The service is slow and almost half of the food is always never there. I watched as they over stuffed my burrito in a torn tortilla and decided it was good enough. there isn't enough chairs in the restaurant and i had to pull chairs from other tables. overall terrible experience read more

Genuinely think at this rate they should just be realistic and shut down. Everytime you come in the don't have meat, CHEESE, SOUR CREAM, lettuce or chicken. Other times you come in and it's online only. They also don't take cash. Everytime it's a struggle for this location. This specific location also has a "outage" and certain things smh! read more

Watched in horror as he failed to wrap the burrito correctly the first time, proceeded to throw almost half of the toppings I paid for in the garbage. He then failed again, threw away more toppings AGAIN. I then received the third attempt, which was half the size of where I started, for the same price. Lol. Avoid read more

Every time I order online my order is wrong...I don't get it, it's printed clearly when sent in...

This chipotle is the closest by my house but there's always something wrong with it. One time I went with my brother and the employees were arguing about serving sizes. I'm going to assume the employee was high because he was seriously free styling the portions. The last time I went I placed a mobile order and received no vinaigrette which was the highlight of my SALAD! Overall I won't keep going until something changes. read more

Ordered from them recently. ONCE AGAIN, salad doesn't come with dressing. My other meal was missing guacamole yet clearly stated to have it. I call them up. Manager said it's not his problem there isn't dressing because they ran out so it's on my for ordering it online(?????). Very rude and unprofessional. My meal was small and missing items. Not coming back. read more

Worst chipotle ever every time I come in it's something I tried to use the pick up delivery and they always get my order wrong every time I come in whether it's busy or crowded they I never fully stocked it seems that the employees are more interested about talking than actually working. And it doesn't matter what time of day I've come I've come when it first opens when it's about to close it's horrible service. Literally was in line for a half hour just waiting to be served I think that it's about time I go to the 109AR in Scarsdale it's a parent the one in White Plains just does not want my money read more

I should know better than to order delivery because it is a consistent disappointment. $40 for a partial order and no one willing to fulfill it or fix it. This place literally stole my money and I demand a refund. read more

Amazing food and service the person who made the food was really nice and put just the right touch of salsa in my burrito

terrible service, workers have a terrible attitude including the managers, they are very unsanitary, rice is clumpy, music is very loud. one of the worst chipotles I've ever been to. read more

I have to give some awesome kudos to Adrianna the manager on this visit. She was absolutely amazing and really changed the way I felt about eating out. First of all, I'm vegan and I'm really frightened about clearly unmarked food when I eat out. I've frequented many Chipotles in the past before making the full transition to vegan and other restaurants weren't nearly as reassuring about what was in the food. Adrianna changed all of that in one evening. She was sweet and supplied me with a handy card that shows exactly what is vegan-friendly on the menu. She really couldn't have made me any happier that day. Because I was so nervous and inquisitive about the food, she even comped the meal. These guys really won me over and I'll be a loyal customer from now on. I'm so grateful to these guys for having the patience and putting the effort into me. I love this place to pieces and the food is absolutely delish! read more

I saw the reviews after I ordered. Was a littler nervous I was going to get something that I was just not expecting, or just something wrong. Turns out I ordered through the app within 6 minutes food was already prepared and packed. Stations clean, stuff put in it's place. A little stingier in terms of portions compared to my home location but nothing out of the ordinary. Overall it was fine. read more

First time at this place, and it will be my last time. Although I know since the Covid-19 has been difficult time because the amount of orders is understandable. As I stood there and watch the guy not constantly changing his gloves, was very irritating especially seeing him pour salsa and queso in the cup knowing he had accidentally spilled it all over his gloves. Instead of changing his gloves he grabs bowls and tortilla to start the next orders. The second issue I had was how the rice tasted undercooked, and the queso tasted kind of off. I didn't mind the wait because I knew there was a lot of orders they had. But if someone going to handle the food line, they should be aware that people can be allergic to certain things, and by him touching everything without practicing safe precaution is a issue. read more

