rare occasion if i don't have to beg for additional fajitas which are usually not made. In short be prepared to wait for small portions. word is Mad Mex is coming to the area.
