The menu signs are of a good size but the print is a bit too small, why I have no idea. Everything is freshly made and refilled. I got a burrito bowl with the new chicken they were advertising in store. I don't get beans cause we all know that although beans are good for you they do make you toot. It's got all sorts of stuff in my bowl and yes guac is an extra fee. My husband got a chicken burrito and liked it. Some of the worst service I've ever seen in a chipotle. Google and the app state the store closes at 10PM. I had an online order that I placed at 7:59pm. When I arrived to pick it up at 8:10pm, I was told by the workers that the store closed at 8:00 and they were unable to make my order. Meanwhile all of the food was sitting out and they were still making orders for others that were currently in the store. Management should consider adjusting their hours if they only plan to be open until 8 vs letting customers order, pay, and then drive to their location to pick up food. Worked out at planet fitness and got excited to go to chipotle for dinner. We get there and there's a line to the back of the door. We wait 10minutes+ in line to get up there and find out they don't have steak. When asked if they have more, employee said "nah" and "haven't had it for a while". Nobody seems to care or put in the effort. This used to be one of the good locations in Rochester but the staff clearly can't handle making steak. My partner and I chose to go to the Chipotle on Commerce Drive before doing some shopping on Thursday, March 20th. It turned out to be the worst option we could've chosen. Before even walking in the doors of the restaurant, you could see the trash spilling out of the garbage can situated next to the window. That's how dirty this restaurant was. Walking in, it only got worse. There wasn't a single clean table in the restaurant. In front of one of the employees, I grabbed a napkin, put some water from the soda fountain on it and cleaned off my own table because it was so filthy my partner and I didn't want to put our food on it. I think the worst part about all of this is, there were PLENTY of people working who could've tended to the absolutely disgusting condition of the restaurant. I've worked food service in the past (including leadership roles) and I know I would've gotten in serious trouble had the restaurant looked as disgusting as this one did. Instead, the people working were chatting with another employee who had come in on their day off, not caring whatsoever about the filthy condition of the restaurant. And, of course, i understand there can be a rush of business. I understand in some circumstances, restaurants can be understaffed and it can be hard to keep things clean while also tending to customers in a timely fashion. And, in most circumstances I can come up with one excuse to pardon a restaurant not being completely clean. The problem here is, this is one of the most disgusting Chipotles, let alone restaurants, i've ever walked into. And with two other people in line to get food besides me and my partner, and the restaurant being near empty, there's no excuse for this level of carelessness. Then at one point for no reason a staff member taking orders accused us of suggesting they were going to skip us in line. My food was hot which was a positive. The only downfall was that I ordered the more expensive carne asada that they advertise and it was way overcooked. It was so dry, I felt like I was eating jerky. Stopped in with my wife and daughter for a meal on Friday March 15th, 2024 about 7:00 pm. Got the food from the counter and went to sit down and realized the restaurant was filthy. Assorted garbage was thrown on the floor and under the tables. Looked like it hadn't been swept in hours. The table top were uncleaned.
