Not my first visit to a Chipotle but maybe my last to this one. On my way home and this one was the closest on the way home. Several people on the line in front of us but the line moves along at a decent clip. Get to the front of the line and we're told there is no white rice. Uh, really? Well my daughter is not going to be happy but I change hers to brown rice. I was planning on getting brown all along so no biggie here. I'm not an avid fast food person but sometimes you just really crave a Chipotle quesadilla. This location is conveniently located on my way home from work. The shopping center is a great way to get your steps in if you have spare time before your order is ready. (Home Goods, anyone)? They don't skimp on the meat portions here! I'm surprised at all the negative reviews, this was one of the best Chipotles that I've been to! The woman who made my bowl (didn't catch her name but it was 11:35am on 9/14) actually made my bowl perfectly. She didn't skimp out on any of the toppings. This is the only Chipotle I'd come back to! I did not have a good experience with this chipotle. First, they said that they had no chips, but I could clearly see a shelf filled with bags of chips behind them. Also, the soda machine was broken, and they only offered chocolate milk, milk, and apple juice, and I am a lactose intolerant so I can't drink milk, so I asked for a water, and they said I had to pay for it. If you are practicing social distancing and wearing a mask, this place is not for you! There are way too many people working in the kitchen which is open to the public. There is no social distancing going on there! The woman, who makes your food, has her mask below her nose. There were several kitchen workers with their masks under their nose also. Employees meet in clusters by the register to talk. They really need to get their act together. I'm not saying they're not working hard, because they are... but, they need to work harder with health and safety protocols for Covid! App seems to be having communication problems, I waited 20 min after ! I placed my order ONLINE and had to wait in store and was on my break for them to tell me in the system it's showing I ordered a burrito and they don't have tortillas. I ordered a burrito BOWL! I see the reviews on this location but I've only had a problem when doing delivery. I've never had an in person issue. Food is always fresh, food and service is fast and sufficient. The salad bowl always hits the stop! Guacamole was amazing tasting this particular day. I am glad I was running late for work and couldn't meal prep, this lunch was a great choice. read more

Grabbed some chipotle for an early dinner and wasn't planning to review it but it was so bad I needed you all to know! I had a bogo in the app because I hadn't used it in a while and they have the new Al pastor chicken. I figured why not give it a try. I ordered through the app and pickup was smooth and ready on time. When we got it home everything was cold. Not only was it cold it just seemed old. We had clumps of rice that weren't breaking apart as if it wasn't fresh at all. My black beans were hard for some reason? The Al pastor chicken was a good flavor. I don't know if it was because it was between lunch and dinner and everything was just sitting out for a long time, but I'm super dissatisfied with this location and probably won't come back. Everyone knows and loves Chipotle but I am always a bit underwhelmed by this location. They are a bit stingy with the portion sizes. And I'm not sure if it is poor chopping of some herbs in the rice or the fajita veggies, but at least twice I have felt hard bits in my burrito bowls that are difficult to chew. Seems like one ingredient or another is just not properly cooked. That being said, I appreciate that Chipotle aims for freshness and consistency. If you skip the toppings like sour cream, cheese, and corn you can make a decently healthy meal here, although adding those things is delicious too. I also love their queso. It's always perfectly creamy and cheesy. Even the fanciest Mexican restaurants don't compare. And the salt and lime on their tortilla chips makes for a very satisfying, citrusy bite. This restaurant is located in a big shopping center so there is plenty of parking. It often has a line but it moves quickly. read more

I'm not a diehard Chipotle fan- and never was but if I'm a time pinch or I have a lazy evening, this place is ok. This Chipotle is about a year old and styled with lots of greys, industrial metals, hanging lights, and wooden chairs. Both times we've ordered online- have been somewhat quick-and-go pickups. Has the standard assembly line to choose which bases and toppings you'd like to add to your bowl. You'd think this location is fast and convenient and should really take up to 10 minutes between walking in the door and getting your food- but it's been a mess both times we've ordered online. By the time I tried to pick up my last order, the thing wasn't even prepared- let alone bagged- and the two folks working the counter, seemed frazzled. Her excused? "The person before me dropped the receipt on the floor and forgot". What??? Hold up though... I get this particular Chipotle has become a hot spot and food quality is good and convenient. But I'm not ready to throw in the towel just yet- because in all seriousness, hubby has enjoyed his loaded Bowls. And my Vegetarian ones- have been quite fresh and good. I don't go bonkers for Chipotle- but it works. Just wish they managed the lines better. 3+1/2 to finish. read more

Im usually quite satisfied with my Chipotle experience from this location, but somebody was mad today. I order online through a third party app, but i chose pick up just to bypass those exuberant fees and the drive is only a couple of minutes. I picked up my order of tacos and when i got back to work and opened the bag everything was in disarray. I understand the usual loose preparation and packaging of tacos and there being some items not in the taco, but this was far to gone. Also every single taco was broken. Compared to other Chipotle locations, this gets 1 Star. It's wildly inconsistent, often a mess inside, frequently unavailable for online orders (or just randomly closed) and staffed by a few people that don't mind being there and many that would rather you not visit them. More on the inconsistency of the food. Everything from quantity to quality is a roll of the dice. Chips might be fresh, they might be stale. Beans might be cooked well, they might be crunchy. You might get a full bowl, you might get one that appears to have been filled with a teaspoon. My last one was maybe a third of a "normal" Chipotle bowl. Lastly, Chipotle now encourages tipping the staff for pickup orders. I would definitely avoid this place if you, like me, feel tipping on pickup is a bridge too far. I have no doubt your order will suffer. I'll be going to the Dobbs Ferry location in the future. read more

