Really terrible customer service! I ordered for a delivery through the Chipotle website itself, not a third-party delivery service. I received an email confirmation of my order that included a confirmation number. When my delivery driver went to pick up my order, he told me they had no record of my order in the system. I spoke to the manager of this Chipotle and she told me to text my delivery driver confirmation of my order, and the order itself so they could go ahead and prepare it. I did so. Ten minutes later, my order was canceled with no prior notification. On April 17 I tried to place an order but "the system could not process order".. therefore I changed the location and was able to place an order for pickup. A few days later, check my bank account and Chipotle charged me twice! For two different amounts! The one i paid for and one that "the system could process". I came here after my afternoon workout to get the chicken burrito bowl and the smells of the meats on the grill jus made me want to place two orders one for now and another for later lol. I've been a customer at Chipotle for years and regularly come to this location while I'm the neighborhood. I've received decent service time to time but lately it has not been a great experience. Today you literally had a guest crying because she was stating she paid for her order and your employees were extremely rude to her and they were even yelling at each other across the room. The guest may have been in the wrong but your employees did not make it any better. In addition all of the other employees were so into the scene that they were not serving the rest of the guest but instead enfolding themselves in the drama. Cherry on top, the cleanliness of the location is definitely below grade. I'm sure if the DOH went in and this location was in NYC you would get shit down. This location is forever packed. They move pretty quickly, even if you find yourself miles away from the counter, at the end of the line, usually outside the door. The staff is very efficient and clean and because they are so busy ALL OF THE TIME, you can rest assured that the turnaround time for the food is short and that means it is at its freshest. The best thing I can suggest is to sign up with Chipotle online and set up an account. You can order your food, opt to pay online or in store and pick up your order at your convenience. So, if you're window shopping, you can order you grub and when you're ready to leave the mall, just pick up your order at the time you specified. They still make it fresh and our orders have always been correct, for the most part, and you don't have to wait on that long ass line. You go straight to the cashier at the counter, tell them your name, pay and leave. My husband, son and I pretty much get the same items, each and the online account saves your information, previous orders and name of the people they orders belong to so when we get our food, each of our orders have our names on the container so we don't have to worry about who gets what. We always order the Burrito Bowls and I love to get Sofritas/Steak mix (double meat), Brown Cilantro Rice, Fresh Tomato Salsa, Corn Salsa, Lettuce, Black Beans, Cheese and Red Sauce. Because the portions are so big, I usually get my sour cream and guac on the side so that I can eat half and save the rest. Also, grab a couple to-go containers and fill them up with the Chipotle tobasco sauce; it's smokey and peppery....nice on the bowl.
