Ordered in the drive thru and asked for extra hot picante packets which were added to my order on screen. GOT NO SAUCE so now I have to get it at another mcdonald's. Then I got my water from the window and it tasted weird so I asked for a new one. He makes it, then says "pay for it." Dude, it is tap water and it was probably gonna taste the same so we just "can we just get a water bottle please?" the service was horrible. No salt on the fries. 11:00am shift on Jan 11. Employees are well informed and very courteous. They are very friendly q and always work hard to get the food out quickly.

One of the worst I have ever been to. They literally try cheating you with every meal if you don't check the bag before leave. Whether it's chicken strips, nuggets, cookies, whatever they always cheat you. Just not I orders 6 piece strips and three chocolate chip cookies and they gave me 4 strips and 2 cookies. I told them to refund my money and throw the food in the garbage. They are either doing it on purpose or they are just stupid. read more

First visit during road trip. Very small. Only 5 counter seats and one 2 person table. Two kiosks to order. Speedy service and friendly staff. Clean bathroom. Chicken nuggets was little dry. Ice tea was not concentrated enough. Fish sandwich and fries ok. read more

This McDonald's has reopened after a long renovation period. It's the only Mickey D's in this area of Tuckahoe Road. It look much better from the outside although I haven't been inside yet. sometimes you just need a mcd's cheeseburger and this location delivers. very fast - when the line is building up they'll come out to take your order with a ipad. speed and consistency, what more could you ask for? I don't usually write reviews for fast food joints, but come on this McDonald's should not have 1 star. First off it's a McDonald's and people need to understand this fact. I checked in here while I was getting breakfast. And saw one of the reviews regarding getting drunk and ordering happy meals in the middle of the night. There was a complaint about the toys being the same. It's pretty normal, they give out the toys on a schedule, so all the happy meals get the same toy for a week or 2 and they change to the next one. So if you actually want to collect the toys, they entice you to come back for another happy meal in a week or 2 so you can have a different toy. Anyways, this is a really small Mcdonald's, probably 6 tables and 2 registers. They take the orders quickly and you get your order pretty quickly as expected. What was interesting was the long drive through line, which literally went into the road. Someone should probably look into it. The food was standard McDonald's food. That is all, so on a McDonald's scale you get a 5 cause you fulfill everything that is expected. read more

STAY AWAY CROOKS Over charged me $2.00 and requested receipt cashier threw it away so demanded a receipt so she reprinted it. After showing it to her she lied sandwich cost more, so asked her to reenter in computer and it showed $2.00 overcharge. For a fast food place I have to say that the service was great and fast. The place was packed on a Saturday night and the drive inn was very long so I went inside to place my order. To my suprise I was in and out in less than 5 minutes. I do have to say the reason the drive inn took awhile because I overheard a few people can't make up there mind on what the want or the kids with them don't know what they want. read more

Absolutely absurd. I ordered a BTS meal from this place, which is an exclusive meal you can get all the way through June 20th 2021. In the meal, they are supposed to give you 10 Chicken McNuggets, medium fries, a medium Coke and Sweet Chili and Cajun dipping sauces. What they gave me? They gave me a regular meal. Just chicken McNuggets, fries, and a coke. I specifically asked for the BTS meal but happen to end up with a meal that you can ask for anytime you want. I ordered this exclusive meal for a reason. I have been waiting for this meal for ages just to end up with a regular meal, not involving BTS at all. Like come on, you couldn't of have gotten the sauces? Or maybe the BTS bag that is supposed to come with it? Or maybe even tell me that they did not have the BTS meal for whatever reason? Yeah that's right, they didn't even tell me. This McDonald's is horrible. It's a bunch of teenagers not paying attention. I normally go to the one on Nepperhan avenue but it was late & me & my mom just decided to go to this one. I asked for a plain McChicken. No mayonnaise or lettuce. When I get home what do I find.... Mayonaise & lettuce. Another time before this my mom ordered a southwest salad ... When she got home she finds Italian dressing in her bag. Like come on, really, Italian dressing for a southwest salad. She was mad lol. I found it comical that I could review a McDonald's as I don't view it as a restaurant. I searched it to be curious but to those people complaining ... GET OVER YOURSELF. What do you expect. A HUGE INCOMPETENCE ON THE MANAGEMENT. Closing your store at 1pm on a Saturday during holiday shopping season by a major shopping center? Are you on drugs? People were waiting to pull up all the way to the drive thru, just to finally see a little sign saying you were closed for a holiday celebration. Your store lost thousands in revenue not to mention irritating already hungry people. There are at least 5 other days this week you could have done this. The young people working in this store are in great need of better training. They're just not paying attention and are distracted most of the time. I was told they didn't have the right cups to prepare McFlurry's properly and I ended up getting a small serving that wasn't at all blended and then I was actually charged for the larger McFlurry. And if you want a shake or any soft serve ice cream at night - you can forget about it!!! They close down the machine early!! I can't understand why they do this. While the drive thru cashier is usually efficient, the workers packing your meal too often screw things up!! :( read more

This is the absolute worst McDonald ever. The staff is constantly talking to each other even while they have a customer in front of them trying to order. I went through the drive-thru and then I had to go inside to buy another thing because they didn't give it to me. I have to constantly repeat myself. this is not a bad mcdonalds to visit, but it is one of the smaller ones you will ever visit. not to many tables and a few cashiers. my guess is this location is more for the drive thru which is always crowded and so slow, that traffic, does back up kinda dangerously into the street at times. the parking lot is also small and gets crowded at times. standard mcdonald food and service is decent when ever i visit. place needs to be overhauled inside and out, a better drivethru system and more space for indoor eating area. i mean it is supposed to be a fast food joint,but not cutting it so far, but i will not complain to much cause its still my go to place when i want the typical american fast food grub. read more

This spot always has the longest wait at the drive thru to start off. Even getting the food takes long compared to other places. This place also never has breakfast items later in the day even though they say all day breakfast. We've been there several occasions and they never have hash browns. I'm never one to complain about a fast food joint but seriously every time I go it's always a hassle and they mess up something.