What a terrible Chipotle. When it actually bothers to open, it often requires you to order on phone even if you are at the counter with staff there. I went today 7 staff, 1 person ahead of me and it took at least 10 mins to order. The food did not taste right. Something odd with the chicken. The place is disgustingly dirty. Dirty tables, windows by the doors, trash is all open. And it just encourages customers to leave their trash on the tables. Floors dirty. Drinks station covered in drink. Napkins in the straws. I saw one staff member take 10 minutes to wash her hands and put on gloves Clearly the staff don't want to be there. Well neither do the customers. Time to shut this place and put in something else. Around 5:45, I order online to get chicken burritos bowl and my mother got steak burritos bowl. The service was really quick and I see notifications on my phone said your food is ready at 6:20 which means it's perfect time before bowling. So the chipotle's have 4.5 stars which is good and when I enter and I saw people have no complaints and people seems that they have no issues with food like poisoning or expired food was nothing. People love that food. And I looked online said nothing wrong with food. The big issue that I saw online that they have problems with managers and staff about not doing their job. Extremely disappointed with my meal today. Ordered my meal and noticed the young lady scraping the white rice from the bottom of the pan. I said that sounds hard, is that the bottom?! No reply. So I continue to add the rest of the ingredients. Paid for my daughter and my food then left. Something told me to try my food just in case. Sure enough the rice was uncooked. Went back into the store. Spoke to the cashier and she kindly let me know that they would fix a new bowl. I returned to wait on line. Then the same cashier came to give me a sample of the rice. The initial few bites were fine. She then made my bowl. Got home and I began to eat my bowl. Again the rice was uncooked. There were some parts that were uncooked but still hard. Smdh. Absolutely fucking horrible experience, I go to pick up my fucking order half the items are missing. Everybody on the line has an attitude or absolutely just not in the right headspace. They're all miserable and it's honestly aggravating coming to a place like this where they can't treat their customers right. I feel like I'm walking on eggshells while ordering. My friend spit out all her chicken because it was either overcooked or all fat. The steak also tasted like shit. It's just disappointing and honestly I expect more after everything everybody has been saying about all chipotles. I can't give them my money anymore. Terrible service. The ones that actually do their job (very few) stand out a lot in this place. Most of the employees don't care about you or your food, only to take their money earned and I'm sure act like an upstanding citizen after work. One night, I go to order some food at 8:30pm, and I get looked at like I have two heads and am told "you have to order online." Another night, I go in to pick up my food after ordering online (as told), and the young woman behind the counter looks at me, and I go, "Hi, picking up." Highly disappointed. Have eaten at many other locations and always has been excellent. This was just AWFUL. I ordered about an hour before I requested pickup and I believe the food was made then and left to sit. When I arrived 5 mins early, my order was cold. I would have written this three minutes ago but had to race to the bathroom after making the mistake of eating at your store at 405 Tarrytown Road in White Plains, NY. No one should ever experience what I saw in that shop, which is supposedly managed by someone named Jonathan Ortega. I called the phone number after taking his card but got a recording. I left one too, outlining what happened there today, at around 12:30. I should have looked at the overflowing garbage can BEFORE I ordered and then sat at an uncleaned table, where the floor was covered in soiled napkins. I ordered a bowl, with white rice and barbacoa, salsa and guacamole. It came to $13 and change. I also ordered a large soda. The top was put on so tightly than when I finally was able to remove it the guacamole sort of fell out but I placed it back. Let's talk about the food. The barbacoa was at best lukewarm, and I'm being kind. The rice was warmer. The toppings, including cheese,  were ungenerous in size and lacking in any flavor.  I was completely turned off by the food but that doesn't come close to what I saw when I bussed my table to drop it into the three-slot garbage can. Two of them were filled past overflow so I dumped my gross leftovers into the open maw of half-filled garbage. It smelled just awful. I haven't been to a Chipolte in a few years. The least one should expect is a restaurant to be clean and well-run. This one is a pigsty. I know it's only been opened a short period of time but I hope reviews like mine force it to close and leave your company with more egg on your collective face. read more

I consider myself a chipotle expert... when I worked in the city, I did chipotle for lunch every day for 7yrs. I've gone to many different branches in the city and the vibe can be very different from one to the next. I ultimately settled on one branch because I was always greeted with a smile and got more of this or that without any accusing looks. I stuck with this branch despite the longer walk from various offices I worked from. I now work locally and despite the 15 min drive, I decided to give this branch a shot cuz I missed the food so much. Well... this place didn't disappoint. I love the crew. They work hard, fix my order exactly as I ask - lots of cheese, fajita and side of corn - and do it all with a smile. I love this branch and you will too if you become a regular everyday patron like me. On any given day someone can be off... give these guys a break man. They work hard. How do I know? I came 2 times. The first time I came around 1pm-2pm and they did not have chicken, white rice, guac. I was disappointed, then left. I came again and on all platforms it states closes at 10pm.
