So my daughter came and got her fresh set and it is absolutely beautiful! What I really liked is at the shop is super beautiful inside the decor is pink and white and silver and it just really adds that pop to a positive positive environment. I specifically asked for a soak-off because I didn't want my natural nails more damaged, but the technician was rough, kept trying to pry the acrylic off, and didn't even remove it all what a waste of money. Every paying customer deserves good service, regardless of how small the service is because i didn't have time for a full pedi today and was going to return tomorrow. It's unfortunate because every other experience was great, but after being treated this way over a simple acrylic removal, I won't be returning.

I've been coming here for about 2 years & it's always a great experience. I live in New Orleans but am from El Cajon & visit fairly regularly. I always make a point to come & get a pedicure and sometimes a manicure too, because they do such a great job, it's so clean, & they have so many technicians they can always fit you in for an appointment. Recently, my mother's trusted nail technician retired so i brought myself, my sister & my mother to Ooh La La. it was such a good experience for everyone, it will now be my mother's "regular" salon. Lisa (the owner?) is so helpful, sweet & caring, i cannot recommend this place enough. Thanks for always being so wonderful! read more

This was the 1st nail salon that I went to when I moved to San Diego and I have never left, its been 10 years!! the owner Lisa...thats my friend,her and her staff are amazing and always accommodating. I can call, and they know me by name. And I love that the vibe and the energy in the salon is always great. It's cozy, it's comfortable, they can do everything that you need. I absolutely adore this nail salon! Every time I visit, I am greeted and into the welcoming atmosphere that instantly puts me at ease. The staff is incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure that I am comfortable throughout my entire visit. Love Ooh La La! They gave me my first set of acrylics and when I showed them a photo from pinterest of what I wanted they said "No problem!" And they came out amazing! Biggest and best selection of polish and gels! Lisa gets all the newest colors and trends and really can do anything! They're happy to take walk-ins as I don't think they get too busy.. but there were two customers before us and two after, so we just happened to come at the perfect time for just the two of them to handle everyone with little wait. I'm sure it helps to call for an appointment though. Their polish selection is limited. Again, if you adjust your expectations, this is a great salon.
