I have always expected better from Chipotle, but this was by far the worst experience I've ever had. My bowl was barely filled. There wasn't even enough rice to cover the bottom of the bowl, the meat was about a half scoop, and I received what amounted to a teaspoon of sour cream. Also they didn't even chop up the avocado for guacamole. For the price you pay, this is completely unacceptable. I asked to speak with the manager, hoping they would make it right, but I was simply told they were busy and there was nothing they could do. There was no attempt to fix the problem or even apologize. Between the tiny portions and the poor customer service, this was the most disappointing Chipotle visit I've ever had. I think corporate needs to visit this location to correct the issues. read more

This is by far the worst chipotle I've ever been to. First, the workers act as if you're inconveniencing them for ordering. There's never a yes or an acknowledgment - you just say what you want and hope that they reach in the right direction. Despite the fact that people order basically the same thing day in and day out, I frequently have to repeat what I said multiple times before they understand. And you can't say more than two things at once (e.g., steak with rice and black beans) - they won't remember anything besides the first thing you said. Second, as if the communication weren't bad enough, they frequently forget parts of your order. They'll leave out the chips when you order chips and guac. They'll leave out the fruit or juice when you order a kids meal. I have to check the entire bag every time I order to make sure it's right. Finally, the food is mediocre. The guac is frequently brown and watery with giant chunks of avocado that are impossible to eat with a chip. And I have to bite softly so I can notice before I chomp into the avocado stem. Guac aside, everything else is inconsistent - it's never the same as the last time I had it. Sometimes it's too oniony, sometimes there's not enough. No standards. The reviews are horrendous, but the franchisee/corporate clearly have no intention to address the plethora of problems. No wonder it's far less busy here at lunch time than any other Chipotle I've ever been to. Great location, horrible staff and management. I would leave zero stars if I could. read more

Ordered 1 bowl and 2 burritos for the family. One burrito should be half steak half chicken with light rice, what we got is lots of rice, small 2-3 pieces of shredded steak was at the bottom end and no chicken and worst of all the whole thing was very very salty. The second burrito we ordered steak only and a few small piece of salty meat was at the bottom. We don't know about the bowl yet, but surely the steak meat falls into the salt bucket. They open at the latest time at 10:45 compared to the other Chipotle restaurants that open at 10am and they still opened late at 10:57am - 12 mins late - causing me to lose my meal for the day while on my lunch break during my 12 hr work shift. Lots of discrepancies when it comes to in person order vs online one. In online order, I normally don't end up getting the extra protein I pay for. In addition, if I order extra rice, I don't get that in online order. The same bowl weighs around 20-22% less when ordered online as compared to order in person. The taste of food is not consistent in all days as well. In some days, the food tastes really good. In some days, the chicken is burnt out, the rice is half cooked. There are some cashiers who are extremely rude and they don't seem to care. Once, I got a recommendation that I shouldn't be ordering online if I find issues in that process. read more

