O boy, Chipotle.... My relationship with this chain restaurant can be best described as a train wreck. Everyone has had a relationship in their life with someone or something in which you know its bad for you. You know that if you continue on this path you will always get hurt. Yet no matter what you do its just always there at the edge of your radar. A bleep that you can't get rid of. This Chipotle is like that. Its loud, its cramped, its uncomfortable, and the food is just A-Ok. But for some reason I keep coming back to it, like a bad rash. This is my Tuesday afternoon stripper, my 5 miles per gallon lemon, and my Coors Light addiction come to light in the form of a Burrito. This is the worlds WORST Chipotle. Always dirty and they are always out of something. Tonight it was white rice AND chips. The cashier turned to the line and asked "anyone know how to make chips" no one responded. It seems the employees here are uninterested in doing anything. The food itself is fine. It's never very hot though. The employee making my food just keep staring at me instead of saying "what type of beans" so I forgot to even get any. Sadly, after going here tonight I don't think I'll be returning to this location any time soon. I have to agree with the other reviews and say that this location has really gone downhill. It used to be just as great as any other chipotle but the longer it's been there, the worse the employees and the customer service have gotten. All of the employees were so rude tonight and it was obvious none of them wanted to be there. Reality check - "faking it" is part of customer service jobs. I walked in with my boyfriend and surprisingly there was no line. We get to the front and the girl gives us a dirty look like she was mad that we came in and somehow it took her more than 2 minutes to even acknowledge that we were there. Again, the store was EMPTY. I'm finally ordering and ask if there is any extra salad dressing in the back. Without thinking twice she says no, instead of at least offering to look. Long story short when I asked another employee to check there was more dressing. They made both of our orders so sloppy and carelessly and $10+ later I'm throwing out more than half. My boyfriend nicely asked if they could double wrap his burrito and she looks at him with disgust and says "it will fit". When it came time to pay they couldn't even remember what he got and how to enter it into the system. Chipotle let me give you some love on Yelp. I probably have spent at least a few hundred dollars on your salad bowls. I love how generous and how much value a bowl can be for your money. It is rare that I give one star reviews (I think this is my first) but holy cow is this place bad. For some reason I've returned twice since my last review and I've continued to have problems each time. A few weeks ago I went and they were completely out of ice and several sodas in the machine. I went back today to use my free chips and guac coupon. The cashier pulled a half empty container of guac out of the bottom drawer and I asked her if she could give me a full one, as I've gotten every other time I've gotten guac at other locations. Her response was "well they all gonna look like that". Really? I know I wasn't paying for it but you don't have to have an attitude, and it takes 2 seconds to fill up another container. I have no idea what is going on at this particular location. I've never had this kind of a consistent problem with any other chipotle, or any other fast food restaurant for that matter. read more

Just had lunch here, I'm a fan! This is the location my friend says is his "favorite Chipotle" and I can see why. They were fast and efficient, and it was nice enough to eat outside on their patio. I have been scrolling through these reviews and I have to say, they are all rather accurate. I work in the area and enjoy Chipotle. It should be a pretty quick and easy lunch that isn't too pricey. The comments about being out of things is 100% true. Today was no exception. The soda fountain wasn't working again. It seems that this is broken about every third time you go there. The station for napkins and utensils is in total disarray and the hot sauces were all empty. The employees could give two shits about customer service and being polite. The cashiers are usually not paying attention, rarely will ever say thank you or any kind of gesture at all. Sadly, I will go back again because it's easy and cheap. Although the attitude from these employees is terrible. I cannot imagine the owner of this place cares at all about it. It is after all the one that had the drug raid a while back from the employees selling. Line was to the door when I arrived(25 people ahead of me) it took almost 35/40 minutes to get my food. Staff there play around way too much and work at a very slow pace. Tables and floor area was very dirty. Lots of spilled soda and pieces of leftover food from previous guests that weren't even cleaned one bit the entire duration of my visit. Food at this location compared to others was way below average. It seemed that the food was a tad overcooked and too much sauce was used. If you're in the mood for chipolte just go to the location in ardmore 10 minutes down the road. read more