I sent an order in through the app on my phone when I picked up the salad I got to my car there was no fork in it I went back inside the cashier said were completely out of forks and then went back to my car to look at the salad they had not put the guacamole on they had not put the vegetables on it was a complete waste of time. Obviously this chipotle is not managed correctly and should be avoided. read more

seriously though i commented years ago when the place first opened up about sanitary hygiene etc. Walked in there yesterday and was absolutely disgusted. They will literally touch cleaning supplies and then touch food. GLOVES SHOULD BE CHANGED EACH AND EVERY TIME !! some no masks, some just half the mask hanging off their face and some no gloves, chipotle management needs to get it together. The girl who prepared my food last night was the only good one and she was doing everything by herself. She was asking for help to no avail. Hat's off to you young lady. (dont remember the name but check video on this date 6/11/20 around 9pm - she was literally making the burritos and checking people out while everyone else was lollygagging) read more

Short and sweet. They never get pickup orders right. They seem to make things by their own recipe (not good). And why do they never have chips for their guacamole? read more

Never have I received an order so wrong in my life. I added various toppings but when I got back to work, and opened the container all I was given was rice, chicken, sour cream, and beans that I didn't order. No Salsa, no lettuce, no queso, no fajitas, nothing. I also received a side of guacamole that I didn't order and no chips which I did order. Mind you my full order is printed on the top of the container since I ordered on the app. On top of everything, the woman in the front was cursing at the other employees. Do yourself a favor, use some extra gas and go to another location. read more

This Chipotle was pretty good when it first opened but now it's absolutely awful. The workers make it very clear that they rather speak to each other than to you. The chicken never has seasoning for some reason. The food has gotten increasingly bland. But the most unforgivable thing about this location is how dirty it is. There is food all over the floor and the tables are never clean, the surface that they slide your food on is always full of food that the careless workers spilled. And the workers have stains all over their clothes and hats. The last two times I went to this location, I walked out without ordering because i was so disgusted. Never again. ...I'm no stranger to the conditions in fast food restaurants but trust me, this is especially bad. read more

service is incredibly slow, employees are very rude, and that man doing pick up orders step ya game up fam

I don't do Chipotle often but when I do Guac is definitely a must!! This location had no guac & no lettuce and the staff was lack lustre... won't be returning to this particular location. read more

There's no mistake when it comes to Chipotle, but this location by far exceeds most expectations when dining at one. The line here moves much faster than any other restaurant, and the people working are always diligent and courteous. Being that most chipotles know people will flock to them regardless, the one here at Tarrytown road treats itself as an independent experience, making sure that every is treated right. There's no other chipotle I'd go to - make your decision easy and drive here. read more

This is the 3rd time that I've had this experience. Ordered a bowl and when it was time to add peppers there were only a couple pieces left. Employee yells to the grill crew that more is needed. But instead of adding more to my order when more is brought over, she completes my order and I walk out with 2 slivers of peppers. More concerned with helping the next customer rather that satisfying a regular customer. Very dissapointed..... read more

i have eaten here a few times, and each visit has gradually gotten worse. the restaurant was dirty, I was greeted with an attitude, the food was horrible. my rice was hard and dry, chicken was over cooked. My overal experience was disappointing. They should not be allowed to be associated with the food chain. read more

If i could give it no stars i would. I ordered off of Uber eats and when I got my food there was more white queso than anything else barely any rice my steak was all fat I couldn't even eat it it was unappetizing just looking at it read more

This chipotle was great. It was my first time trying and I ordered a bowl of the things I liked. It was tasty and the staff was friendly and helpful! read more

I come to this place all the time and usually the service is great. However this time that I came I ordered a bowl with cauliflower rice. There was barely any left in the tin but the man who was serving me scraped the bottom of what was left .... it was less than a spoonful. He then stated to his coworkers that they were out so I figured he was going to give me more. So I said I would wait for him to get more but he then stated that what he gave me was the "serving". It was ridiculous and he was rude. I also think it's ridiculous that you pay an extra $2 for cauliflower rice when the "serving" is only a spoonful. Stingy. read more

Walked in and stood online for 3 minutes with no other customers and was ignored by 5 employees (no exaggeration FIVE employees) refilling ingredients and standing around doing nothing. No greeting, no acknowledgement whatsoever. Worst customer service. Walked out unfed and unsatisfied. This is the second time I've experienced this in the same shopping center. I'll never come here again. read more

This was my first visit to this particular Chipotle (Greenburgh) because I was at appointments in the area. I bought 2 take-out bowls, one with chicken and the other w sofritas. We both found our meals very very very salty! Wonder if the rice or another major ingredient in our respective "bowls" had been subjected to the top falling off the salt container, resulting in an accidental dump?? In any case, neither of us could consume our meal, so $24 went into the garbage receptacle. What a waste of two dinners! read more

