Opened the sandwiches and saw the cheese was actually melted and chicken tasted good, hash browns were cooked perfectly too. The best chicfila around and a plus they have military discount. There's a manger named Melissa and I don't know how she was employed here, but she reflects this business in such a bad light. I will never return to this store simply because of how unprofessional she is with the staff. I've been to this store on multiple occasions and have seen her be incredibly disrespectful to her coworkers. I would not want this woman around me let alone employed at any store. She should be working at McDonald's with her attitude not for a company that prides themselves on being kind and caring... the owners need to be more careful about who they hire. read more

Each time I visit, I experience delays in receiving my food due to employees many of whom appear to be teenagers playing around, filming videos, and engaging in horseplay instead of focusing on their work. This lack of professionalism severely impacts service quality. Beyond the poor work ethic, I have also overheard extremely inappropriate and offensive remarks from staff members, including disrespectful comments about people's genders. Additionally, I have found hair in my food, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious sanitation concerns. While I do not want to single out one specific individuals name, there is a particular employee appearing to be around 17-20 years old with some facial hair who i believe is hispanic or latino who has been especially problematic in making inappropriate comments. i strongly urge management to address these issues by ensuring employees maintain professionalism, respect, and proper hygiene. I originally came here to leave a review, but after seeing these reviews I have to say--I completely agree with most of them Instead of dealing with an issue with a guy or managers I've had problems with a girl. I think her name is Aryna, Ary, or maybe Aryanna and some other people there that was hanging out with her I couldn't see her name tag, but I heard people calling her name.The things they say are honestly disgusting--offensive things about things (i don't wanna say here because it's a trigger to some people)that no one seems to do anything about. On top of that, I've seen them drop stuff on the floor and pick it up and than laugh and record the "incident" for their videos which is honestly vary unprofessional and once they cleaned up and got my food i threw eveything out because god knows weather they washed their hands or not i just ordered from another place .You'd think in a place like this, employees would be trained to be clean and respectful.This is a multimillion-dollar company with four-star reviews, yet basic hygiene and professionalism don't seem to be a priority. read more

My family and I were hungry and were in the area and decided to try this Chick-Fil-A. We went on a Saturday afternoon, so we obviously expected it to be super crowded. The set up of the parking confused us. We ordered on the mobile app and chose "curbside", but we were pulling in from the back way and the spots were on an angle where you couldn't get in them coming from the opposite direction. It was just difficult to navigate. The food took a while to come out (but that is expected since it was so busy). Finally, we ordered three meals (two with waffle fries, one with mac and cheese) but we ended up missing a medium fries. We just shared what we had, but it's annoying since we paid for a meal. Otherwise, the food was delicious!! I ordered the Smokehouse BBQ Chicken sandwich, mac and cheese, and the 1/2 sweet tea / 1/2 lemonade. I wasn't a huge fan of the drink (I didn't realize that the lemonade was fresh squeezed so there was pulp in my drink, which I'm not a fan of). But everything else was good! read more

Dont know if you call this fast food or not. But the people that work hear are smarter and so much nicer. Then your McDonald's and burger King and Wendy's people. The service and staff is by far the nicest. It's great to feel welcomed when arriving. I ordered the spicy chicken sandwich with waffle fries and soda #3. The manager himself handed me my food and said have a great day enjoy your food. What manager do you ever see working as hard as this man does. It's good to see manager of a place help out the employees. You don't see it much. Then I'm sitting down eating. One of the kids comes up and says you need a refill on your drink. What place other then restaurants and diners you see that at. No matter what time a day you come hear they are packed. But everything goes smoothly. Just as it should. First off the new parking lot is terrible. They made it more accident prone and added in an online order pick up line which they attend to before anyone in the actual drive thru which makes the drive thru take longer now. Horrible general manager Paul treats his staff like crap, doesn't staff appropriately, curses them out and yells at them, creepy and way to touchy to the minor girls there, cares more about his bonuses than his staff. Don't know a single person to leave that store and say a good thing about him, still run into people that used work there and they all say the same thing about him. He's a lawsuit waiting to happen. And it's a shame the operator is a really good person that cares about his people, but sadly trusts the pathological liar that is his GM. Highest turnover rate in the last 4 years than almost all the years before. Might as well install a revolving door for the people who get hired and then quit. I should know I was there for 12 years it's sad to see what was once a wholesome family friendly work environment turn into the abusive run down store that it has turned into, yes the stores numbers have gone up over the years, but that's do to catering, online orders and prices going up, while the quality of the food has gone down and the environment is so abusive that only a handful stick around past 2 months. And the majority that are still there have been there since the previous GM David was there, when the store was ran better and was not anywhere near as abusive. This is by far my favorite "fast food joint"! Not only is their food not totally unhealthy but the property seems very clean & the staff Super friendly!! Love the drive thru service here! Also, inside my little one (3) loves to play & I feel comfortable sitting outside the play area & waiting for her.. Did I mention the super friendly & conscientious staff?? Awesome. My kids love the nuggets - cooked in peanut oil!! - delicious but be wary of any kids allergies.. I thought the menu would have more selection which it doesn't but that's okay. Less options is sometimes better. I had the chicken club sandwich and my husband had the spicy chicken. The food was very good and tasted very fresh. The portions were smaller than I thought and we were still hungry afterwards. (We haven't eaten all day) Overall, the food was good. The staff is very friendly and looked happy to work there compared to other places I've been too. They asked if we wanted refills which I didn't know they do that and they offered to clean our table while we were still there which I'm not used to.
