Instead of addressing it like professionals, the business chose to immediately ban me as a client--no warning, no chance to clarify, no conversation, no attempt to resolve anything. A professional business should be capable of basic communication before resorting to permanent decisions. The complete lack of dialogue suggests a zero-tolerance approach that leaves no room for misunderstandings or good-faith intent. They did not give me a full refund, and forced me to dispute a small portion of the charges with my bank. Despite this fact, that does not make up for how abruptly and dismissively the situation was handled. It felt less like a professional resolution and more like an impulsive decision with no regard for customer relationships. If you're considering this place, be aware that even well-intended communication can be taken the wrong way, and you may not be given any opportunity to explain yourself. Based on my experience, this is not a business that prioritizes fair or reasonable interaction with clients. The massages did not even help with completely alleviating my chronic neck and upper back pain! Once I kept it very simple by focusing on my expensive decompression sessions on the DRX 9000 combined with a device called a posture pump for creating a C-curve in my cervical vertebrae, as well as pushing up against my upper thoracic vertebrae, that is when I ACTUALLY STARTED SEEING AND FEELING PERMANENT AND LONG LASTING HEALING RESULTS!!! Greedy money worshipers that prioritize profit over healing, and other people's pain suffering. As a final side note to the business owner: Instead of reading Marvel comics, worshiping money, as well as SCI-FI action figures as your idols, go learn some social and communication skills! As someone who is trying to navigate a Chiropractic malpractice case, I did not deserve to be treated like the way I was treated.

A manager, in fact, was the one who said it was okay, along with a nurse. When I went in today, with the same exact information, they told me that it was not proper documentation. I let them know that my spouse was in yesterday with the voters registration and they let him donate. They said I still couldn't because they won't take the voters registration. I asked even if the manager approved it, and they said no. They just stared at me as I was telling them why I needed to donate, that im disabled and cant work. They made me fell less than, and frustrated. No kindness or empathy at all. This is ridiculous and not okay. I feel discriminated against, as my (male) spouse was approved, but not (female) me. Not right! I hope that this place actually addresses this issue. DO BETTER! 08/10 update: I called the number left below on Aug 2nd and left a message. I called again the next day and a very empathetic person took my call and went above and beyond to take my statement and info and reassured me that this was not okay and that it would be passed to a supervisor and I would get a call back... Well, its been a week and NOTHING! I'm not surprised, as their customer service was awful at the location, they must have got the, "I dont care about customers" attitude from their higher-ups. This place is a joke. They cant even return a call, let alone treat others with a bit of respect! CSL Plasma, you cant do better, can you? 08/11 update: Got the paperwork they specifically said, went into donate at 3pm (they close at 7pm)and was told I couldn't (AGAIN) because they aren't taking new donors today. WTF!?! I understand you're short staffed, AND that's your job! You still have to do it. Or at least update your clients before they waist their time and money trying to get there. Side note, this was the same person that denied me before... DISCRIMINATION? (Scruffy brown hair and beard, I believe his name is Jessie.)
