After an extremely long day, the late night hours of this place was a life saver! Everything was spotless, well decorated and the staff was very attentive even though it was like 1am. Burgers were ok, but not very big. Not terrible not great, but the sides were pretty good, esp the fries, and the onion rings were awesome. I had issues with the person taking my order because after 5 mins waiting for someone I realized you enter your own order on a touch screen. Probably would have been better off having the chopped beef instead. The medium size fries is huge and def enough for 2-3 people to share. Do not get the large unless more than 3 people are trying to share. We got the large and had regrets bc it was so much wasted food. They have good combo meals that come with a small can of soda. And the milk shakes are actually thick, the way they should be. The reason for the three stars is bc it is ok, but did not knock my socks off. Service was good. I came here for a late lunch on a Saturday. It's a spacious restaurant with lots of large booths and tables. It was mostly empty, with just a handful of other patrons. The cashier who helped us was very friendly. They have a self-serve kiosk, for those paying with credit card. Their digital menu above the register is inconvenient because it cycles through screens, so if you miss a certain section, you have to wait for it to circle back. The options on the kiosk didn't perfectly match the options on either the digital or printed menu, which was a bit confusing. I ordered the plant-based burger and added jalapeños and avocado. The burger was large and served on a thick bun. The patty was smashed, so it was the perfect texture. It was tasty. I absolutely loved their fries. They were extra crispy. I've visited this place twice and it's not exactly popping. On the outside, it looks nice but once you go in it's pretty empty. The customer service isn't exactly top tier either. Their food is pricey and doesn't match up to their food quality. Once you order, they take a very long time to give you your food even for a milkshake. Holy Cow is a local restaurant in Fleetwood, New York. It is open late and serves up classic American fare. I tried the sweet potato tots and the onion rings. The sweet potato tots were amazing, made from scratch and served in a ridiculous portion size. The onion rings were standard fair and nothing to write home about. Not only was the food expensive, never buy from here on uber eats or door-dash cause damn near every item is at least $3-5 more expensive, they gave me damn near chicken nuggets for tenders and the fries tasted mediocre as hell and was soggy. I've been ordering from here for a few months and there is a wild inconsistency between the food you order in restaurant and the food you ordered for delivery. I truly wish this wasn't exaggeration but four out of five times what you order is not what you receive between the specifications you put on your order, not being adhered to and ordering sauce on the side and receiving a completely different sauce I would not recommend this place to anybody who is not willing to sit down and eat. To be honest, the quality of the food is very fast food quality for a very normal restaurant prices which I don't think is acceptable because your dine in service is not mess.
