The hot mozz fried mozzarella... breading is far too thick, and which ever heat level you choose, the seasoning was so thick its texture overpowered the texture of the mozzarella. We ended up peeling the cheese out of the fried breading (easy to do because it was so thick) and just ate the cheese. The cheese itself was wonderful!! Minor request not affecting rating: a first ranch packet should be a standard option. You have to pay for it extra fyi.

Counter girl grabbed those and told cook they were to go so she took them back. It was close to another 5 minutes before those where boxed and put back on the counter. One was mine! After nearly a 25 minute wait I hoped with at least that long of a wait the food would be piping hot! The fries were warm, definitely not hot. The chicken bites weren't even warm. It was obvious they had not recently been cooked. The place was clean but with cold food and long waits at a fast food place, I have no plans to return.

As soon as I walked in, I was ignored for at least four minutes while the employees were chatting among themselves without acknowledging me. Eventually, I was greeted and placed my order. I ordered walnut shrimp, but they didn't have enough to cover my two orders, so I had to wait. I specifically asked to be served only the fresh shrimp they were preparing, but when I was watching, they took the older shrimp from the larger plate and mixed it into the large side of walnut shrimp I had ordered ($15). When I got back to my hotel and opened the large side of walnut shrimp, I noticed residue from other items on the plate. I was really disappointed. I called the restaurant, but since they were already closed, no one answered. I reached out to Panda Express customer service to report the issue, and while they did try to make it right, the point was never about getting free food. I just expect my food to be prepared properly. I appreciate Panda Express trying to resolve the issue, but I hope they take this feedback to ensure better quality and service in the future.

This location has serious issues that Chipotle management needs to address immediately. Here's why: 1. Unequal Treatment of Patrons: From the moment we walked in, it was clear that not all patrons are treated equally. One worker in particular, a bearded man, displayed an alarming level of rudeness and unprofessionalism. We watched in disbelief as he threw metal spoons around and handled serving utensils roughly. This worker clearly has anger issues and shouldn't be working in any customer service capacity. 2. Unsafe Work Practices: The second glaring issue is the unsafe work practices. Chairs are being used as climbing devices to add ice to the soda machine, which is both dangerous and unnecessary. These machines are designed for easy access, and any competent worker should be able to add ice without resorting to such risky behavior. In a restaurant staffed with 6-7 workers, it makes sense to have the tallest and strongest worker handle this task. Chairs are not engineered for climbing, and this practice is not only unsafe but also unprofessional. I have witnessed similar unsafe practices at multiple Chipotle locations, and this isn't the first time I've seen such reckless behavior. Despite my attempts to caution the workers, I've been met with hostility from management, questioning my authority to address safety issues. As paying patrons, we have every right to expect safe work practices in the establishments where we spend our hard-earned money. 3. Chipotle Management's Blind Eye: It's appalling that Chipotle management continues to ignore these safety violations. If this is the standard of safety in the public lobby, one can only imagine what goes on in the back kitchen areas where customers can't see. This pattern of unsafe behavior needs urgent intervention. Call to Action: I respectfully request that Chipotle Corporate Office investigate these unsafe work practices thoroughly and implement comprehensive safety training for all workers. It's crucial that these dangerous behaviors are corrected immediately to prevent potential injuries and ensure a safe environment for both employees and customers. Additionally, please see that in one of the images shared the ice dispenser had its lid removed and the lid was left removed for over an hour while we were eating our Chipotle meal. In conclusion, the Chipotle in Yuma, Arizona, is a prime example of what happens when restaurant management turns a blind eye to critical safety issues. Given the proximity of Yuma to Mexico, we decided that we wanted to eat "authentic" Mexican food. We then turned to Yelp to identify Mexican restaurants with good reviews and in close proximity to I-8, which is what brought us to Tacos Mi Rancho. The restaurant was easy to find, but every single parking space was already taken; we were able to park on the adjacent side street for free and without incident. The restaurant was busy but there were a few small tables for two available. We were greeted promptly by our friendly waitress, and we were given menus and she took our drink orders. Another server immediately brought a bowl of tortilla chips and tasty salsa (gratis). My husband and I both ordered from the "Senior Citizen Portions" menu for those aged 62 Years and Older. All entrees include beans, rice, and salad for $12.50. (Note that the entrees that we selected, as well as some other menu offerings and pozole, are on special on Friday's, the day that we visited. They were $10.99 each). My husband ordered #11, two chicken enchiladas, while I got the #12, one chili relleno/one rolled taco. I also got a horchata (a sweet and creamy non-alcoholic beverage made primarily from rice, cinnamon, and vanilla), which was served in a huge glass with ice; no refills ($3.99). We split our entrees, and all of the food was well-portioned and tasty. We felt that the meals were a good value. We were also pleasantly surprised to find that the tastes were similar to those at our local Mexican restaurant back home in Virginia. The restaurant is in an old, nondescript building, but is tastefully decorated with a Mexican theme. It was clean, and workers wiped down the tables immediately after patrons left. One pet peeve was that the final bill that was given to us included only the total, so it was difficult to know whether it was correct or not. The total was $28.67, before taxes. We were able to reproduce this total as: 2 entrees at $10.99 each + 1 horchata ($3.99) + Yuma and Arizona taxes ($2.70, @ 10.41%). Overall rating: 4.5, rounded up to 5.0.
