Absolutely terrible hiring process and some of the worst communication I've experienced. I interviewed at this Chipotle, and the interview went great. The interviewer explicitly told me I had the job and said I would be receiving a text later that day with my onboarding paperwork and W-2 forms. I left under the impression that I was officially hired. After waiting 3-4 days with no text or any communication whatsoever, I called the store myself. I was then told they hadn't hired anyone, which completely contradicted what I had been told during my interview. They gave me the manager's personal phone number and told me to text him directly. I sent him three separate messages over the following days and was ignored every single time. Several days later, I finally received an automated rejection message claiming they had chosen someone whose skills "better aligned with Chipotle." If that was the decision, fine. But don't tell someone they've been hired, promise onboarding paperwork, ignore every attempt to get clarification, and then hide behind an automated rejection message days later. Whether this was incompetence, disorganization, or complete disregard for applicants' time, it's unacceptable. Job seekers deserve honesty and basic communication. This experience was incredibly unprofessional, wasted my time, and completely changed my opinion of this location. This experience completely changed my opinion of Chipotle as a company. After being treated this way throughout the hiring process, I have no interest in supporting a business that shows so little respect for people's time. I won't be applying to or visiting another Chipotle again, and I certainly wouldn't recommend this location to anyone looking for a job. read more

This is the worst chipotle ever. The rice is constantly hard and under cooked. Food is always cold. The proportions are terrible. Service is bad. Drinking fountain constantly out and is crap. This place sucks. read more

I go to Chipotle almost everyday and usually bring a different friend along each time. What we all agree on is the meat is ALWAYS over cooked and the rice seems to be pretty dry as well. I've had a hard time getting my buddies to return because of this repeated offense of charcoaled meat. They'd rather do to the other Chipotle or a different restaurant as a whole. There have been several times where I've ask for a water and they say they are out and tell me I have to pay for a regular drink. That was slightly mind blowing considering that is not my fault. What's up with chipotle in Utah? All 3 locations I've been to in Utah valley give very very small portions. The worker gave me a half scoop of beans and I asked for a little bit more and she told me it would be extra. So disappointing for a new location trying to create a good reputation. Ordered online pick up. Ordered Chips and Guacamole. Picked up my order and got home realizing there was no chips so I get back into my car drive back to chipotle. Worker tells me oh yeah we don't have chips. If you want your money back you can contact Chipotle online. He did not tell me that in the first place when I first stopped by and he probably assumed I just wasn't going to say anything about it? So I drove all the way back for nothing and for him to tell me he couldn't do anything about them being out of chips. Not telling me that until I stopped by the second time. will never be ordering from this location again. we ordered an online order and got home and it was so completely wrong so my husband drove back to get it fixed and they STILL did not but guac on it. and you pay $4 extra for it!!!!
