A great manager and super friendly staff but their air vents above the food have condensation that drops into the food and prep area, especially the guacamole. I mentioned this to a worker and she shrugged her shoulders and said that its just condensation and I told her that that's just gross. This has got to be the slowest Chipotle in their entire chain! About 15 people in line and it took 20 minutes to reach the counter. They are about 3 employees short for as busy as this place is. I get it it's 11:37 the lunch rush is going to start but they can be a little more friendly. Litterly always feeling rushed. Girl with glasses acts like she made the food when asked to double rice something yet it's the same amount as a regular scoop. Note ask for the double rice after she serves the the first scoop because she still shakes off the spoon. Ask for veggies only and she serves me only green bell pepper ask her for some more and serves me again only green bell peppers FML your not paying for it girl relax Second guy memorizing what to ask I get to guacamole and ask for it on the side yet he is in a hurry and placed it on my food I say louder I said "on the side " scrapes it off as if again he has to beat a clock to get me out of the way scraps it off puts it down and pushes it to the side. Just ate there with my family of 5 and can not say enough about how nice everyone was. I asked the first guy if he would mind changing his gloves because we are vegan and not only did he pleasantly do it - he also washed his hands, told the next gal to do it when it was our turn. When we got to her she asked if I wanted the spoons changed - not that we did but it was so thoughtful. The manager was so friendly also and several people even told us goodbye when we left. The food was very good and the restaurant and bathrooms were super clean. They made what was a basic stop to grab a bite while on a road trip a unexpectedly nice experience. read more

We are big Chipotle fan........but not this restaurant. We've been to many in California and always loved it. We kept going back to the Yuma location thinking it was new, and they needed to get the kinks out. In all three visits, the chips have been stale. On our last visit we were enjoying our meal when very loud music came on abruptly. It went from zero background noise to extremely loud instantly. My wife said to the young gal at the cash register that we didn't care for the loud so called music. She only got a unfriendly stare for a response. You couldn't have a conversation across the table. We've tried to give them the benefit of the doubt because of just opening, but today was our last attempt. We're not hard to please, but only care for fresh food that we can enjoy in a pleasant atmosphere. read more

My favorite restaurant in the whole world is chipotle l through but for some reason every time that I've been going to this one in Yuma they never have salad dressing and they tell you that after they made you a salad I asked Them can you make me some they say no. To me it's common sense how do I eat a salad without salad dressing if you don't have any then you should tell me that. And they're always screwing things up with this one location it's just horrible they need to step up the game. There's always gristle in the chicken fat like it"uncooked. I will never go to this establishment ever again! For $23 my husband and I got 2 drinks and 3 tacos each. Their prices are way too high. Also the tacos my husband and I got were horrible in every way. I was only able to eat 1 and tossed the other two in the trash. It was disgusting!! My husbands tacos were soggy for whatever reason and when he picked one up it literally fell apart. The lady even put toppings on my husbands taco that he didn't want so he had to take out the lettuce. The only reason I'm giving two stars is because the service was quick. I'm from California and we have an abundant amount of chipotles and I've been to many but this one in Yuma has to be the slowest and smallest portion ever especially when the line worker the skinny kid with glasses, one day I asked for double chicken after he already scooped one (extremely small) and gave me a look and proceeded to put second scoop for a poor excuse of double meat. About a week later it's him again and I was already there so I decided to just give another chance, and when I just asked for regular chicken very clear and loud he questioned me (cause of last times mistake) Double or regular and gave me the dumbest look and when he said double he shook more chicken out scoop. Seriously kid I've heard from all my friends and co workers as well you try your best to under serve. I love chipotle but I'll just wait till I get out of Arizona or when I come at a time where he isn't working the front. read more