I went into Chipotle with my son to purchase his dinner. The line moved fast and the customer service was fine. I just couldn't get past how dirty the dining area was tonight. Straws, utensils, food and food on floor. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned since lunch. Gross! Now 6 pm. read more

Horrible service. Absolutely ridiculous. Waited over 10 minutes with only two people in front of me in line. The workers have no direction. They do anything but serve the customers. The line ended up wrapping around the entire restaurant and the workers all still continued doing anything but attend to the clients. When it was finally my turn, they made two to-go orders in the middle of my ordering. Worst experience. read more

Always a good experience here! Fast and friendly service. The restaurant is clean. The food always tastes fresh. I feel like the portions are more generous than other Chipotle's I've been to. read more

I have eaten at this chain many times in many locations. All Chipotles are NOT created equal. This one has been horrible both times I have eaten there. This is a shame, because it is very close to home. The first thing that struck my wife and I as we entered on our first visit was the spartan appearance and utter lack of decor. The lights were in overdrive. The tables and chairs are like those that you would find in an office break room- where they don't want you sitting around for more than 10 minutes. The first server was borderline rude when I tried to get my "Usual". I start with rice and ask for a layer of lettuce over the rice. He curtly said, "I can't do that here. You need to get lettuce at the end of the line", even though he had a full bowl at arm's reach. I gave him a pass, as the place was only a few days old. The grilled vegetables were shriveled and dry. The guacamole was black. There isn't a single place to sit and enjoy your meal and have any meaningful conversation. Every table is uncomfortably close to the next. The manager did come by our table and asked if everything was OK. I let her know about the guacamole, but am remiss for not telling her that the server was rude. She said she would take care of it right away and dashed off to the counter. Last night was our second visit. The guacamole was green. The hot food was only warm and the cold food was so cold that the only thing that made the meal warm at all was the queso, which I tried for the first time and actually liked. My wife complained about the temperature of the food too. The steak had a stale, off-putting aftertaste. Bottom line, both my wife and I ended up with upset stomachs later that night. We aren't exactly sure what the culprit was. I had 1/2 steak and 1/2 shredded beef with pinto beans. She had chicken with black beans. we both had pico, guacamole and lettuce. I think that the meat was not kept at the proper temperature. After we left, my wife said that she is never going back there, and I wholeheartedly concurred. If you are in that area for lunch, the Bagel Oven next door has an AWESOME buffet and great sandwiches. Do yourself a favor and eat there instead! read more

its been a while since i had some chipotle and for good reason , food poisoning which was bad for business and bad for us the customers but it seems chip has fixed the problem and now i am inside chipotle in white plains. glad we can eat in and no wait on line and plenty of tables available means i can order a burritto bowl with chicken, tacos , quesadillas , etc , but i will stick with my stuffed chicken burrito with the works minus the white sauce and order of chips with salsa and that white sauce that i cant say properly . the burrito was really good as the amount of chicken was more then average and tasty . i can finally tolerate the assembly line ordering set up as no one else was on line and i didnt have the feeling of being rushed but i still think its better to order online so you can bypass pointing to all the toppings you want to the person behind the counter. overall chipotle gets 4 stars for making a strong comeback and food is worth the visit. read more

Before I start I NEVER WRITE REVIEWS NEVER but I went to the Chipotle at 405 TARRYTOWN RD, WHITE PLAINS, NY 10607 today in which I frequent at least 3 times a week. The food and service is usually great. So, I order 3 chicken quesadillas, my brothers quesadillas he requested a little bit of rice it was literally a quarter of a spoonful. The gentlemen who we later learned was the manager, advised us that we would be charged for a burrito due to the quarter spoonful of rice. My brother stated, "oh no I did not know that it's such a small amount of rice," the manager insisted in charging us "me" because it was my treat, for a burrito. My brother then said, "then I do not want it." What happened next really blow my mind, the manager throw out the quesadilla. I told him as a manager that wasn't the right decision, he could have just given us the quesadilla with the little bit of rice for the price of the quesadilla. I am a frequent buyer along with my brother, we live in the area and LOVE Chipotle. That little bit of rice would not break or make the company and it keeps us the customers happy. It could have been a first and last time courtesy, we understand that store policy is policy but come on what happened to customer service. Anyways and with all the amount of people that go hungry he throw away a perfectly good chicken "with a little bit of rice"quesadilla away. I was very disappointed I still can't believe he throw away good food. read more