Visited this Chipotle branch on a recent trip to see my college son who was craving their food. This spot, just a mile from Campus was very busy on a Saturday afternoon even at 2 p.m. The food was its usually tasty concoction but the place was an absolute mess - almost every table was dirty, there was a lot of debris on the floor and there didn't seem to be anyone working to fix the situation. We sat at a table outside despite the chill and still had to relocate some garbage to find a relatively "clean" spot to sit. DO NOT GO TO THIS CHIPOTLE. This is the worst chipotle experience I have ever had I will not go back to this chipotle and will probably choose to take my business outside of chipotle. I walk in a couple minutes before 9, all of the employees are cleaning everything and have all of the chairs up, mind you they close at 10. I go up to order the employee said "what do you want", I say I'll have a bowl with brown rice, the employee proceeds to say "umm.. we're out". I look st the meats and there is only chicken and everything else is packaged away. My boyfriend and I as well as two other couples left. My friend and I went here earlier today around 3:15 and received the rudest staff service ever. When we first walked in we were ignored when the girl who was NOT wearing her mask properly and bagging chips clearly saw us standing there for a while. When she finally came over she said in a rude tone "online only". My friend and I didn't hear her at first and she repeated herself "my manager just said we are doing only online". So we ordered online for pickup at 3:30pm. She went back to bagging chips as another employee came to bag chips for her so she could make our orders. At this point another gentleman came into the restaurant and she rudely told him the they were only doing online orders at the moment. She started to make Maiya's order and while we were watching she didn't make the order as the slip said and didn't fully close the burrito allowing it to open up in and spill in the to go bag. She made the gentleman's order behind us next and then walked away. The other employee who was in the front asked me if I ordered something as well and proceeded to tell the original employee. She came out to the front with an attitude and started making my bowl. She packed almost to the rim with rice and I asked if she could take a lot out because I requested online for light rice. So she did and continued not following anything on the slip. I could tell she was having a bad day or something was up so I didn't even bother correcting her. She gave me a bag of chips with NO chips and a side of guacamole with guacamole all over the container. If you fold the bag of chips it doesn't make it past the word "Every" on the back of the bag. She put napkins etc. in the bag and then dropped it on the front counter with an attitude and said "Have a nice day" rudely. I come here all the time while I'm at school and I know how the staff is in general but, she has been by far the rudest, please fix her attitude. read more

Nothing ever goes smoothly when I've come here, and it's been over 10 times. Chipotle's assembly line ordering system for their bland food is never pleasant. This is one of the worst because well, you have talking employees, a "let me hurry and make this" approach, even if there is no one else in line, burritos slopped together--guaranteed to come apart when eating it. Moreover, they just don't listen or will have you repeat what said a couple seconds ago. First off, horrible service since none of their employees seemed acknowledge the long line taking place in front of them & told me last minute they were out of guacamole AND Fajita veggies. Unfortunately they already made my bowl without telling me, so I couldn't walk out. Let me mind you, they had 1.5 hours before they close and didn't bother to make a new batch. We just had lunch here and were extremely disappointed. The staff was rude and rationed the food. I don't think they wanted to make more so they gave very little rice and very little meat. The server put a small ration of rice in my bowl, moved over in front of the meat and never asked what kind of meat I would like, she just raised her eyebrows and looked at me like "Well what do you want?" I got a salad dressing that didn't have oil in it so it tasted pretty bad. My husband also had the same rations with his meat. The server gave him very little meat and several bites he had to spit out because they were all fat. We each got a Diet Coke that tasted flat and very syrupy. There wasn't enough carbonation in the drink. There was no Ice Tea to be had so I opted to get a lemonade. That turned out to be water with a pinch of lemon in it. My husband and I will never go there again. If the servers are too lazy to cook enough food for the customers, they are definitely to lazy to clean the soda machine, I'm sure it is filthy! I've eaten at this location multiple times.The servers always look miserable and always have an attitude. The last time I went two servers carried on a conversation and failed to even acknowledge me for a minute or two even though I was the only person in line and waiting patiently. The guacamole was also brown and the servers acted like this was normal and wouldn't be bothered to switch it out. I've never seen it like that at other locations. This past time (during lunch) they were out of veggies. Another customer and I said we would wait for them to cook more. A server went into the back and came back out 2 seconds later and said they were out. I love Chipotle but this is the worst quality I've seen in service and ingredients. read more

Wow this place is disgusting...can't believe people are wasting their money on this garbage. I had brought in my own lunch for the day but my office decided to treat us to Chipotle for lunch so I figured why not... I got a burrito bowl and what I got was a disgusting cold bowl of mushy rice, weird tasting chicken and snotty looking sauce on top. I had a few bites of it (more than what I should have) and threw it in the trash. Usually I handle food like this fine, but now I feel bad stomach cramps and feels like I ingested floor cleaner. Never again...I wouldn't feed this food to my dogs. From the other recent reviews about this location, it sounds like corporate should send an inspector over there unannounced immediately. Awesome! Fast & fantastic. The chicken is my favorite. Hey did you know that MIke Coury looks like Shrek? Anyway, the food is great. Skip the chips are they are usually stale.