I've started going to this location a few weeks ago, I was very happy with everything. The food is good. Except that last Tuesday, May 20 I went there after my workout to get my regular order and it surprisingly came out to $26. I always get the same salad bowl with double chicken and double meat, and one side of sour cream to reach my protein goal. Th this time I felt a big difference in how much they were charging me., and I questioned the girl that was making my order if it was right, because I usually don't pay that much. On top of making me wait in line for five minutes before she could take my order,she also seemed a little annoyed and said "that's the price for your double meat" , I didn't wanna cause an argument, it was 30min for closing time, so I just paid and left, she did not give me a receipt. I do not mind paying for double meat, and I always tip. But after getting home, I did a simulation on DoorDash and my order came out to $16 compared to the $26 they charged me in the store after I questioned them if the price was correct. I am a regular customer of chipotle but I won't be coming back to this location. The first time I came to this place I was very disappointed by pretty much how everything went. It was my first time eating at a Chipotle so I had no idea what to expect but after eating here my expectations were set low. That was about 3-4 months ago, and since then I have been to other Chipotle locations, and to be honest, this is the worst one so far. I decided to give this place another chance today... The first time I came was around lunch, so I get it, rush hours, hungry customers and impatient employees. However, today it was not busy. As I walked in I was slapped in the face by the unpleasant smell of the trash cans, there were like 3 of them by the condiments and they were all full. I spotted 3 employees, one making the orders, one on register and another one just being an npc on the side. The girl that made my food did not seem happy to be there, and to be honest I wouldn't either. She seemed tired and probably new?! I ordered a burrito and she just piled the food making it look like a mountain, then guess what? As you'd expect she struggled to wrap the burrito. She went on and grabbed another wrap and I really hope i'm wrong, but it seemed like she was gonna use that second wrap to complete the huge gap she left on the burrito from not being able to close it, but as she attempted, the first wrap tore and so she just dumped the food from there into the new wrap and moved on with it. ... Accidents happen, I really try to be understanding, I've worked at fast food places so I know how it is, it's exhausting.. But man it just sucks to see your food being handled like that, not even a smile or an apology to make up for it. Just doesn't feel right. She spilled food my food all over her station and I bet if i wasn't looking she would've put it back into my burrito. Where to start ... Okay, living in LA for part of the year, I know that Chipotle isn't close to real authentic Mexican. But compared to most fast food places, the ingredients are fresh and things (usually) taste good. I do not know if Chipotle franchises restaurants but this location is SO much worse than any other I've been to. First of all ... they always close up and lock the doors early. The bane of any business travele's existence is racing out of a night meeting and making it to the places you know close late and finding the doors locked and chairs up 20 minutes before closing time. The staff here wants to get the fuck out of dodge pronto tonto because they start their cleaning routine at around 9 p.m. which means mopping buckets of chemical bleach smelling water all over the floors an hour before closing while customers still tuck into their burritos. Gross! If you've been in here at 8 pm before their early closing clean, you'll notice it looks like a tornado passed through it. It's disgusting, unsanitary and filthy looking ... almost like the only time they stop to clean is at night. No routine cleaning during the day, just a clean at the end of the night. Gross! They also don't seem to have anything ready and frequently run out of stuff. At 8:30 p.m. I was told there was no more white rice, only brown. What the what? You are motherfucking Chipotle!! That's like THE number one item you need to make your food and you constantly run out an hour or more before closing?? Tonight at 8 p.m. they were out of guacamole, carnitas, very few black beans were remaining and no mild salsa. Come on ... you are telling me one of the largest Mexican fast food restaurants in the world can't stock enough items? The staff here is not warm and welcoming and seem to be watching the clock until they can leave. Why work there then?? This place needs a deep cleaning, a complete staff retraining and just a general overhaul. I have been to many different Chipotles and have never experienced ANYTHING like this. The spot deserves higher ratings! The workers are friendly and they provide good customer service considering lunch hours are busy with lots of mobile orders. Been here many times and can say they're generous with portion and the food is consistently fresh. PS. We got a variety of burritos, bowls, chips, and guacamole. No one was happy. We haven't had Chipotle in a while but we were always fans. Today was really disappointing. People who ordered "extra" on items didn't get extra. I ordered black beans in my bowl, I had to search for them. Beans are pretty cheap so I don't understand why they were so stingy. The chips were stale and the guacamole was flavorless. All in all, not good. Maybe it's just this location. Maybe it's because we ordered online and picked it up. This is my most frequented Chipotle. Staff here is friendly enough, and because you can watch them make your order, never really an issue to get exactly what you ordered. Given the chain nature of Chiptole, I don't really know if anything they can do between one location or another can really wow me. I think I would be more expecting a horrible experience to give anything less than this style of review. If you never have been to a Chipotle, they make burritos (or burrito bowls). I prefer the later as you can fill up on veggies, salsa, corn, lettuce, and what not and really get two meals for the price of one. The one thing I hate about all locations is the outrageous price to add guac. Seriously, $2 more? No thanks, I'll just take more free vegetables. read more

I was contemplating not writing this review, as I was not the one who paid for the food, but I've never had such a terrible experience ordering from Chipotle. Out of the 9 orders we placed for our lunch yesterday, many had mistakes (no corn or salsa when I asked for both), two were missing completely, and all the guac was dark brown, not even a little green. I don't think I've ever complained about any chain, let alone Chipotle, which I love, but how terribly our meal was executed was just out of this world. We had to share our lunches for everyone to have something to eat. We would have called and complained, but were short on time and did not want anyone to have to go pick up the orders again. Also, just in general, I do not understand why Chipotle stopped taking phone orders. It is really annoying to have to enter in the orders one by one online, and although a Chipotle employee once told me we could pay in cash when picking up the order, there is no such option. This makes it so that if we are having a company lunch or a representative is paying for lunch, we have to ask for their credit card information or make them enter in all the orders. I made an online order for 2 burritos for a 5:00pm pickup. My order went through successfully, and when I arrived at 5:05pm, my order was not on the shelf. Even though there were approximately 8 employees behind the counter with no rush of customers, I was ignored. One person reluctantly told me that the order didn't go through. I showed her my confirmation number and everything, and I was told "check your account" and "you can return it online". Instead of being helped to complete my order so I could just pay for it anyways and still get the burritos, I was basically told to kick rocks and figure it out myself. I would be completely understanding if there was a rush of customers, but it was practically empty and I was this disrespected. Here's another spot that I use as a yardstick, but have never actually reviewed. There's a reason I compare most burrito joints to Chipotle. It's close to ubiquitous and if its the worst option you have for a burrito, you're doing ok. While maybe a bit pricier than their competitors and certainly more so than most fast food chains, an indulgent meal here won't ruin you for the day since it's more than just grease. I don't get the hate for Chipotle, the food seems reasonably fresh and while not the most flavorful, its not exactly bland. While it's a little annoying that a burrito with guac rings up at over $10, you're getting a solid pound of food. read more

I've given this location so many chances only to show up and receive a rice bowl with a cup of water in it or not having guacamole more than 10 times. The review with 5 stars is completely fake.
