This is by far the worst Chipotle we have ever experienced. Online orders are never on time. If you order online to this Chipotle expect at least 30-45 minutes late for your pick up time. There were times, the bag is ready on the shelves and the staffs are so incompetent, not able to read the name correctly and just make you wait while your food gets cold. Making matters worse, the staffs there are obnoxiously rude regardless if you are ordering in the restaurant or picking up an online order. At this Chipotle you are lucky to get your food order correct. Do yourself a favor, drive a little extra distance to different Chipotles in the area. Single star is not related to the food - the food was totally fine. This is related to their actions during covid. They are not tracking or confirming the number of individuals in the store. There were WAY too many people inside on line. Social distancing while on line is not enforced. People were sitting at all the tables as they were waiting on line, even though the tables had signs they were closed. One staff member, the one who was slicing all the meat in the back and refilling all of the food containers behind the counter used to make the bowls, etc, was not covering his nose with his mask and at one point walked over to the food counter, leaned down to look, and then pulled his mask completely down below his chin to speak to the person preparing the food. Been eating here for years, but moved from the area and had a chance to stop by yesterday. Either I picked the wrong day, or this place has really gone downhill. The credit card processor was inoperable and they were just yelling, "cash only" to every customer. Yet, despite expressing a willingness to pay with cash, the manager proceeded to attempt to fix the register while I waited to pay and my food got cold. Then, I went to the drink bar only to find the iced tea maker empty. When I asked about it I was just told, "No iced tea". Now, I've been to many other Chipotles and they all have iced tea. I wasn't even told if this deficit is temporary or if I can expect water in the future which is my only other option since every other drink they now offer is loaded with sugar. As I moved down the service bar to obtain silverware, the area was unkempt with forks and napkins strewn about. I've had it with this particular chipotle. There isn't a delivery that is without mistake. The latest one is inexcusable. I ordered hard shell taco, which are always corn hard shell. We have gotten online ordering from them many times over. While the food for the most part is pretty good, on occasions there have been some problems. At least 40% of the time, the chicken has been burnt. One time my husband got a burrito with no meat even tho we said double the meat. This location is very, very busy. The line can sometimes be wrapped around the entire perimeter of the restaurant with no tables being open for eating. I wish they had kiosks of some sort, similar to what Panera has, so that you wouldn't have to wait on the massive line. It can also be bothersome when you are sitting at a table and someone is standing on line right next to you, almost hovering over your table. As a result of the crowds, the staff seems to have trouble keeping the tables clean. Most of the time the tables are messy and sticky. One positive of it being busy here is that the food is always fresh. Since they are consistently busy, the food is always being replaced with new batches. If you've had Chipotle before, you know what to expect in regards to their small, but tasty menu. I always get a burrito bowl, which does not have the flour tortilla. Overall, I do recommend Chipotle, for the mere fact that the food is fresh and tasty, but just be warned that you may have to wait awhile before getting your food. read more

I LOVE Chipotle's food - especially the burrito bowls. Lately I have gotten Chipotle delivered to my house at least twice a month. I use the Chipotle app and it is delivered through Door Dash. THREE of the last six deliveries I have received have been the WRONG ORDER. That is HALF the time, they delivered the WRONG items. It is infuriating that their customer service team does not do a better job confirming that the Door Dash drivers are picking up the correct orders. The drivers also are at fault for not specifically ensuring that they have the CORRECT order. It is NOT ENOUGH to confirm just the customer's first name, you have to check LAST NAME or LAST INITIAL also! AND confirm that the contents of the order matches what their app says. I am giving Chipotle of Wayne ONE LAST CHANCE to deliver my order accurately. However, I will say that Chipotle has kindly refunded my order each time, but this could have been avoided if they just took the time to ensure that the order was correct to begin with. And I would also like to compliment the Door Dash driver who took back the last incorrect order to the store and brought me the correct one! He went above and beyond!!!
