Chipotle is pretty decent. like any chain, you know what you are going to get. for this reason, i'm not crazy about it, but at the same time, it hardly ever disappoints. i guess if your looking for a decent quick burrito in the framingham area, this is one of your best options (that i know of). consistently the worst at chipotle I have ever been to. it's on my way home and I work long days so my mistake to keep going back because it's comically awful. I mean bad enough I'm writing a review for it like I don't have better things to do. I place a mobile order so it couldn't be any easier than reading a list of ingredients, but no matter what it's always wrong. always forgetting the guac I pay $2.60 for, they won't double anything even if you request it and it says it on the receipt it's not actually made that way, once they literally just gave me rice, about seven pieces of chicken, salsa and sour cream when I literally asked for... everything else too. You show up and the doors closed or a girl is screaming at people walking in they're not taking anymore orders. Music is insanely bad, and loud.its very obviously run by a bunch of young kids who would rather roll blunts in the driveway than make sure someone doesn't have a shitty meal that they paid for (which I have also seen~) I would say they get it right maybe one out or every eight orders. Whoever management is here needs to get the staff in check. I didn't care for a long time, it's a pandemic, no one gets paid enough to care, but honestly it's not hard to put several ingredients in a bowl the right way.. when no one is even in the store and I literally make it as simple as possible with mobile ordering. I am not overly impressed. Came here today, and the staff was too busy speaking to one another than to take our order, and then had to remake our order, because she wasn't paying attention. The cashier couldn't be bothered to acknowledge our payment was accepted by credit card, and went back to checking the cooler. There were no forks available at the concession area, and since we are dealing with the CORONAVIRUS, placed all the forks in the container without using GLOVES! I'm disgusted by this establishment! This location is a serious liability to Chipotle. I have gone there and every single time I've gone there there is an issue, I'm not even talking issue with the food even though it's trash and they give zero portions, I'm talking about the staff. That is absolutely unacceptable. You should never turn customers away especially when they have driven to your store and are planning on giving you business. Westboro , Mass restaurant review. I went in to order a salad to go for my wife and the girl doing the call in orders totally ignored for 10 minutes not even saying i will be right with you. About 10 people behind me waiting before another girl came to help out. She got the rice ,lettuce ,and meat for me and when i started telling her the rest of my toppings she rudely told me the next girl would do it. I got to the end to pay for it ,asked for dressing for the salad and was told they were out of it ,not even saying sorry about that. Chipotle has become one of my favorite dinner spots in Westborough. The servings are huge and I usually split one Burrito with my friend. Everything is fresh from the tortilla to the fresh made salsa and fresh cut veggies. A couple of observations: * Expect a 5 to 10 minute wait if you go during peak times * Parking lot is a little tight * Bathrooms and restaurant are clean and orderly * The inside seating is not very comfortable and they play the music a bit on the loud side The food gets a 10 in my book and it is well worth the wait. I've been a Chipotle lover for 13 years, so I was happy to see more locations popping up in MA. This particular location is sometimes great but often inconsistent, and it's like the proverbial box of chocolates -- you never know what you're going to get. On the good days, I get a fresh, juicy and flavorful burrito with a decent amount of rice, meat and guac, and a chilled Izze with which to wash it down. On the bad days, I've gotten: - undercooked rice (hard and chalky, infiltrates every bite of the burrito) - briny, over-salted salsa, or salsa that is too heavy on the onions - a spoonful of rice or guac (which, at an extra cost for guac is not okay) - warm drinks from the cooler - poorly rolled burritos that spill their contents once you unwrap them - not what I wanted, as they've been out of key ingredients like cheese, certain meats, beans, guac The staff is generally friendly and they try to have fun with the customers, though sometimes they appear to be a little... tweaked out, for lack of a better term. Then again, the staff turnover seems quite high, so maybe there's something to that. On several occasions I've gotten an earful about how busy, stressed and understaffed they've been all day as they wrap my burrito. The Westborough Chipotle is my family's go- to spot for lunch on Sundays. While we do enjoy burgers and buffalo chicken, we are trying to make healthier choices, and we can do that at Chipotle. There are several chains that fit the description, "like Subway but Mexican food", but Chipotle is our favorite. The food is cooked fresh every day, and everything is always delicious. My twins like the kids' taco meal with guacamole as their protein choice. My older girl likes the quesadilla meal. I love that the kids' meals come with an organic milk box or juice. They are also reasonably priced- just a little over or under $4, depending on what you get. Regular meals are under $7, and they have tacos, burritos, quesadillas, and salads. You can opt for a bowl instead of a tortilla if you are looking to conserve carbs and/or calories. They have steak, chicken, barbacoa, carnitas, and they have recently added sofritas made from tofu. They have also made their pinto beans vegetarian friendly. Toppings include cheese, sour cream, guacamole (additional charge unless getting a vegetarian meal) and four kinds of salsa. The line to order can get long, but it is not difficult to find a table. Their seating choices for parties of 5+ are limited. The parking lot can get crowded, but there are usually plenty of spaces along the side of the building. What really makes the Westborough Chipotle stand out is the friendliness of the staff. They recognize us, and greet us, and they know what we like to order. The restaurant is very clean, and it's a great place to grab a bite to eat. read more
