Days prior I received 5 notifications to confirm appointment which I acknowledged each time. I thought that was excessive granted this was an important appointment that we had no choice to attend. I never received anything else what to bring, what is needed as we assumed eye measurement only. Anyway, accompanying my Father, she was asking many questions and he is hearing impaired. I tried to intervene a few times and she was abrupt and condescending in her words to him. We didn't bring a list of his medications and his eye medications were in the list from the referred Dr. When she asked what eye meds he was taking she asked do you wait 15 min between eye meds? My Father said no, then she immediately lectured him that it's useless and went on and on. The energy in the room changed as I felt her attitude was just simply rude. My Father waits 3-5 minutes in between per his instructions on the package. If she had listened waited for him to respond instead of lecture then he would have spoken. I tried to retrieve his medication list but this office has NO internet connection. Again, she could have retrieved the info from the referring Dr. So in comes Dr. Lee. Her bedside manner is not warm and welcoming. She looked at my Father for under 2 minutes when I was getting a call from our referring Dr which I thought might be important. I kindly asked if I can take the call and told her who it was. She had a blank look on her face and said she was "DONE" with the exam!!! BTW there is a piece of paper that says no phone calls in the room. I totally understand. However, this is the referring Dr which is giving this Dr business!! I was appalled by this behavior. I get you can be strict and controlling with calls, but again, referring Dr calling could be important and it was not a personal call!!! I did let our referring Dr know of our experience here. I also looked at the reviews after and there is a concerning pattern how others our treated with this particular team. Please treat the elderly with dignity. Kindness goes a long way!!!!

I never flt rushed or pressured in any way. No push to upsell an IOL. I was really scared of the surgery and she assured me they could take care of that. I asked Dr.Saini what he would recommend if it were his eyes and went with that. I knew I had astigmatism enough to warrant a toric lens. I saw him briefly at my second eye surgery and was able to thank him for giving me back my sight. I had never been able to see the big E on the eye chart and have worn coke bottle lens glasses since I was in the second grade. Now I have 20/25 vision. I'm amazed that another human being could--before lunchtime--do this for me and a dozen other people and it's all in a day's work. Renee was able to reschedule me earlier for my second surgery which I greatly appreciated. Anytime I called with a question the call was returned promptly. My post op follow ups were with Dr. Baha. She assured me all was healing well. She later did a refraction for me. I was able to order glasses on site. I really don't use them much but it's nice to have them if I want a bit of extra crispness to my vision. The convenience of this location was an added bonus. There is plenty of free parking. I am beyond thrilled that we found Dr Motwani and Cornea Revolution…read more My 17 year old son was diagnosed with keratoconus in February after noticing worsening vision that wasn't helped by glasses. I began diving into researching keratoconus and was completely overwhelmed because the provider who diagnosed him was not communicating with me to answer questions and concerns. We had been given an appointment for corneal collagen crosslinking but it was almost 3 months from the time of diagnosis. AND we were told that any vision correction needed after crosslinking could be addressed with 'special lenses' (scleral lenses most likely) I was concerned after reading how fast keratoconus can progress in teens, So I found myself on a Facebook support group seeking answers. I posted asking anyone whether 3 months was too long to wait to do anything, especially after I learned my son's tests put him in the advanced range in one eye. To my surprise, Dr Motwani answered my question on Facebook. He advised he would always treat teens sooner rather than later due to quicker progression which confirmed what I'd been reading. But he also mentioned his CREATE + Crosslinking protocol. I didn't know any such thing existed- that there was a way to not only stop progression but correct the vision as well. Dr Motwani is a pioneer in this field. After calling the office I was offered an appointment that would be sooner than our original provider would even talk to me on the phone to address my concerns. Lyra spoke with me for a long time on the phone. I was able to speak to two moms whose teens had seen Dr Motwani and both moms gave very positive reviews. I was so impressed at the level of care they provided even before we made the appointment to be seen. So, I knew in my heart this was worth the drive and out of pocket cost. And I was right. I'm moved to tears now because my son's vision is greatly improved. The 'cone' in his worse eye is much smaller, and completely gone in the other eye. His vision is nearly 20/20 now. He can see a lot better. We are almost three months out from surgery and healing will continue but he has improved so much already. We were treated so kindly by Dr Motwani and the whole staff. During surgery, my son requested a Stevie Wonder album be played and they honored his request. I watched the whole process through the glass doors and on the monitor. And afterwards during the challenging first night, I was able to call and speak to the tech, Angelle, for advice and reassurance even late at night. Kind, transparent, and competent. I came here for glasses meant for reading, not for driving, yet they made them completely wrong. I brought them back for correction, and after waiting two weeks, I was called to pick them up again -- but the issue was still not fixed. The glasses are way too thick and heavy -- they look like coke bottles. When I brought this up, the doctor and staff blamed "material differences" and even said I might need a new quote to fix it. That's not acceptable. My vision is perfectly fine; I only need glasses for reading, yet they got it wrong twice. I also mentioned that my previous pair was purchased here two years ago with the same prescription, so why are these new lenses more than double in thickness? Their explanation was that my old pair was "progressive" and the new ones are "single vision," which doesn't justify the poor quality. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
